My mum has been a resident at Wilton Manor since 2021 after struggling at home. My mums life was greatly improved after she moved into the care home where she receives the highest standard of care and seems much happier. Wilton manor is a lovely care home with a real family feel about it and I'm so
pleased we found Wilton manor for my Mum. The manager is friendly, approachable and truly caring, the activity team is amazing and the Food is varied and of a high standard and the chef is always willing to cater to individual needs. Thank you Wilton Manor

My wife was a resident at Knights Grove for the last months of her life. She had advanced stages of Parkinson's, When she moved into the home, she was particularly weak as she was recovering from being treated for Empyema in hospital.

The decision to move her to a care home was not easy, but a I

am pleased that I chose Knights Grove. The kindness, care, compassion and encouragement that she was given by all of the staff was exceptional. After a few weeks she regained some strength and, with the homes help and encouragement, I was able to take her out for car trips to local gardens and to the coast.

I also fully appreciate the support that my family and I have been given by all of the staff, We were always well informed & met with a friendly greeting,

I am particularly grateful for the way that the home handled her passing. I will always remember the compassion & respect shown to my wife, myself and my family by all of the staff.
Thank you all at Knights Grove

The care my mother has received as she nears the end of her life has been excellent. The support I and my siblings have also received has been outstanding and welcomed by all, especially from the home manager, deputy manager, ground floor unit manager and from the activities co-ordinator who has provided
little personal touches toward my mothers comfort has been especially touching. These staff members are as asset to your organisation who go above and beyond for my mother and us.

The staff are very sympathetic to my situation and failings. They treat me with dignity and are helpful with my problems. The activities are very good but the staff responsible are sometimes under stress as their workload is increased. The carers appear to be stressed as rushing from one job to another,

We'd like to share our heartfelt gratitude for the team at Wilton Manor, who have looked after our 90-year-old mother with dementia with genuine care and respect. From the beginning, the atmosphere has felt open and positive, full of warmth, smiles, and a real sense of friendship and engagement between
staff and residents.
The staff are always willing to keep us updated on Mum's wellbeing, which gives us great peace of mind. Whether it's a small change in her routine or a moment of joy she's experienced, they're happy to share, and it means a lot to us as a family. One of the things we value most is the flexibility around visiting. With different family members juggling work and other commitments, it's been a relief to know we can visit and stay a while and we are always made to feel welcome. The management and care team have created a space where our family and our Mum is able to feel content, relaxed and truly cared for. We're grateful to everyone there.

Since my parents have moved into Knights Grove initially Mum followed recently by Dad. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience as a family. The care, patience and concern shown to myself as well as my parents by all the staff is priceless. Nothing is too much trouble . I am kept informed of relevant
information regarding my parents .

Overall we have been pleased with the care home but we have had to monitor and chase up some care that was needed. Mum came here to be helped to get mobile but we have had to request this on a daily basis.
