A modern, purpose-built home, Premier Court has comfortable ensuite single bedrooms and attractive décor. The home features well-furnished lounge areas where residents can relax and socialise, there is also an onsite hair salon and the homes very own tea room for all to enjoy.
The home benefits from lots of outside space with courtyard gardens for family and friends to use whenever they come to visit. The home is also wheelchair accessible throughout.
Enjoying food is an important part of life. The chefs create well-crafted menus made with the freshest ingredients. Soon after a resident arrives at the home, staff discuss their personal preferences and dietary needs with them.
There’s a real sense of community at Premier Court. The staff work to discover what residents enjoy doing and the home's social calendar is organised around those interests. My mum suffered from dementia and was in the final stage. The staff at Premier Court could not have been nicer, kinder or more helpful to my Mum and indeed my Dad and all the family. Mum was very well and professionally looked after which put us all at ease and made her passing a serene affair. My father noticeably relaxed due to the care and attention both were receiving. My mother is very happy in the home. she is very comfortable and feels safe and cared for. The staff are lovely, very warm and kind. They always have time for her. They will just stop and chat. In her own home she was lonely, here she has lots of friends who really care about her. She enjoys her meals, she loves the activities and more than anything she loves her baths which she couldn't safely have in her own home. Indeed all her needs are catered for. I know that her tablets will be given on time and that she is safe, well cared for and loved.

Very nice room, good food, plenty of activities during the week (am and pm). Well cared for but have a problem getting them to put her in a certain 'chair', changing her four times a day (as at home) and getting her to drink plenty of water. She has been coming here for two weeks every two months for about two years now and I think they are finally getting the above message. I would recommend these premises and will continue to come here for as long as possible.

He looked after my father and I on our arrival and visited us frequently and made my mother comfortable. Three members of staff were with us when I pressed the emergency button and all were kind and sympathetic towards us. My father is 92 and was married to my mother for 68 years so the kindness towards us was much appreciated.

My dad was a resident at Premier Court for the last two months of his life. He was well cared for. I was anxious for him to be comfortable particularly at the end. The hospice nurse and Premier Court nurses and GP worked together to ensure everything was in place for him when it was needed. He was able to stay at Premier Court right to the end which was perfect he died comfortable and in peace.

Very warm and friendly across all members of staff, feel like a family and have taken you under their wing to care for you in their home. Plenty of activities going on everyday. Everything happens in a timely manor. Good food, no job is too big or small.

For me, the daughter, it seemed the nicest place for my mum to go to whilst we went away. It was a very friendly, happy, clean home. I would not hesitate to recommend this home or to bring mum here again.

My gran arrived at Premier Court in July 2015 and has received excellent care and support in her time there. The home is kept in very good condition, very clean and bright and the staff are all bubbly and always happy to help.
