My dear friend was in Village Green for 9 months and was safely and carefully cared for by staff who obviously enjoyed their jobs. A comfortable, clean, cheerful home. Couldn't have been better.

My dad was only at Village Green for a week but the family were very happy with every aspect of his care. All staff are cheerful, friendly and caring.

Village Green Care Home was the right place. I came, they took great care over me. I was very pleased with all the nurses and carers. They treated me with dignity, including the manager. I really don't know how to thank all of them. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family. Once more I would like to say thanks to everyone.

Wonderful caring, loving environment, all mum's needs met, treated like family. Excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We are so grateful for the dedicated caring staff and the care mum has received.

Words are just not enough to express how very grateful I am to every single member of Village Green for the care, patients and kindness they showed in taking care of my mum. All the joyful event they organise are special memories you create, which I will now treasure. Thank you, they really are a working family and worth every penny to know loved ones are safe in their hands.

Mum was a resident at Village Green for just over two years during this time Mum was treated with kindness, care and respect. We never imagined Mum's life would end up in a care home but I'm so grateful to all the carers who gave Mum the respect, care and dignity she so deserved. Thank you.

Since joining Village Green in the summer, my mother-in-law has developed back being a happy, smiling lady who is enjoying her life once again. Recently, she went on a trip to meet Santa Claus and had a wonderful time, coming home with a new reindeer friend too (a gift from Santa!). The care and attention she has received whilst at Village Green has made this possible and I have been so impressed with the lovely way they treat the residents, full of love, respect and care. Very pleased we chose Village Green.

I am very happy with the services provided by this organisation to my best friend. The manager is very kind cares for the staff and the patients, very caring. All staff and nurses are very caring people. All the very best to this place. Village Green Care Home, a blessing.

When my mother-in-law came into the Village Green, she was very poorly with her skin. After several weeks, with care at the home, she has now settled in as a permanent resident. We are so thankful to have the manager helping us through this very hard journey to put her in a home. The nurses, carers and all the staff are amazing. Thank you so much.

I enjoyed a peaceful stay at Village Green Care Home. I was impressed with the staff and management. I feel that I was well looked after, built my strength and confidence. I was here after hospital discharge for respite. I cannot recommend Village Green highly enough.

My mother was transferred to Village Green Care Home from hospital on a discharge-to-access scheme, and was then consequently offered a full-time place after 3 weeks of care. Village Green Care Home, the management and all the staff were so welcoming from day 1 and were excellent in looking after Mum. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff for their caring and professional approach. I thank them all for making Mum's final days a truly peaceful and dignified ending.

My 96-year-old mother was transferred from the hospital recently and I have been delighted with the level of care she is receiving. The management and staff have a genuinely caring and loving attitude to their residents and living 100 miles away I feel a weight being lifted off of my shoulders as I know Mum is in safe hands. Thank you all so much.

Since my mum was moved to Village Green from the hospital, the whole part, care, staff, communication, absolutely everything has been so amazing. The team are so friendly, and I feel 100% reassured that my mum is safe and happy. I don't drive and live around 30 minutes drive away by taxi, so I know Mum is fully cared for and she is the happiest she's been in a long time.

My mother-in-law was given the best of care at Village Green Care Home. The staff, although always busy, were very kind, caring and attentive to her needs. Communication from the manager was excellent and answered quickly. Nursing care was excellent, my mother-in-law had awful bed sores which actually healed in their care. The staff make the very best of this facility and overcome anything thrown at them. I would highly recommend Village Green.

Very relaxed, professional and friendly staff. My mother has not looked as relaxed for 3/4 years. She is now being very well looked after.

Dad has been at Village Green Care Home for ten months. The staff are amazing, very committed to all residents and their families. Dad has, on three occasions, become extremely unwell, on each occasion, the staff have turned Dad around and worked with him and us to get him better. I cannot rate this home more highly. I sleep well at night knowing Dad is well cared for. Bravo to each and every staff member.

Our family cannot thank the manager and his team for all the care and advice they have given our mother and us. This is our first experience of a care home and right from the moment we walked through the door we were warmly welcomed and looked after. Village Green have such an amazing team who are kind, caring and respectful to everyone. We will always remember Mum's short but happy stay at Village Green.

Dad was made to feel very welcome from the moment he arrived at Village Green, transferred from his hospital bed. The care staff were very attentive to his care needs and he soon developed a good rapport and very soon he was able to relax and trust them to keep him safe. The care home manager made sure I was updated regularly on Dad and was extremely helpful when the time came for Dad to leave, even making sure he was ok after he had left.
