As NOK of one of the residents I visit Manor Court regularly. There is a happy and relaxed atmosphere where all the residents receive good care and attention. Often activities are arranged, but if not then staff engage with residents and any visitors, and it feels very welcoming. The food always looks really appetising and there is usually plenty of it too, and the choices offered enables cultural and religious preferences. The nursing care is also very professional and staff work hard to understand and meet the specific needs of all residents.
My mother-in-law came here nearly a year ago last year October 2024. She has been looked after very well by the wonderful regular staff and management. She is very comfortable with Asian staff to talk to, and ask for any type of help she needs. She doesn't enjoy the activities because she cannot sit on the chairs. Management informed us if there is any issue with her health, and looked after by the GP and other services eg - 111. Care home is very secure, clean and very welcoming. Foodwise - she enjoys the Indian Food, Dali, Curry and Rice, and Lentils. So overall, she is happy.
My brother was placed in the care of staff at Manor Court and despite a diagnosis of parkinson was treated appallingly, often left alone to falls and injury and on one occasion found alone in the car park wondering! the facilities and food are extremely basic as was his single room with no shower or toilet facility, not the pictures shown on web site my brother often put to bed unwashed or undressed personal effects were stolen by the staff entrusted with my brothers welfare a gold holy bracelet that can never be replaced a gift from our late parents was personally removed and replaced with a metal one as well as his mobile being stolen from his room - after suffering several falls resulting in injury lack of care and my brother telling me that a male carer had slapped him it was necessary to remove my brother from any further harm it also took two months to refund money held in account despite giving over details on the day my brother was removed do not leave your loved ones here !!!

I will always be indebted to Manor Court for the care and compensation they showed my mother. My mother received palliative care at Manor Court last year. The care she received made the last months of her life comfortable and dignified. Thank you Manor Court for looking after my mother. Your staff are wonderful!
I have been here to see my mum everyday. She gave me the feedback, what she has ate for lunch and it was very tasty she likes the food and very happy and satisfied. She has been looked after very well and pleased with her personal hygiene, changing her clothes, combed hair and changed her bedsheets etc. She can communicate with the carer and tell them if she needs something. Overall she is happy here.
The care home organised a bus trip to see the Christmas lights in London. Two buses took about 16 residents on a rather wet and windy Friday evening on a route that took in the popular streets in the city. Due to traffic, it was slow going but this meant more time to appreciate all the fantastic lights. When we returned everyone was pretty tired but had enjoyed a great experience.
An excellent care facility, the staff are kind and caring. The home is very clean and well-run. My brother is so happy here. Thank you so much Manor Court.
We went to visit our friend as we do on her birthday each year. Our friend knew we were coming and was ready for us. One member of staff was particularly helpful and kept coming to see if we had everything we needed. We had experienced this from other staff on other visits. The only difficulty was getting into the unit on a Sunday.
As a family, we were more than happy with all the care and attention that was provided for our late father whilst he was in care at the Manor Court Care Home for over 6 months. All the staff in the Willows Suite were very attentive, professional and friendly at all times. We can't fault them at all. They were always there when our dad or we needed them. They made us feel very welcome and any request was never a problem. We want to express our thanks to all the staff at the home. These staff are all angels and should be rewarded for all their hard work, professionalism and dedication. Take care and God bless.
My nephew is a resident at Manor Court Care home. I am very happy with the care my nephew is getting from the staff and the cleanliness of the home. He is doing very well with physio. Thank you.
As a family, our experience of Manor Court has been wonderful. They have supported and cared for Dad so well. They have also supported us as a family, at some really tough and emotional times especially when Mum was rushed into hospital and Dad was so very upset. We do not have anything but very kind words to say about all the staff, always.

I don't have any concerns which could cause me to worry. The resident has dementia and my worry is always that she cannot express her wishes but I haven't had a reason to worry as she is well looked after.
My sister is happy.
The activity coordinator was making all the people happy and getting in the party mood.
