It was the hardest thing I've ever done to bring my mother to a care home as her needs became greater than we could safely manage. We were welcomed with so much love and care we told mum she was staying in a luxury 5 star hotel all inclusive with staff catering to her every needs. In short mum loves
her room staff and resident constant interactions plus the varied all inclusive daily activities for her. Routine quickly established here is family.

My nan is really happy and comfortable here. She has no complaints. She enjoys the care, the company and the food. She really likes the food. She enjoys the activities here, she actually has a social life now. She is so much happier here, thank you.

Staff here are excellent, Jenny, Abir, Grace, Amy, Elishba, Sharon especially without them it would have been hard, but they made it so much better and look after dad! Nice and clean no complaints! Thank you!

Great staff- nurses, care assistants, management, they are so caring and attentive. My father in law is being taken care of as if he had been at home.

I can't thank all the staff at St Mary's Care home enough. They have taken special care of my mother, and we will always be so grateful. The carers and nurses were all so very patient with Mum over the years. Housekeeping always did a good job of keeping Mum's room clean. The kitchen staff always
made good food, which mum enjoyed, and took such good care of everyone's dietary requirements. Management were very professional and caring. Thank you to the entire team.

The staff are consistently friendly, helpful and genuinely caring in their approach. The home is always clean and tidy creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. Overall, this care home provides a warm and supportive place for residents thanks to a dedicated and compassionate team.

Although mum has only been in their care for less than a week, I can't thank all of the staff enough for not only making my mum feel welcome but also my dad who visits her every day. From my initial phone enquiry to mum's arrival and several following days, everyone has been friendly, caring and
informative. It was lovely to visit yesterday and see her looking so well and nearly back to her original self! Can't thank everyone enough and well done for making a hard decision to move mum, with all the uncertainty and upheaval, a very reassuring and stress-free experience.

From the management down through all levels of staff I have felt welcomed into this demanding environment and have wanted for nothing. I choose this home because nursing was included and I was apprehensive about the after effects of surgery on my own. From first to last (nurses) and their colleagues
have looked after me and their knowledge has been very reassuring.

Staff are perfect, I asked and they delivered. Every member of staff have been respectful, polite and very kind! I am very glad my grandad was here and grateful for all of the staff. Thank you guys!

My brother is a resident at St Mary's since 2023. It took him a while to settle in but since then he is very happy and always treated with dignity and care by all the staff. He loves the meals which are always excellent.

We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care our mum received during her final days. Staff went above & beyond, not only in looking after her with compassion & dignity but also in supporting our entire family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they ensured we had everything we needed.
From the care staff to housekeeping and catering, everyone worked tirelessly to provide comfort, kindness, and space for us to grieve as a family. We cannot fault the service & truly appreciate the dedication of everyone involved. Our mum always spoke about how happy she was at St Mary's and how lovely everyone was. Thank you for everything you did for our mum, forever grateful.

From the first meeting to the moment we left, the staff at St Mary's were nothing short of exceptional. Residents, family and friends were incredibly well cared for and as a family, we could not have asked for any more. I would have no hesitation in recommending St Mary's to anyone. My mother felt
safe, well cared for in the time she spent in their care.
