View Full Details of Beaumont Park Care HomeOverall, the experience of respite, at Beaumont was positive. While I may debate "excellent" as "good", it was positive, and these folks know their stuff; be it helping patients walk, or cheering them up. Treated w/ dignity - At all times with adroitness & humour. Staff + Mgmnt have the unique talent of "family-like"-ness and they fit well. The rooms were beautiful, and I'd take lessons from the painter!! Facilities are well thought-out, designed, and just work well. Cleanliness was adhered to; mopping, vacuuming, and keeping fresh-smelling in a care home is no challenge to these folks! I put "Good" for the food-drink, but as good as they are, cheese burgers 24/7 isn't healthy! I'd never been on an interactive experience with birds - I learned alot!!!!
Putting someone especially a loved one in care is never easy but Beaumont Park has made the experience more reassuring + positive than we could have imagined. The team has shown genuine kindness, professionalism and dedication in caring for our dad & father in law. It has been transforming to witness how he has come out of his shell & his engagement with others. Lastly knowing that he is safe, well cared for & happy brings us peace of mind. We are so grateful for Beaumont Park & all that they do.
My wife is always clean and made as comfortable as possible, the staff from management nursing carers and domestic are all excellent. The home itself is very clean and well run.
My father spent the final month of his life at Beaumont Park, and the care he received was absolutely first class. He was treated with respect and dignity, and was able to truly be himself in his final days. He was a drummer in his youth, and the care team took the time to talk with him about this and he even showed some of his carers how to drum, which shows just how comfortable he was in the setting. The best memories I will keep with me are the three wonderful afternoons we were able to spend with him out on the patio in the sunshine. The team facilitated this and allowed us and him to enjoy fresh air, something we didn't think we would be able to do with him again. The environment and food were also first class, and he really enjoyed his meals there. My mother and I were also supported and looked after through his decline and death, and I will always be so grateful for the support we all received. I simply cannot recommend Beaumont Park highly enough.
Thank you to all you're staff at Beaumont for your fantastic care of our dad, he was at the home for a very short time until he passed away. The carers/nurses showed so much compassion not only towards our dad but towards myself, brother and 2 sisters. I remember only one name of many and this was one of the carers, she was so supportive kind, and offered hugs. Our dad received wonderful care at all times. All your staff were courteous towards us, always asking if there was anything we needed due to us spending so much time with our dad. Im sure you as a care home are very proud of all your team. We would also like to thank the nurses and the team.
As always the care in this establishment is wonderful. The staff are kind & caring they treat my husband with the utmost respect. The nursing care as always is professional and their expertise is evident. The surroundings of the home are beautifully kept and the standard of hygiene is really high. My husband always enjoys his meals and is given all the help he needs as his condition progresses. The activities are well oranised and although my husband is bed bound for the majority of the time efforts are made to include him where possible. The care of this team extends to the family of the residents and I always feel able to voice any concerns I have. My husband has been resident for 18 months and reamins happy.
The staff at Beaumont Park Care Home are very kind, helpful and professional and have made the transition into care as easy as possible for my father - they are always willing to go the extra mile. The home and facilities are very nice. I would highly recommend.
As always the staff are very kind and very helpful. My mother is well looked after and I feel that this is the best place for her.
I am very happy with everything but the food could be more warmer.
The care home is welcoming, clean and friendly. The rooms are of a good size and pleasant views of the landscaped gardens to the rear. Very happy with the staff who are always there to help.
Always such a lovely visit. My aunt is so well looked after. The staff are always pleasant and caring. The environment is always bright and cheerful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. There are always lots of planned activities and everyone is included. We so look forward to our visits and are happy knowing she is so well cared for.
High standard of care provided for my grandfather. He is well cared for and recently when he was taken ill the staff worked quickly to ensure he had the medical assistance that he required. Staff are always very welcoming and warm when we visit.
Staff are very attentive and friendly to my mum. The quality of the food is good at the moment especially at weekends. Mums room is always kept very clean + tidy. Head housekeeper is excellent + very attentive toward mum. Always above + beyond care. I would recommend this place to family + friends.
We are so thankful for the care given to my 95 year old mother who has lived at the home for over ten years. She is so comfortable and well cared for by nursing and care staff. It is such a joy to see her being fed her lunch because she smiles at them and clears her plate! It is a great relief to us now she can do little for herself. We know she is safe in their caring hands.
I can only say in all cartographies that the staff and management as all in excellent order - the food is not always to my taste but it is wholesome and serves its purpose. Activities are well organised by the activities coordinator - all types of games, music, films and quizzes for example, also live entertainment is organised, once every month - and in the spring and summer the garden is an attraction with many colourful plants being nurtured by the residents and plants are also purchased.
The reason my parent is where she is is because I can no longer look after her myself. She needs 24-hour complex care so I can not praise the staff enough for the care and support that my parent receives here. I do find there is a language barrier at times for myself so I know there will be for my mum too. Sometimes it is misunderstood what she wants but overall, I know she is being cared for and she is safe at Beaumont Park Care Home.
I have received and experienced kindness and care from exceptional staff who have always had smiles on their faces, even when coping with the problems caused by the broken lift.
Very friendly and helpful staff which made my dad's respite stay very good and enjoyable. Would highly recommend the home to anyone in need of their services.
Staff are very polite and welcoming when we come and visit Mum. Mum's care is excellent, she is very settled. She enjoys the activities that the activities coordinator plans for them each week who is excellent, also the carers are as well!)
All staff are friendly and say hello or have a chat. Mum is comfortable and enjoys the activities. The activities coordinator organises some great activities and tries to include everyone.
