The staff looked after very well, very helpfull, pleasent, I was treated like a person and not just a number, I enjoyed my stay here, and got very well with everyone, I will come and visit. Thank you to the manager and staff and wish you well for the future.

We have no issues with the care that we have been getting from the home. The staff and managerment have been first class, showing compasion, empathy and a level of care, we have no recieved in the past from other residential homes. Nothing is too much trouble and there is always staff to address
questions and medical queries. We are truely impressed with the whole set up at Village Green and would have recommended to others.

The moment we walked into the Village Green Care Home I knew this was the one for my husband who had dementia while he was at the home he was very well looked after from the office to the cleaners to the catering staff and all the carers; whatever he needed it was there; whenever I needed to speak
to anyone, they were there for me. His room was perfect for him, always being cleaned, his bed always being changed, his clothes washed, and everything clean.
Although only at the home for a short while, he was very happy and would not change anything.

I came to Village Green for recovery after leg surgery. I was not even aware of the facility. I cannot speak highly enough of service stagging care and kindness everybody is so helpful my family have been welcomed. So well and asked to stay to lunch and for tea. The generosity and care have no
bounds thank you.

From the moment Dad arrived at Village Green we were really impressed with the level of service, the kindness of the staff and the attention to care that he received. Everyone remembered our names, and were constantly monitoring how he was getting on, updating us when we visited and making sure he
was in the best hands. Christmas was disrupted when we found out he'd have to go into Village Green, but all of the team there made sure they made a fuss of him and really turned the situation around.

My mum has been resident at Village Green for over 4 and 1/2 years. She passed away peacefully there in December. I cannot fault all the wonderful, loving, thoughtful care she recieved across all the staff. The food was amazing. The entertainment/actvities varied and mentally/physically stimulating
for her. The manager was always available to consult, as was the nurse and her carers. Nothing was too much trouble.

My mother has been in Village Green Care Home for just under 5 years. Sadly passed away in December. Her family and home became Village Green Care Home. Outstanding support to my mother and visiting relatives. Always felt welcome and supported and our wishes were kept. Thank you.

Room carers are excellent! They genuinely care. If I need something I ask and they help. The nurses are 'top' genuinely noticing if any issues with her health. I tried other homes but I dont think they could of cared for her any better.

My mother has received outstanding care at Village Green Care Home. Living with dementia and having complex nursing needs - we were worried when she first arrived. The nursing team have been exceptional; they treated her with skill, dignity, and patience, and thanks to their dedication her
condition improved.
The carers truly understand her as a person. They support her with kindness, calmness, and respect, always taking time to comfort and reassure her. The activities team keep residents engaged with meaningful daily sessions, and my mother especially enjoys the local day trips, which give her a sense of normality and joy.
Management have also been excellent - approachable, supportive, and genuinely committed to ensuring high-quality care. They communicate well with families and always listen.
We are deeply grateful for the compassion shown by every member of staff. Village Green has given my mother safety and dignity, and that means everything to us. I would highly recommend.

My dad Liberato was put here for rest bite, he needs 24hr nursing care. We find management, owner very very pleasent to deal with they made us very welcome. All the staff are excellent and do there job with passion made my dad very comfortable, welcome. The home is very clean always smells fresh,
its very homely, the meals are excellent they also offer you some too. Staff are pleasent and happy.

Staff treated Mum with dignity and care, compassionate and respectful regarding Mum's fast decline.
Unfortunately, Mum, was only with Village Green for just over a week.
However, we could see passionate staff with heart & kindness

I rate the Village Green Care Home as excellent. The kindness, professionalism and care including the delivery of delicious food and snacks, is excellent. I shall miss everybody when I leave (I only had 1 month respite care) I would recommend Village Green wholeheartedly to anyone who's looking for
kind, professional care.

My dear friend was in Village Green for 9 months and was safely and carefully cared for by staff who obviously enjoyed their jobs. A comfortable, clean, cheerful home. Couldn't have been better.

My dad was only at Village Green for a week but the family were very happy with every aspect of his care. All staff are cheerful, friendly and caring.

Village Green Care Home was the right place. I came, they took great care over me. I was very pleased with all the nurses and carers. They treated me with dignity, including the manager. I really don't know how to thank all of them. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family. Once more

Wonderful caring, loving environment, all mum's needs met, treated like family. Excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We are so grateful for the dedicated caring staff and the care mum has received.
