The staff was incredible. Very helpful with everything. The manager was great. I was always able to call my uncle and speak to him. Everytime I came to visit him from America they made me feel like I was at home. Thank you to the wonderful staff who treated him so well. We love you all. Thank you again.

The care and yes, I would say, affection shown to the patients and the obvious contentment of the residents is beyond my wildest dreams.
On a recent visit, I commented to my relative, that a carer (who was new and who had just left her room) that she was 'very nice' to which my sister promptly replied
"they are all wonderful".

I cannot praise the nursing home and staff enough. They have looked after my mother for a year now. They are caring, loving and positive, they meet all her care. He was in Carrick House for nearly four years and was very well cared for during his time there. The staff were always so pleasant and supportive, especially during Covid when he had very few visitors. As a bachelor, he had no immediate family living near, so we were all so pleased with the care that
he got from everyone here, and I know that he was very thankful for everything.

Ramona has been part of the management team at MD Homes since 2017 and started managing Carrick House Nursing Home in 2020.
