My dad was very happy at Beaumont and I know he was well looked after by all staff. My family are happy with dad's care right to the end. The staff made me and my family welcome at all times, even at 3:00 in the morning when my sister arrived from Spain to see my dad.
The staff called and my mum whenever
needed to because we asked to be called at any time of the day or night because we needed to know about dad at all times.

My mother was in the home and was treated with respect and dignity. The staff were all very kind to all members of the family. Sadly my mother passed away. Everyone was very kind and very supportive. It gives me great comfort that my mother couldn't have been in a better place. Highly recommended.

In the short time that my aunt has been a resident. I can see that she is being well cared for. It takes a lot of money to run a care home and the staff and facilities are very good. The only downside is that her actual room is rather small in comparison to some of the others, but as it was the last
one available it is adequate for her needs.

My grandmother came to the Beaumont in August 2016. In that time she has been very well looked after and so as a family, it has made the transition from home to care home a very gentle and non-upsetting move, for all concerned. Although grandma is unable to take part in many of the activities, she is

Mother-in-law seems to be settled at Beaumont Park when she is able she is encouraged to join in activities. The staff have got to know her well and understand her needs. When we leave sometimes she gets upset, this is dealt with caring and sympathy and the parting is soon forgotten. Well done to all!

My mother-in-law was only at Beaumont Park for the last five weeks of her life but her care there was excellent. She regularly commented on how kind the staff were. We felt she was in the right place for her end of life.

Unexpectedly, we were given the news that my nan was end of life, and palliative care was to be put in place, a real shock for the whole family. Nan was left on a ward in the hospital with the family 24 hours trying to care, we had no privacy and didn't feel nan had the comfort needed. We came to Beaumont
on a Saturday where we spoke to the manager who was so helpful and she got in touch with another person, who was also exceptional who went out of her way to support our family and get nan moved. Even on a sunday, within minutes on nan being moved to Beaumont, she was comfortable and more like our nan again. Thank you so much for everything.

When the palliative care nurse told us there were no spaces available in the hospice, a nursing home was suggested to me. From the time my daughter and I walked through Beaumont's door, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were so helpful and went beyond expectation, in order to facilitate
our request to move my mum for a peaceful end to her life. Thank you is not enough but Thank you!

My Nan was unexpectantly given the news that an operation was not possible and that she would require palliative care. My Sister spoke to someone in Beaumont who went out of her way to help her speak to a manager, who then went above and beyond to support us getting my Nan moved to Beaumont as soon
as possible meaning she is closer to the family. Thank you so much to the team here.

When my Mother first had to go into Beaumont Park it had a lovely atmosphere, there was an adequate level of staff to ensure good quality of care and support as required. The majority of staff were caring and consistent. However, over the last year or so things have gone from bad to worse. I have had
several issues with inadequate staffing levels, medication, assisted feeding and drinking and the amount of time Mum is left in bed and left unsupported. At the moment there is a temporary manager, two of the main nurses have left, carers have left and therefore they are having to use agency staff which is certainly not ideal! Beaumont Park is one of the most expensive homes in the area and I feel my Mother is getting second-rate care. There is a high turnover of staff which affects the continuity of care for all residents, not just my mother! It has also come to my attention that the staff morale is very low, which does affect the care.

There never seems enough staff around to care for the residents. Some of the care staff are not friendly, do not smile, talk or even say hello. All the nurses in navy uniforms are extremely busy but are very good. There is never any management on site to talk to. My aunt has been at this home for nearly
two years and I am constantly complaining regarding her care. Surely a care home should be care, not just a business?
