To all the staff at Allington Court, every single person who works at the care home, we want to relay our gratitude for the daily goodwill and kindnesses that every one of you displayed towards our Dad. Our experience of Allington Court Care Home cannot be commended enough. We know our Dad received
sweetness and was attended to with care and dignity. From the small details of knowing what he liked for breakfast, without him having to ask, to adjusting the food to help his appetite, relaxed and bright faces are there at every turn, to help residents. We really are impressed and cannot commend Allington Court Care Home enough for the attention shown to him and to us as a family.
The cleanliness, rooms, care and support are exceptional.

Our dear friend Mary was in this lovely care home for two years and we visited her on a number of occasions, from initially being bedbound to miraculously being able to walk out two years later. This is a beautiful care home near Uxbridge and Mary and her husband were allowed to make her room as cosy
and homely as they liked. The staff welcomed us warmly on every occasion that we visited and, once she was able to be wheeled to the dining room, we were always invited to join them for lunch. The meals were extremely tasty and prepared on site. The staff were amazing and we saw first hand how they treated all residents (and relatives & visitors) with the utmost respect, dignity and compassion. We really can't thank them enough for caring for her so well. David & Rosie

Mum needed respite as we knew she couldn't manage at home with a surgical boot on.
So when I walked into Hazelmere it was such a relief to be met with smiling faces.
Mum struggled at first as she really didn't want to be there but with the patience, smiles and support of the nursing staff she
soon settled in. Her room was nice and clean and she could if needed, go and sit quietly with her tv.
Two months later I came to take her home, and she cried because she didn't want to leave!
So it was lovely to receive an email to say mum would be welcome to visit her friends, have lunch and join in some activities (which again she enjoyed).
With the lovely weather it was nice to visit and sit outside which I could see was well used by other residents.
All in all a lovely homely home which is well run and everyone is made to feel welcome from entering.

The staff are phenomenal at Hazelmere House Care Home. Tim in the office was beyond helpful during the process of moving my mum from the south of England to Hazelmere House. He helped me understand the steps and gave excellent advice so I could speak to the right people in the NHS too. He went above
and beyond consistently and even helped us put pictures up in mum's room, something I'm sure is not his responsibility. The carers are so lovely and make such an effort with my mum, to help her feel at home and cared for. Nothing ever feels too much trouble. Jenny in the Activities team is also fantastic and so kind and engaging with all residents. The food is wonderful, my mum's room is gorgeous and we literally could not have asked for a better environment. I would recommend this home and the wonderful team of staff to anyone. Thank you Hazelmere House Team, you are all amazing people!

Mum went from independent living to residential care after a fall. I looked at a number of homes and knew Hazelmere was the right place for Mum. There was no fancy sales pitch and nothing was hidden from view. I was invited to sit in a lounge where other residents were so I could see what it would be
like for mum. It may not be the most glamorous or newest but all of the staff make it a very special place. Food is great and the menu appropriate for the age group of the residents. I no longer have sleepless nights wondering if mum has eaten or had a fall as I know that she is in a really safe place. Medical issues are picked up and dealt with promptly and professionally. A number of my friends have been to visit mum and they have also commented on how wonderful the home is and how amazing the staff are. Above all Mum is happy and there are plenty of wonderful activities on offer to keep her busy.

Many thanks to all the staff for taking such good care of our Mum Vilna whilst she had a respite stay with you. Everyone was very kind and helpful and it was a great comfort to know that she was safe and well looked after whilst she was there. Thank you again.
