Overall Experience

My mother stayed at St Marys for just 25 days before she passed away. The care mum recived was lovely. The staff & management were very professional, kind & caring. I couldn't have hoped for more they were also very kind to me on my daily visits which made my time there so much easier. I really did appreciate this.

Overall Experience

St Marys Care Home have been looking after mum for 2 years now. They are caring and kind and see to her needs. Although she stays in her room due to hearing and sight difficulties the staff talk to her and make sure she has all she needs. We are happy with her care and stay in the home.

My brother went into the care home with terminal cancer, he was there for over two months. In that time I cannot fault the staff. They were kind, caring, efficient and made his last few months of his life comfortable and happy. They were always attentive and catered to his needs. They took us all under their wing and guided is through what was the most difficult time in all our lives we cannot thank them enough.

Overall Experience

It was the hardest thing I've ever done to bring my mother to a care home as her needs became greater than we could safely manage. We were welcomed with so much love and care we told mum she was staying in a luxury 5 star hotel all inclusive with staff catering to her every needs. In short mum loves her room staff and resident constant interactions plus the varied all inclusive daily activities for her. Routine quickly established here is family.

Overall Experience

I can't thank all the staff at St Mary's Care home enough. They have taken special care of my mother, and we will always be so grateful. The carers and nurses were all so very patient with Mum over the years. Housekeeping always did a good job of keeping Mum's room clean. The kitchen staff always made good food, which mum enjoyed, and took such good care of everyone's dietary requirements. Management were very professional and caring. Thank you to the entire team.

Although mum has only been in their care for less than a week, I can't thank all of the staff enough for not only making my mum feel welcome but also my dad who visits her every day. From my initial phone enquiry to mum's arrival and several following days, everyone has been friendly, caring and informative. It was lovely to visit yesterday and see her looking so well and nearly back to her original self! Can't thank everyone enough and well done for making a hard decision to move mum, with all the uncertainty and upheaval, a very reassuring and stress-free experience.
