My mum is on a one to one care, due her severe dementia. The care here is excellent. All issues have been dealt by management. I have full confidence in The Grange to look after my mum. I feel very safe with my mum being here.

So happy with the experience here. The staff elevate it, they are so friendly and helpful, so kind and really take the time to get to know my nan. That is the most important thing to me.

Very happy overall with staff care. My mum is in the care which I could not ask for more. Staff welcoming environment. A clean, well maintained space contributes to a positive atmosphere. Well done to the hard working manager and staff!

My husband was transferred from the hospital after 55 days in their care. Eventhough I/we didn't know where we are going as we were given only a few hours notice. But I find The Grange adequate + satisfactory especially the carers and health care people.

Staff are excellent - incredibly kind and attentive ensuring my wife is comfortable and well cared for. We are always impressed with how clean everything is kept. My wife's hygiene is always excellent. Staff are always on hand to answer your questions or find out answers on your behalf and are
always responsive to the families wishes. The staff more serve to spend time with each resident to ensure all their needs are met. We are very happy with the quality of care.

Great staff who are kind and attentive, always answering my father whether is comfortable and care for. We are always impressed with how clean the facilities and one high level of efforts, put in so make sure my fathers hygene is excellents. Staff are always available to answer your questions,
taking to accounts family's wive's and ensure that all relevant information is served.

The centre have been excellent with my grandfather. All the staff display a great deal of kindness and caring. The Christmas decorations are a lovely touch and give the place a homely feel.

We have been pleased with the care and attention our father has received. The staff are kind, attentive and caring towards him. Communication has been good and it is reassuring to have our father in a supportive, comfortable environment.

Our experience with The Grange has been great. My father has received great treatment from all the staff, who do a brilliant job in general. Caring for my dad who suffers from Alzhimers + Dementia is difficult, but the staff do a great job!

My mum has been here for nearly a decade now and I have always received clean and respectful communication from all staff. I am happy with everything, my mum is always looked after, so overally very pleased. Merry Christmas.

I have found the service and care that my brother receives at the Grange Care Centre from the nursing staff is of a high standard. There is a calm and friendly atmosphere on the Rose Unit that he is on, and the nursing staff are kind and very helpful. His personal care is very good, and I can
recommend this care home to any prospective residents.

The Grange Care Centre is a really good care home, there is plenty of space inside and outside. I feel very secure here at The Grange, good shops near by, good bus service really close, the rooms are very spacious and airy, easy to live with strangers, bathrooms everywhere and always someone around.
Plenty to drink all cold and refreshing, easy to get out of any transport as their is plenty of room in the car park.

My relative expressed he felt welcome and comfortable at The Grange. Staff were pleasant and approachable. Any concerns we expressed to them were addressed quickly. However, on reflection we feel as a family that our relative required a high level of medical care that was beyond the capability of
The Grange.
