I thank all the staff for all the hard work in looking after Clarissa, they have been brilliant and very caring all the time, everything I've seen has been perfect she could not be in a better place and the valentine lunch was really great and they could not have done more I'm lost for words how
great they all are thank you!

Friendly, polite staff. Clean rooms mum seems generally happy, always well feed quiet spacious rooms parking for visitors. No issues really.

The Willows is a very friendly & inviting nursing home. My uncle appeal to be well looked after. Staff is friendly at all times. From the outside, the place looks dated, although a new floor with rooms are build, looking inviting with large windows. At the end of the day, its all about the staff,
which is excellent. The only comment (coming from my uncle) is that the meals are not very varied. So maybe something to look into & offer european dishes.

I am very pleased with the care and attention provided to my mother over the period of time that she has stayed with the home - some two years. She is well looked after and despite being old and fragile, she enjoys the carers' company.

The staff are very loving and kind. They are all very affectionate towards my mother.
In case of any issues they are prompt to notify me and follow up on my requests promptly.
I am happy with overall care and service.

Since my mum has been at The Willows I have had no concerns regarding her care. Every time I come to see her she is safe, clean and appears well looked after. Meals are cooked in-house which is warm and welcoming. The manager is always very proactive, and involved very much in the day-to-day running
of the nursing home.

Always a warm welcome and good to see Mum in such a pleasant home. She receives good care, and we are kept well informed of all aspects of Mum's care.

It is encouraging to see Dad sit in the main lounge with other residents. Overall he appears to be calmer since he has been at The Willows. It is wonderful that volunteers come in once per week to sing Christian songs and say prayers with the residents. This will mean a lot to Dad, as Church is such
an important part of his life. Thank you so much.

My father moved into the Willows in October 2023. Unfortunately, I live outside Britain, but have found communication with the Willows to be excellent, and not lacking in any respect. I have been very impressed by the level of commitment and engagement evident from the management from the very
beginning, and the staff also demonstrated a very impressive level of care and commitment to my eighty-two-year-old father, who has significant care needs. My father seems happy at the Willows.

Mum has been here for over four weeks and so far so good. The facilities are great and the staff are professional and know what they are doing. They are also friendly and keep us updated.

My father was admitted to the home, suffering from dementia and a host of medical and mobility issues. Staff are professional and friendly and an engaging environment is provided for the residents. On occasions when my father required urgent medical attention, the staff acted quickly and
efficiently.
