It was the hardest thing I've ever done to bring my mother to a care home as her needs became greater than we could safely manage. We were welcomed with so much love and care we told mum she was staying in a luxury 5 star hotel all inclusive with staff catering to her every needs. In short mum loves her room staff and resident constant interactions plus the varied all inclusive daily activities for her. Routine quickly established here is family.

Although mum has only been in their care for less than a week, I can't thank all of the staff enough for not only making my mum feel welcome but also my dad who visits her every day. From my initial phone enquiry to mum's arrival and several following days, everyone has been friendly, caring and informative. It was lovely to visit yesterday and see her looking so well and nearly back to her original self!
