I work as a role model in setting a good standard of care and being supported by the team in ensuring residents wishes and preferences are respected. We like to involve residents and their families in the care that we provide and value their feedback to ensure we continually grow and develop in the services that we provide. I have also completed multiple Post Graduate courses relevant to previous roles that I have been in the NHS and private sector.
What I enjoy most about working at Beaumont Park is being with such a friendly team for the lovely residents in our home. I feel that I enrich the lives of residents by helping them administratively in any way I can. Before coming to Beaumont, I worked as an administrator in a different care home.

I’m a Registered Nurse since 2005 and have worked in care home management since 2015. I’m passionate about making a difference by delivering the best, personalised care and taking the time to truly understand each resident’s needs. Seeing happy faces is the most rewarding part of my day.
