My husband was transferred from hospital to the care home in December 2025, very very ill. Through the months of dedicated care and support by all the staff, his health has greatly improved. Everyone is always very kind and respectful to me and my husband. The Manager Iona is amazing and if either of us has any issues she is always there to sort them out.

My heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team.

My overall experience in very positive and the level of care provided 2 my father good to excellent. The staff have been professional welcoming and understanding. Management, rooms, facilities, cleanliness, food and drink, and security all good to excellent. I cannot comment on activities or value for money, as neither is relevant for my father. My father has complex need, on flip, between lucidify dreams/reality confused, and complete numbing incoherence and confusion - sometimes with aggression and sometimes without that has taken everyone time to adjust to. Its a great care home thank you for looking after my father.

My Father has been with Beaumont House for over 3 weeks. In that time I've visited him every day. I've found the staff exceedingly welcoming and friendly. I've been kept up to date on my fathers condition and reasons for the type of treatment he's recieving. He's room is clean and kept tidy. I've been nothing but impressed with what I've found.

Thank you, Beaumont House!

The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms etc are looked after staff try to make it homely.

Although my brother does not always choose to join in activities, the lady who organises things does try to appeal to his personal needs.

My husband is cared and supported very well. The chef does an excellent job in catering for everybodies dietary requirements. The activity co-ordinator is brilliant and enables all patients to be involved.
The carers are supportive and always have a smile.
The cleaners do a very good job and always have time to chat when approached.

Overall, Beaumont is a good home.

I have found all aspects of the Beaumont Park Care Home to my satisfaction.
The staff are all very pleasant and do their work in a methodical and expert way.
The food is of a standard to satisfy all concerned.
Recently the accomodation has been redecorated at each resident's wishes - and I am very satisfied with my own room.
The management are regularly making adjustments to the existing layouts of the building.
Our garden is very colourful and attended with genuine care and professional design.
Our spokesperson is always including the residents in its design and including the residents in its care and design
Our recent manageress has always taken much interest in residents whereabouts - she will be missed - but I'm sure our new and present lady in charge will take her place with fortitude, willingness, kindness and professionalism - God Bless them both in their new positions and heres to the future to them both and all of the residents at Beaumont Park Care Home

May I wish both, all our love and "God Bless!!"

Overall, the experience of respite, at Beaumont was positive. While I may debate "excellent" as "good", it was positive, and these folks know their stuff; be it helping patients walk, or cheering them up. Treated w/ dignity - At all times with adroitness & humour.
Staff + Mgmnt have the unique talent of "family-like"-ness and they fit well. The rooms were beautiful, and I'd take lessons from the painter!!
Facilities are well thought-out, designed, and just work well.
Cleanliness was adhered to; mopping, vacuuming, and keeping fresh-smelling in a care home is no challenge to these folks! I put "Good" for the food-drink, but as good as they are, cheese burgers 24/7 isn't healthy!

I'd never been on an interactive experience with birds - I learned alot!!!!

Overall Experience
My father spent the final month of his life at Beaumont Park, and the care he received was absolutely first class. He was treated with respect and dignity, and was able to truly be himself in his final days. He was a drummer in his youth, and the care team took the time to talk with him about this and he even showed some of his carers how to drum, which shows just how comfortable he was in the setting.
The best memories I will keep with me are the three wonderful afternoons we were able to spend with him out on the patio in the sunshine. The team facilitated this and allowed us and him to enjoy fresh air, something we didn't think we would be able to do with him again.

The environment and food were also first class, and he really enjoyed his meals there. My mother and I were also supported and looked after through his decline and death, and I will always be so grateful for the support we all received. I simply cannot recommend Beaumont Park highly enough.

Thank you to all you're staff at Beaumont for your fantastic care of our dad, he was at the home for a very short time until he passed away. The carers/nurses showed so much compassion not only towards our dad but towards myself, brother and 2 sisters.
I remember only one name of many and this was one of the carers, she was so supportive kind, and offered hugs.
Our dad received wonderful care at all times. All your staff were courteous towards us, always asking if there was anything we needed due to us spending so much time with our dad.

Im sure you as a care home are very proud of all your team. We would also like to thank the nurses and the team.

As always the care in this establishment is wonderful. The staff are kind & caring they treat my husband with the utmost respect. The nursing care as always is professional and their expertise is evident. The surroundings of the home are beautifully kept and the standard of hygiene is really high. My husband always enjoys his meals and is given all the help he needs as his condition progresses. The activities are well oranised and although my husband is bed bound for the majority of the time efforts are made to include him where possible. The care of this team extends to the family of the residents and I always feel able to voice any concerns I have. My husband has been resident for 18 months and reamins happy.
