Thank you for taking the time to review our care home. I am pleased that you feel reassured by our team at Beaumont.
We are always keen to hear feedback from relatives and so I was extremely sorry to hear your views.
I can reassure you that we monitor carefully when alarms ring in the home. We thoroughly review our records to ensure they have been answered promptly.
It is hard for our catering team to meet every resident’s preferences, but we try our best. I have to say that we do receive many very favourable comments about the food the team prepares.
How a resident is cared for and their own preferences for when they like to receive elements of their personal care has to be respected. However, we would not be able to attend every resident at exactly the time they prefer.
You will be aware from our conversations that the home did struggle to obtain the information it needed from the district nurses team, but that issue was soon resolved. You did feedback to us about your Mother’s preferences. My understanding from the team is that we dealt with this straight away.
Thank you for your review. I am conscious that notwithstanding your feedback you were hoping that your uncle would return to live at Beaumont Park were we able to cater for his needs. The team here were saddened to learn of his passing and we send our heartfelt condolences to you and your family.
I want to thank you again for sharing your feedback about the service and I can assure you that we are using it as an opportunity to learn and improve.
You raised the issue of staffing levels, and I am keen to emphasise that whilst every care provider is struggling to attract sufficient staff in the current climate, at Beaumont Park we always operate at safe levels of staffing. We are enormously proud of the team here and how they continue to always deliver even in difficult times.

I’m a Registered Nurse since 2005 and have worked in care home management since 2015. I’m passionate about making a difference by delivering the best, personalised care and taking the time to truly understand each resident’s needs. Seeing happy faces is the most rewarding part of my day.
I enrich residents' lives through person-centred care, being polite, patient, and attentive. My relevant education includes being a Registered Nurse. I enjoy the supportive colleagues and pleasant environment at Beaumont Park.
The greatest joy of working from home is brightening residents' lives with smiles and companionship; it's a rewarding experience for me.
What I enjoy most about working at Beaumont Park is being with such a friendly team for the lovely residents in our home. I feel that I enrich the lives of residents by helping them administratively in any way I can. Before coming to Beaumont, I worked as an administrator in a different care home.
I enjoy the teamwork within the home and like to keep residents' rooms in top shape by repairing and refreshing them to add a splash of colour. With over 30 years of experience in the building trade and a City and Guilds qualification in roofing, I also complete ongoing training to maintain compliance and safety standards.
I enjoy working as part of a team in such a lovely, beautiful home. My focus is on making residents feel at ease and ensuring their nursing needs are met to a high standard. I am currently studying for my NVQ Level 3 and participate in ongoing training within Healthcare Homes.

I love it when everyone calls my name, gives me pats, belly rubs, and the occasional sneaky treat; it makes my tail wag even faster! I bring unconditional love and comfort to the residents, wagging my tail, nuzzling their hands, and making them smile. Many enjoy stroking my fur, which helps them feel calm and relaxed. I’m well-trained, loved by my owners, and always on my best behaviour when I’m on shift.
