The level of care extended to both my parents who were residents at Premier Court was extremely good. The Carers treated them with respect and took time to engage with them often when they had a very busy schedule with many other residents to care for. The Admin team were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment team worked extremely hard to provide a variety of entertainment activities. Well done Premier Court

We'd like to thank the whole Premier Court Team for all the brilliant care you have shown to Mum and to us before, during and after her stay. You have been efficient, effective and caring throughout - thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your kind review. It is always nice to hear from family members feeling like their loved one was well cared for.
Last month, Mum, along with most of the home, came down with a cough. Her oxygen levels dropped, the nurse carried out hourly checks, and the doctor was called. This was a worrying time, but I was comforted by the staff who shared the same worries. The home felt like a family.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are very happy to hear you feel at ease with your Mum in our care at Premier Court. It is so lovely to hear the way you describe the staff as friendly and going above and beyond. Thank you again for your kind words.
My mother has been at Premier Court for 2-and-a-half years. The care provided has been excellent. Staff are friendly, capable and very patient.

When my brother Steve was taken into hospital for a chest infection, the staff there were amazed at how well his skin was - no sign of any problems at all, and they asked me which home he was in as they said it was unusual for someone to be so well looked after! We are so happy with all the care Steve is given at Premier Court.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. We are so pleased to hear that the level of care provided at Premier Court has impressed you and the staff at the hospital. Our staff work very hard to make sure every resident is well looked after. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything else.
A lovely, welcoming home which is available for visits any time. My mum is treated with dignity and care by all the staff. The food is first class with a great choice. The entertainment is regular and varied. I would thoroughly recommend this care home.

My father spent several weeks at Premier Court, during which time I felt he was well cared for and treated with kindness, dignity and respect. The carers I met were cheerful, polite, helpful and caring, often going out of their way to help. There was always a friendly welcome at Reception and the management and admin staff were extremely helpful, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They responded quickly to all correspondence and nothing was ever too much trouble. Premier Court has a nice homely feel about it. The layout makes it easy to find your way around and also meant that there was regularly someone passing my father's room and checking on him, so he never felt isolated. While Premier Court may not have some of the fancy facilities offered by newer homes, this is more than made up for by the quality of care and staff professionalism which, in my opinion, is far more important. Whenever I visited, I always left feeling reassured that my father was in good care.
We're so grateful that you've taken the time to share your thoughts. We want our home to feel like a community, and it's wonderful to hear that you feel a part of it. Knowing that you feel reassured about your loved one's care is the best feedback we can receive. We are proud to have such a...

I have just stayed in Premier Court after an operation. Prior to this I have been a volunteer there. I cannot praise the home and staff highly enough. I was treated with such kindness and help. Nothing was too much trouble and the atmosphere between all the staff was just lovely. They were all so willing, friendly and that helps to make this home so very special. We are very fortunate to have this home in Bishops Stortford!

My respite stay at Premier Court was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were welcoming and very professional. There was a choice of food and plenty of it. A room where you could make your own cup of tea, but the tea trolley seem to arrive when you most needed it. There were activities for both the brain and body. You weren't forced to do anything but all the organised activities were well thought out and fun to take part in. Entertainers came in and sang songs which my age group would remember. The residents were so friendly and all had interesting stories of their lives to tell. As I live alone I miss them all.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are very happy to hear you felt at ease in our care. Thank you for choosing Premier Court for your stay.
I was quite nervous as the time approached to enter the care home. However, I was soon welcomed and put at ease. All staff were extremely kind, polite, helpful and friendly. Everything was excellent and I would not hesitate if I needed their help and support in future. Thank you to all staff involved with my care.

Dad continues to be well cared for by familiar staff who know him well. He is treated with respect and kindness always. Communication with me from the care team is always good and they make time to answer my questions

My only negative would be the amount of time it seems to take BUPA to enrol new staff and getting in and out of the home when visiting at the weekend and after office hours during the week. Come on BUPA I'm sure you can do something about this which would benefit everyone!!
Thank you for your kind words. It is always wonderful to hear words like "Caring" and "Considerate" being used to describe our staff and we are pleased to hear that your Mum is enjoying the activities and has made some friends. We will discuss your feedback with the home's manager to help them continually improve their service.
Staff are friendly and they look after the needs of my father in law in a sympathetic manner. He feels well cared for and has plenty of things to do during the week although there could ne more at the weened. Sometimes we have to a=wait several minutes to be let in if we visit after 5pm.
Thank you for your kind words. We are pleased to hear that your Father In Law is well looked after and cared for and we are happy to hear that he has plenty of things to do. We will discuss your feedback with the home's manager to help them continually improve their service.
He is treated with respect and consideration at all times.
There are lots of activities put on for the residents to join in with and the Christmas party was a great day, so much effort put into ensuring everyone had a good time.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is always nice to hear from family members feeling like their loved one is cared for and looked after. We hope to continue providing your Dad with the best possible care at Premier Court Care Home.
