Staff are very attentive and friendly to my mum.
The quality of the food is good at the moment especially at weekends.
Mums room is always kept very clean + tidy. Head housekeeper is excellent + very attentive toward mum. Always above + beyond care.
I would recommend this place to family + friends.

We are so thankful for the care given to my 95 year old mother who has lived at the home for over ten years. She is so comfortable and well cared for by nursing and care staff. It is such a joy to see her being fed her lunch because she smiles at them and clears her plate! It is a great relief to us
now she can do little for herself. We know she is safe in their caring hands.

The reason my parent is where she is is because I can no longer look after her myself. She needs 24-hour complex care so I can not praise the staff enough for the care and support that my parent receives here. I do find there is a language barrier at times for myself so I know there will be for my mum
too. Sometimes it is misunderstood what she wants but overall, I know she is being cared for and she is safe at Beaumont Park Care Home.

Staff are very polite and welcoming when we come and visit Mum. Mum's care is excellent, she is very settled. She enjoys the activities that the activities coordinator plans for them each week who is excellent, also the carers are as well!)

1. All the staff I have had dealings with have been pleasant, helpful and courteous.
2. Any small issues raised by resident or me have been addressed sympathetically and resolved without undue delay.
3. Response to resident's alarm calls, invariable, are swift and issues solved efficiently.
4. Residents,
where appropriate, are regularly visited by staff to encourage exercise or movement.
5. Good team work is apparent throughout the residential home.

I find this care home very accommodating to the needs of my late father. Everyone was very helpful and caring, I was well-informed about any progress/situations about my father. All in all, I'm very pleased he spent the last part of his life here.

My mum was in Beaumont for a week before passing and I could not wish for such caring and compassionate care. They went above and beyond to make Mum comfortable and pain-free. We will always be grateful for the care Mum received.

The home is very nice, very clean and the staff are friendly, Mum is always up, dressed and happy. She is/I'm happy with the care she is getting and I'm always updated on any changes.

I really wasn't looking forward to Mum going into a care home, however, the relief I have experienced, knowing that she is now safe, happy and cared for on a daily basis has been priceless. It's far less demanding in our time and a lot less stressful, allowing me to actually enjoy the time I spend with
her rather than worrying about her care needs. Everyone here is incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and personable, helping Mum 'feel at home' since day one.

My mum is very well cared for. She could not be in better hands. She has dementia and can occasionally become very grumpy but the care staff are not at all bothered by her moods and are only concerned about her well-being.
