The home has been very welcoming right from the first day.
My mums level of care is amazing which puts myself my father and sisters mind at rest that she is getting the best possible care.
Staff are very attentive to her needs.
The
ladies on Reception Sarah and Mary are always a joy to see as I'm signing in . Luna the deputy
The homes manager is very hands on and knowledgeable on every one of the residents. Her office door is always open if we need to speak to her or she's just an email away.
They have a great range of activities available for the residents and family members join in if they so wish . The home offers a once a month coffee morning on the first Sunday of the month which I love to attend .
The food is of a very high standard and creatively thought out With vegetarian options available at every meal time. The Chef likes to interact with the residents as well . Thanks to all and to Luna deputy manager

The Links manager and staff have always been friendly, helpful and professional from the first visit, through wife's death and settling into home and finally David's death in Decemeber. Our wishes and requests were acted on quickly and sensitively. David settled well and was always grateful for such
a nice place to live. Friends and family always felt welcomed for visits anytime. David was encouraged to join in with activities and had some fun times both in the home and on outings. Thank you all at The Links for everything you did.

Ashley Park Care Home

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My mother (90) has been a resident at Ashley Park for over 2 years. I'm so thankful for the care and support Mum is receiving and it's lovely to see how happy and settled she is. Victoria is a very kind and hands-on Home Manager and she has a great support team, many of whom have worked there for
many years. Karen the chef goes above and beyond with the food and was instrumental in helping Mum regain her strength after many months in hospital when she arrived.

The home is located in beautiful grounds, giving residents additional space to enjoy outside their rooms, lounges and dining area. My mother is a smoker, so she is able to go to the dedicated smokers area outside, which doesn't disturb other residents. There is always a cheerful and caring vibe at the home, with carers always available to help and assist.

I have peace of mind knowing my mother is happy and well looked after. Thank you everyone at Ashley Park x

Erskine Hall Care Home

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Both my parents are residents at Erskine Hall, and sadly both have dementia.
My mother has been a resident since November 23, and my father since April 25.
My parents both have excellent day to day care, compassion and respect.
I know their best interests and overall well being are a priority
for the staff.
Earlier this year my father's health declined and made it unsafe for him to continue living independently. I arranged for him to join my mother at the nursing home. The staff made this transition from his home to Erskine Hall quite seamless, which helped everyone involved enormously.

Thanks to carers and nursing staff for making Christmas Day so special for Ann and me. I wasn't quite sure what to expect spending my wife's first Christmas at StGeorges, but it honestly couldn't have gone better. I felt completely relaxed all day everything was just right. Seeing all the residents
up, dressed ready for Father Christmas created such a happy, festive atmosphere. You could really feel the care and effort that had gone into making the day special for everyone. The Christmas lunch was fantastic, better than if we'd tried to do it at home, and with none of the stress. Afterwards, everyone was so thoughtfully looked after and made comfortable for the afternoon. Ann fell asleep peacefully after lunch, I stayed with her in the room, just relaxing. Having tea and food brought to us in the afternoon, then the choice of hot food or sandwiches later on, was really appreciated. I stayed until late, feeling
completely reassured that she was in such good hands. Thank you all for your kindness, patience, and hard work. You made Christmas Day calm, joyful, and very special for the residents and for their families. You were all absolutely brilliant.
Reply from Natasha Burns-Leigh, Customer Service Advisor at St George's Care HomeWe're so grateful that you've taken the time to share your wonderful review.
