Every time I visit, the staff are very welcoming. Lovely, clean and tidy rooms and corridors. Always offered tea/coffee and cake. Feel it is a lovely, happy place and always enjoy my visits.
So much on offer for residents to do.

My father is receiving excellent care provided by a team of carers who are kind, highly skilled and go out of their way to make every resident's experience the best that it can be. Some of the team even came in on Christmas Day when it was their day off.
The Mgt team are excellent and take the time
to get to know the residents and their families.

The very best carehome for your loved ones. My Father was looked after with the best of care and comfort with all of his needs.
I cannot praise the team here enough for everything that they did for my Father until his very last breath.

It is very daunting admitting a parent to a care home. I need not have worried as the care & attention lavished on my father has been amazing. My father has come back to life! Thank you!

I had a very pleasant two weeks at Atfield House from 27th Oct to 10th Nov 2025. The staff were kind and helpful. The management of the care home is excellent, with clean rooms and laundry service. Meals times is like going to a prestigious restaurant and there is a competent medical staff
supporting all the clients.

My Mum came to Atfield in September 2023. She has Parkinsons & Dementia. She has been well looked after and 'loved' by the staff. They are 'brilliant'. I can think of another word. My Dad is also made welcome and enjoys his time with my Mum at Atfield House. I cant praise them enough.

After 5 weeks in hospital, it was suggested that it would be a good idea to take a recovery break at Atfield House. My wife was already a patient in the dementia ward. I was very familiar with the home. This would be for 2 weeks. It was a good decision after a long stay in hospital. The staff there
were superb. They were very helpful and friendly. The room I had was very comfortable and during the day there was so much food at meal times. I had so much appreciation for the nurses and carers for the work they do in difficult circumstances. I would go back to Atfield House anytime. I was made so welcome.

Our experience with Barchester Atfield House Care Home was very positive. We found the staff extremely helpful whilst carefully and accurately recording all of our friend's needs and requirements. The manager was also very kind and welcoming giving us the confidence that our friend was always being
treated with dignity and respect. Thank you.

I feel happy every time I go to see my parents at Atfield. We liked it so much we brought our Dad here too! They are both so well cared for. Staff are always very professional. Putting dignity first.
Management always happy to assist with queries or concerns. Manager visibly engages with residents,
not just sitting in office. Beautiful environment. We are always made welcome when we visit. I like that I can visit at any time. The only reason I have put 'good' on some ratings is because any place has room for improvement & expansion; but not because I don't think it is great.
Value for money - difficult to judge as all are v. expensive

The staff are always very friendly and welcoming.
My aunt is very happy.
The facilities are good and there are lots of activities for the residents. My only issue is the smell in the residents rooms sometimes.

Super caring, attentive and a lovely place and care home.
My mum is comfortable living in Atfield House and trusts all the staff. She really enjoys the garden. All members of the family feel very happy that our mum is here.

All staff are friendly and professional. Although my friend does not remember things, he has been treated very well. He seems very happy here.

A short respite was generally enjoyed by my husband. The facility is first class and the staff attentive. A lovely garden and the weather was superb, so he was able to sit and reflect. The exercises provided were an excellent idea, as most guests appeared to be immobile. However some activity in the
afternoon would have benefitted my husband as he was left on his own for long periods.

I was very impressed by the room and facilities more like a 5 star hotel, all the staff I came into contact with were very friendly and kind, there was a very good selection of food that was very tasty.

When I've had problems of a medical or mental health nature, the nursing staff have always been supportive and helpful in dealing with my wife.

My family are deeply grateful to all the staff and carers at Atfield House Care Home for the wonderful kindness and care that they showed to my mum.
Mum was bedridden and unable to feed herself and needed a lot of care. She didn't speak English but all staff went extra mile using a translator to
speak to her and attend to all her needs. Transition to care home was hart-breaking for us but kindness and warmth with which the carers and nurses treated my mum was very reassuring.
Through our daily visits we came to know the team who looked after mum and always treated her with care and respect. There always was someone on hand to help or discuss any issues.
The building is great with welcoming rooms for guests and residents' activities including terraced balcony and small vegetable garden.
The food was amazing.
We always felt very welcome and part of the Atfield House family when visiting mum, thank you to you all.

Where do I start! My father has been at Atfield House for a year and a half now and from the day he moved in to now the care he receives is incredible. Dad is very happy and so grateful for the care he receives and has become part of the furniture! I myself have a wonderful relationship with the
staff who I have got to know really well. The team go above and beyond for my dad to the extent of holding an exhibition of his artwork which involved a huge number of paintings - a wonderful day for family and friends to come together and an event we will never forget - dad was in his element! The environment is very cosy, homely, welcoming and clean. The decision of dad having to become a care home resident wasn't easy and was unexpected but I couldn't wish for him to be in a better place. From the bottom of my heart I thank each and everyone at Atfield House for everything they do for dad and for us as a family. X

Visited a dear old friend and found him in good spirits. He was clean and his room was equally clean. It was nice to see his personal items displayed around him. He was fed lunch while we were there and the carer was most friendly and attentive.

The move from independent living to a care home for my father has been handled with sensitivity and compassion. The staff have been very accommodating in helping him to settle, and in turn, this has been reassuring for myself and the family.

Atfield House is a home from home. My mum is so well cared for here. All the staff know our names and we are always approached with a lovely greeting and a smile. Communication is constant and activities are amazing, honestly, so many activities and events going on, and so much thought goes into
them. I really cannot praise Atfield House, managers and staff alike. We are all family here and I'm so glad we found Atfield House Isleworth.
