This is truly a wonderful place, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care my father received during his time here. From the very beginning, every member of staff showed such kindness, compassion, and professionalism, which brought great comfort not only to him but to our entire family as
well.
The care and attention he was given each day went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for.
We cannot thank everyone enough for the support, reassurance, and kindness shown to us throughout. Knowing that my father was in such safe and caring hands gave us enormous peace of mind.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding care for a loved one.

live her best life under the circumstances of her deteriorating condition.

From the first moment I visited my brother back in November I could not fail to be impressed by the enthusiasm, dedication and personal interest displayed by the management and staff in their patients and tregard for visiting relatives and friends. This view has strengthened.
It is inspiring to
see such a well run bright and cheerful caring centre . Some talented people are engaged from outside to lead the activity programmes . I don't know perhaps if the activity program could usefully be extended for some patients, to include outside visits and excursions?
Quality of the food is extraordinary - so varied and fresh. And the quality of cakes and biscuits on offer for sale ever Easter (for charity ) surprised my family.
I have before joked , that if I was to move into care home myself in the future this would be my place. And yesterday a patient told me he was the third member of his family who had chosen to be cared for at Queens Court . I'm not at all surprised.

My friend Jean went into Queens Court after years with live-in care in her home. Jean never wanted to leave her home, and we honoured that wish .... until she needed nighttime support.
Queens Court Living started on Day 1. Jean was dressed, and went for lunch in the dining room. She quickly met
many friends and neighbours there, and enjoyed great homemade meals. Each day brought new sights and sounds: visiting local choirs, an exercise class, a good movie on TV.
Being at Queens Court is a Celebration of Life Every Day. Smiles from Staff were not only for residents, also for visitors like me. Tea was offered, so I could 'linger longer' with my friend.
If you are considering assisted living, visit and experience Queens Court yourself: A military operation, joyfully delivering 5-star care.
Jean had become grumpy in her home; She left this earth filled with joy.

The paramedics who had to attend one day were very impressed vs what else they've seen. Would definitely recommend!

process as smooth as possible. All the staff treat all the residents very attentively and with great care, all are very friendly and highly conpetant. Plenty of staff all ways on duty.

The staff have been so supportive helping her settle in. They are so kind and understanding to her needs.
The social calendar is amazing, there is always an activity for my Mother to join in or a musical event for her to watch.
The way her
day is structured has had such a positive impact on her, the combination is exactly what helps her feel happier, calmer, and more connected.
I was especially impressed with Christmas at Queens Court, the effort at making the day extra special for all the residents was amazing to watch.
Truly an amazing care home.

I have been visiting my relative since 2017, and the care has been consistently excellent. This time I sat with her as she ate her lunch, and the careful way in which the staff managed the residents' needs was exemplary and extremely sensitive. Decor is bright and provides a pleasant space for staff
to work in.

My mum has been a resident of Queens Court for a year. More recently, her mobility has become a lot worse, and she now depends on staff to do everything for her.
The staff at Queens Court are absolutely outstanding. They consistently show such care and kindness to my mum, and handle her difficult
behaviour with patience and good humour. Her room and all the communal areas are very clean and well maintained, and the food is lovely. Staff are welcoming to visitors at any time, whether you are just popping in or staying longer for tea.
The reception staff both on weekdays and weekends are lovely, they always know how my mum is and what she has been up to.
We have needed advice and support regarding finances, and the finance manager has been supportive and helpful throughout.
We are so happy that my mum is a resident here.

Our mother was a resident of Queens Court Wimbledon from February 2023 to June 30th 2025.
Unfortunately she was moved due to financial disputes between my siblings one of which has LPA and it was him who decided to move our 95 year old mother. I have visited our mother 3 times in the new care home.
I cannot even put into words how different everything is. Our mother was treated with utmost caring, love and attention in Queens Court. We loved visiting her there. Everyone was welcoming, happy and professional. Our mother was always clean, well dressed and most importantly cared for with compassion and kindness. She was not put in bed most of the time. It breaks my heart every time I see her there and how sad she looks. I have lots of videos to prove the difference. She is not eating as before. I want to thank the management of Queens Court for their consistent loving care and professional manner. I pray our mother returns to Queens Court so she can smile again.

My mother was admitted to Queens Court in Feb 2023, she stayed at Queens Court for 28 months until my brother, against all family wishes, transferred her to another private care home due to financial disputes with family members. To sum it up, my mother got moved from a Ritz Carlton type of care
home to a Travel Lodge type of care home. Would love to bring her back to Queens Court. During the 28 months that my 95 year old mom was at Queens Court, she was cared for with sincere love and compassion. We all loved visiting her at Queens Court, honestly it felt like home from the second you walked into the place. Absolutely loved the "happy" environment, the activities were so much fun, everything was very well planned. We are grateful for the loving care provided to my mom during her stay. Cannot thank management and staff enough for such a well run care home, worth every penny.

We placed my mother with Queenscourt care home in February 2023. The fees were £8500 for four weeks and it was increased by 5% in April 2023, 7% in April 2024 and 8.3% in April 2025 putting enormous pressure on our finances. In May this year we decided to transfer my mother to a less expensive
carehome and met the Manager and gave 28 days notice as required by the contract. Her response was appalling, aggressive and very upsetting. She later told my partner that my mother will aspirate if we moved her. My partner was in tears but the manager just ignored her. A few days later we changed our mind and informed the manager that we'd like to keep her at Queenscourt. Despite having three vacant rooms she refused to keep my mother and told us that we have to leave and she would not provide transport for a one mile distance. Queenscourt is now refusing to pay us the £860 refund they owe us plus £4200 deposit. I have contacted Barchester through various emails - no reply.

Having spent about 4 hours per day for 6 days with my mother it is clear the wonderful warm loving and caring staff is why our mother is at Barchester.
