View Full Details of Premier Court Care HomeI have just stayed in Premier Court after an operation. Prior to this I have been a volunteer there. I cannot praise the home and staff highly enough. I was treated with such kindness and help. Nothing was too much trouble and the atmosphere between all the staff was just lovely. They were all so willing, friendly and that helps to make this home so very special. We are very fortunate to have this home in Bishops Stortford!
My respite stay at Premier Court was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were welcoming and very professional. There was a choice of food and plenty of it. A room where you could make your own cup of tea, but the tea trolley seem to arrive when you most needed it. There were activities for both the brain and body. You weren't forced to do anything but all the organised activities were well thought out and fun to take part in. Entertainers came in and sang songs which my age group would remember. The residents were so friendly and all had interesting stories of their lives to tell. As I live alone I miss them all.
I was quite nervous as the time approached to enter the care home. However, I was soon welcomed and put at ease. All staff were extremely kind, polite, helpful and friendly. Everything was excellent and I would not hesitate if I needed their help and support in future. Thank you to all staff involved with my care.
We cannot have asked for better care for my mother. Staff have been excellent for the short time she has in the home. She seems very happy and comfortable and we cannot ask for any more.
I am always very impressed at the care given to my resident friend & all other residents who I see at the home whilst visiting. My friend's hair is always shining & clean & she is always well dressed & comfortable.
My mother has been at this care home since 2020 as such my review relates to a 5 year period during which I couldn't fault anything. The staff are friendly, professional and caring - thank you so very much for taking care of my mother so very very well!
Dad continues to be well cared for by familiar staff who know him well. He is treated with respect and kindness always. Communication with me from the care team is always good and they make time to answer my questions
My Mum has been at Premier Court for over 2 years now and couldn't be happier. All the staff are caring and considerate. She enjoys the activities provided and has made some lovey friends. My only negative would be the amount of time it seems to take BUPA to enrol new staff and getting in and out of the home when visiting at the weekend and after office hours during the week. Come on BUPA I'm sure you can do something about this which would benefit everyone!!
Staff are friendly and they look after the needs of my father in law in a sympathetic manner. He feels well cared for and has plenty of things to do during the week although there could ne more at the weened. Sometimes we have to a=wait several minutes to be let in if we visit after 5pm.
My mother, has been looked after at Premier Court since July 2023. She is 92 years old, frail and has dementia setting in. The Care she has received has been wonderful. Staff are helpful and patient with her. The atmosphere around the home is friendly and welcoming. Interesting activities and entertainment are available, even though mum may not always participate! The medical care provided when necessary has been good. She has never been a good eater, but generally enjoys the food and has even put on a few pounds!
I always feel Dad is being taken care of and the staff know him as a person and not just a resident. He is treated with respect and consideration at all times. There are lots of activities put on for the residents to join in with and the Christmas party was a great day, so much effort put into ensuring everyone had a good time.
I have found Premier Court Care Home to give excellent care during the 8 years my cousin has been a resident. The staff show great kindness and understanding of her needs and her general health has greatly improved since admission and would recommend this home to anyone needing care
We have been consistently pleased with the level of care mum receives. The activities are varied and she is always invited and included. Communication is excellent if there's anything wrong with mum and needs tp see a doctor or has a fall
Both my parents have been in Premier Court for 2.5 years. The carers are kind and considerate and the level of care is extremely good. The Management Team are approachable and act on any issues raised. My only slightly negative comment would be the cleanliness of the rooms and standard of decoration.
I am delighted with the high level of care my mum has received. The entire team have been lovely. Mums room is compact but has everything she needs. A few of her own things, armchair, photos etc. have made it her home. Mum isn't one for 'joining in' preferring to stay in her room watching TV. Mum is quite fussy when it comes to food. The staff have worked hard to accommodate her wishes.
My Mum has only been in your care for 1 1/2 weeks. What can I say, fantastic! She is not the most sociable person and they fully support her. All of the staff are so lovely. Her room may be small but it's perfect for her.
This is the second time Mum has stayed here for respite care. She has been really happy and well cared for once again and has much enjoyed her stay. I would recommend this care home without reservation.
Friendly staff, clean building in a great location.
We, as a family, are so happy with the care that our brother is receiving at Premier Court. Everyone is so happy, friendly and helpful.
Joined my father-in-law for the summer party, and of my word, what a fantastic afternoon. The care home staff went above and above to make a fantastic day. Thank you.
