Thank you all the Fieldway staff, for your excellent care of my husband's aunt.

My aunt was at Fieldway for over 2 years, and during this period, she was always cared for very well.
The staff are all wonderful & friendly, and the nursing care was fantastic.
The home is always clean. Would highly recommend.

All of the staff at Fieldway Mitcham are very friendly and helpful. I am happy that my cousin is being looked after well with caring, kindness and compassion.

Yvonne is extremely happy living at Fieldway.
She has never given any indications of unhappiness, being hungry or not being listened to.
The fact that many of your lovely staff knew her husband Brian is something she cherishes.

We as a family did not want to put our Mum into a care home, but must say Mum has settled in well and appears happy at Feildway. Mum has her bad days, and there are staff that go that extra mile and make Mum smile. It is also nice to see mum eating, and they encourage mum to try and eat herself
before stepping in to support her.
We are now more than happy for our mum to be living at Fieldways, and we also feel part of the Fieldway family. Thank you for taking care of our mum.

Mom spent five weeks at Fieldway Care Home, Mitcham, before passing away. In that time, she was well cared for by all the staff. Each of them knew their roles by providing a high professional standard. Her bedroom, social room, and dining room were well maintained and comfortable. During Mom's final
hours, the care team were very co-ordinated by calling her family and paramedics. It was a great comfort to us that she died in a peaceful, dignified manner, surrounded by members of her family.

I was greeted warmly and very welcomed by the staff especially the Deputy Manger. I really am happy to see that my nan is still alive and kicking after all these years I haven't seen her and now on her 90th birthday it brings tears to my eyes that she is talking to me and well looked after including
skin and hair.

My Friend came to Fieldway 5 years ago from hospital.. From the first day he has received excellent care by caring and loving staff. They took the time to really get to know him. His likes and dislikes. He is happy and joins in activities when he wants to. The food choice is amazing, BBQ's in the
summer. Birthdays and christmas is very big at Fieldway - always fun and laughter. I give all the staff, 5 stars!

My mum was in Fieldway Care Home for 2 years before she passed. She was treated with dignity, love, care, and kindness. Fieldway were also very helpful with our family and paperwork problems they would help us if they could. Everyone was very friendly took the time to chat to us about mum and a
general chat. When mum passed they were a big support to us. I would just like to say thank you to every one that cared for my mum.

I just spent a week respite care at Fieldway Care Home while my wife and son had a break. I was made to feel totally welcome from the offset. I was very well looked after the entire week. I just want to say thank you to the management and staff for the wonderful atmosphere they create in the Care
Home. I hope you will have me back again.

Overall it has been a reasonably positive experience. Unfortunately of recent an incident has occurred which is currently under investigation. The food also was of sub-standard quality but appears to be improving. Mum is generally happy here and that is what is important.

I found from day one of my wife's stay that all my worries about her going into care vanished. She has been treated absolutely brilliantly. All members of staff are so friendly and treat my wife as though she is one of their own family. I cannot give Fieldway enough praise. Thank you all.

Whilst visiting my friend since she has been here I have found her to be in a happy home. She is always clean and well-dressed.

Since my grandmother has been a resident at Fieldway Care Home. I have never doubted her care, all nurses are very pleasant, patient and caring. The care home staff are extremely welcoming. Overall I would recommend any families worried about finding a care home for their relatives to come to
Fieldway, I would ensure they will be cared for.

My grandmother has been a resident for over a year now and she has always been treated very well by all the staff.
They are all very nice to her, friendly and caring if we have a request, they do the best they can to accommodate it for us and for Nan.
She has a lovely room, with a garden view.
The staff are very nice and caring and treat Nan and my family very well and are always great in communication with us when we visit and when necessary.
They do games and activities daily with an activities board to keep residents active to their abilities which is great, they also do family-inclusive activities (i.e. BBQs, tea parties, sing-along sessions and exercises etc.) and put a whole heap of things on throughout the year following what is happening in the world (i.e. Halloween, black history month, Christmas etc)
They have a hairdresser, chiropodist, doctor and dentist that all visit the home.
They also have tv rooms, dining areas, a large garden area where residents and family can go to.
All in all a lovely home for Nan.

During my mother's short stay at Fieldway Care Home, I found the staff and facilities excellent. The reception staff, as well as the nursing and care staff were all friendly and helpful with good, practical advice. Communication over the phone during the week was also good but I found trying to
access information during the weekend to be poor. Overall, I would say Fieldway is a first class care home and would recommend it.

I can't rate this care home highly enough. Went there on a couple of occasions to view this for my mom (as she needs 24/7 care due to dementia) and from the moment I arrived in reception to be shown around right through to her moving in and settling down, everything was seamless including the
application process. All the staff are always caring, friendly, happy and organised and whilst I still find it difficult to accept my mom needs to be locked up for her own protection, it really is such a pleasure to visit as everyone is so pleasant and everywhere is completely spotless with communication super efficient and thorough at all times. My mom's room is large and lovely with her own en suite toilet room with basin, both beautifully maintained and decorated with her personal belongings making it feel like a real home from home. Thanks Fieldway.
