The staff was incredible. Very helpful with everything. The manager was great. I was always able to call my uncle and speak to him. Everytime I came to visit him from America they made me feel like I was at home. Thank you to the wonderful staff who treated him so well. We love you all. Thank you again.

Carrick House has been a Godsend for our family's cares & concerns for our uncle. He was full of love & it was reciprocated many times over from the amazing staff and their fearless leader. Blessing & favor.

My mum has been at Carrick House for a while now. She has had the most wonderful care from the management and nursing team. The dedication is amazing. The whole team look after her individual needs making mum comfortable and ensuring her treatment is making progress all the time. Thank you.

The care and yes, I would say, affection shown to the patients and the obvious contentment of the residents is beyond my wildest dreams. On a recent visit, I commented to my relative, that a carer (who was new and who had just left her room) that she was 'very nice' to which my sister promptly replied "they are all wonderful". Proof, indeed, if proof were needed.

The staff are wonderful towards the resident and her guests. The home is always welcoming and very well maintained. I am always informed about the resident's health. All round, it is an excellent home.

The care, support and treatment my loved one receives from Carrick House is impeccable. My experience with the staff has been pleasurable and satisfying. The staff are approachable and very accommodating. I feel honoured and privileged my relative is being cared for by a very passionate group of staff.

I cannot praise the nursing home and staff enough. They have looked after my mother for a year now. They are caring, loving and positive, they meet all her care. The entertainment they put on for the residents and relatives was amazing. It was a joy to see the residents and family having fun in a relaxed environment.

He was in Carrick House for nearly four years and was very well cared for during his time there. The staff were always so pleasant and supportive, especially during Covid when he had very few visitors. As a bachelor, he had no immediate family living near, so we were all so pleased with the care that he got from everyone here, and I know that he was very thankful for everything.
