My mum has been resident at Heathland Court since January this year, and though she has few words due to dementia, she often remarks "It's nice here" without exception, the staff have been wonderful - warm, kind and attentive. It's great for all the family to know she is safe and so well cared for.
Thank you to the whole team.

On behalf of my father, thank you to Victor, the home manager, Siphetheni clinical dep man, Kamal senior care assistant, Chika unit manager and all the carers who look after the residents are amazing, very caring and loving. I know that my father is well looked after. This is a beautiful care home,
and really and truly it feels like home. I would like to say that the food is also amazing. I would like to give a big, big thank you to Victor and Siphetheni.

My father became a resident on the ground floor at Heathland Court when he had a series of significant daily falls. Sadly we could no longer keep him safe in his own home. Within days under the kind oversight of the professional team at Heathland Court he was settled and remained safe in their
calm, attentive care. The entire team on the ground floor, management, reception, catering, housekeeping and activities were wonderful. We had the pleasure of meeting other team members when they spent spells on the ground floor and all were amazing. Everyone treated my father with kindness and respect - truly as an individual with a unique set of needs.
The location of the home is excellent - easy parking, close to regular buses and opposite Wimbledon Common.
The home itself is fortunate to have gardens to enjoy during the good weather. The spacious room was ensuite, well equipped and spotless.
Couldn't recommend highly enough - the team are exceptional.

I transferred my mother to Heathland Court on 18th July 2025. She suffers from Dementia and other health issues.
The manager, Victor, was excellent in welcoming us and making us feel welcome throughout her stay so far. The staff have been caring and excellent in their caring for my mother. We are
delighted with their care home.

It would be good if soap and shower gel were provided bu the home for the residents, as we the relatives are not there 24/7 and it is easy for us to miss out when visiting. This should be part of hygiene essentials for the home to provide as the staff can spot immediately and replnish. Considering
also the high monthly cost and lack of shops nearby. Hotels provide soap and shower for guests. Why not care homes.

We have placed our trust in you to ensure that our mum's final journey is filled with peace and kindness. From the depths of our hearts, we are truly grateful for the love, compassion and tender care you have shown our amazing mum, right to the end. Thank you for being there for her and for us
during this difficult time. We couldn't have prayed for a better care giver than one of the carers, who showed nothing but love, patience and compassion to mum, and we will be forever grateful for having you in our lives.

My father has been here for 2 years. I couldn't be more happier he is in a safe, kind and caring place. The staff are wonderful and they understand my father's needs. Thank you all for taking care of my dad.

My aunt has had excellent care. Since she came she speaks highly of every staff member and I have seen how well she is looked after so I know when I don't visit she is very well looked after. Thank you so much.

Mum was in your care home for nearly one year. She was looked after with such care and kindness by all the members of staff. When the time came for her to pass on, I was so touched to see her carers come in and talk to her and comfort her. I know Mum was happy in Heathland Court and I felt happy she
was there. I was always welcomed warmly into the home and felt part of it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere for their loved one.

Heathland Court is a caring and well-run home with a regular team of staff who are trained and who take a personal interest in the residents. My mother has been at Heathland Court for eight months. She is completely nonverbal and unable to do anything for herself or let us know how she feels, so we
place a great deal of trust in the home to look after her and make sure she is comfortable and content. She has a bright, freshly decorated room which we have been able to set up with familiar things from home and Heathland Court has all the suitable equipment to enable the best care along with full-time qualified nursing staff on each floor and a consistent team of carers. We have appreciated getting to know the staff and the fact that there is a regular team with whom my mother has become familiar. The support staff looking after laundry, food and activities are equally caring and willing to help and we are very happy to have found Heathland Court.

My aunt received very good care for the six months that she was a resident at Heathland Court. The staff were always very kind and attentive. I would recommend to anyone considering residential care.
24 July 2024
Overall Mum's care is excellent, we have had some communication (or miscommunication) issues re hospital admissions. But overall we have managed to sort the updates out by email.
Can Mum be prepped at night to ensure she does not have a future aspiration pneumonia if at all possible, also can her
stays in hospital mean fees are adjusted at all.

My sister and I are grateful for the help and assistance that the staff have afforded our mother. Her needs are greater than we could provide and this has been met at all times. The fact that the staff are always polite and friendly, notwithstanding the on-going pressures they experience on a day to
day basis is also much appreciated.

Friendly and helpful staff. My friend is well cared for.

I was in the home for a short stay. Although there were some good points, the daily care was often poor e.g. laundry arrangements were chaotic. The fortnight was spent hunting for clothes. The staff were often inexpert and untrained. While accidents and mistakes were bound to occur, there was a
general failure to apologise for these. It was an awkward not to have phones in the rooms and there was a lack of basic things like body cream and even soap. Approaches to the management were not fruitful.

Fantastic team that looks after my mum with care and dignity, a lovely room and a wonderful set of human beings that really do go the extra mile. The food needs an overhaul. You need to overhaul the choices and make it more appetising for everyone. Review the times so there is a gap in between them
more of a 9 am - 1.30 pm and then 6 pm. Swap around more at lunch to supper being more substantial. This food has to last till the morning.

Came to visit our aunt and was very impressed with the first impression of the home from the initial lady letting us in to the lovely lady who prepared the food and made us all some toast and tea as my husband is diabetic and needed to eat something. Our aunt seemed very happy and comfortable in her
room, we went on a look around with our cousin and saw some of the residents having a singalong and were also told by our cousin about the different entertainment that you provide. Everybody seemed very happy and content, well done to all the nursing staff for going to all the effort to keep the residents safe and content.

I was very happy with all the staff at Heathlands and particularly nursing staff who was wonderful and knowledgeable. It was good to see the same faces there every day, so not so many temping agencies.
31 May 2023
The staff made my mum's eightieth birthday very special. They made so much effort with organising a little party for her with the other residents. It was fantastic, thank you so much.

We visit the care home quite often and are always impressed with the staff, they are very caring and treat all residents with dignity. One staff member cheers us up, as well as all the residents.
