Set in lovely surroundings, Mount Hall is an ideal home to be residing in. My good friends of over 40 years is happily being cared for. On arriving at the front door, you are greeted by a warm and friendly face. Everyone seems happy, residents appear content. The whole ambulance is very good. Meals
appear first class at from what I've seen. Entertainment on daily scale and activities on offer excellent. I'm very happy that my friend is living here, content in the knowledge she is being cared for and treated like one of the family. Well done to Mount Hall.

dad passed away April 30th and had been at Newton Court for just over two years. During his time there all members of staff were great.
They were all professional and efficient but also caring and friendly. We knew dad was in good hands which took the worry away. We felt comfrotable and weclomed when
we visited whatever time of the day. They were sensitive when he died.

Hi my stepmother was in Newton Court for almost 10 years ... she arrived July 2015. She died recently in April - it's been very hard to write a review until now. The staff have been exceptional during her stay there. Initially she wanted to stay put in her room and have her meals there she was a
downstairs resident - moving upstairs finally to nursing care In October 24. She was very well supported - she had lots of favourites Its hard to name the ones over this length of time . She outlived many of her peer group - she loved it there. When dementia came and her swallow disappeared she was more than happy to go to the main room and watch the world go by there. She loved the animals visiting the church services and I can really say we were both supported during the whole time there.
When the time came to move her "upstairs" again it was managed - my only gripe at the time of the move was communication was poor.

My husband has been in Newton Court Care Home for over two years and has always been well taken care of. However, after a recent visit to hospital on his return has needed more care and attention which has been exceptional. So very pleased I chose Newton Court. The staff in all departments are always
helpful, caring & very pleasant and my grateful thanks go out to each & every one of you. As he is always in the background would also like to mention the maintenance man who is always very supportive.

My husband was a resident at Brookview for 13 months and since his passing I have continued to visit nearly every week as the Brookview Staff and residents became like family. There is so much care, love and laughter in the home, I look forward each week to going in and catching up with staff and residents,
even joining in some of the activities. The home is such a happy place and it is so lovely to still visit chatting and reminiscing with the residents in the lounge or in the beautiful garden. Because of the wonderful care my husband received we were able to make memories there and it will always have a special place in my heart. Our young Grandson can only ever remember his Granddad being in Brookview but he loved visiting him there. He called it Hadad's House (his name for his Granddad) He said that his Hadad lived in a big house with all his friends and that was very very true. Brookview is a very special place and I would highly recommend to anybody.

The ladies and gents at Brookview are an absolute credit to the company and indeed to the Care industry.
I have seen my dad go from a bewildered man to a happy, settled and much healthier version of himself over the weeks since becoming a resident.
Everything is wonderful, and the amount of long term
staff here gives me complete peace of mind that my dad is in the right place. He has a lovely room with a wonderful view, good food and staff that treat him with respect and kindness. If you are considering residential care for your loved one, I would wholeheartedly recommend Brookview.

My mother has been at Brookview for nearly a year now and I can't speak highly enough of the care that she has received over this time. I always knew that I had found the right place for her after meeting most of the staff that care for the residents. Mum has settled in very well and always says she
is happy which is a great. Comfort . I have seen the care that the staff give first hand and I see how caring and professional they are, they show great patience and understanding to her needs. I would not hesitate in reccomending Brookview to anyone looking for the best care for their relative.

My Auntie has now been at Newton Court for 10 months. She has a lovely room where we have added more personal items to make it feel more like home. The staff are always kind and considerate towards my Auntie and have a bit of banter with her, in fact her face lights up when she sees them.
The home
is always clean, and the reception area is always welcoming. My Auntie enjoys her food and has a lovely selection of meals to choose from. There is always some sort of activity taking place, which my Auntie sometimes engages in.

My Mother-in-Law was a resident at Brookview for a year and a half. The care and attention the care team gave her was excellent. We were always kept updated of any changes to her medical needs, which gave us peace of mind and were confident that she was in the right place for her complex needs.
The
care team gave us the chance to enjoy this time with her as son and daughter-in-law rather than her carers and we really appreciated that time, so thank you very much.

Mum went into Hazelmere for 18 days between Feb 2025 and March 2025. The preparation for mums stay was excellent, detailed care plan. On first visit I was very impressed with the 'feel' of the home. It is clearly very well managed and all the staff were so kind and helpful. Mum loved her stay and felt

I am a firm believer that "Care is the Cure" and Hazelmere House Care Home have exceeded my expectations on all fronts with regard to the exceptional care they have given my Dad. Having worked in HR, I am always observant of the environment and culture in an organisation and my observations of Hazelmere
is it is the culture that makes such a positive difference - they are inclusive, person centred, professional and everyone works as part of a team in a very positive and supportive way with kindness and smiles. This includes how they work with any external parties like the physios, chiropodist, hairdresser and the GP surgery they work with as well. They are also really proactive in finding out what their residents like eg: food and activities and offer a wonderful variety of activities and food as well. My Dad summed up his feeling of being in Hazelmere as "right place right time" and I believe he is being given the best chance of recovery and respite after 6 weeks in hospital.

My lovely mum entered Hazelmere House for palliative care as she was end of life terminal Esopmageal cancer. She was 93 years old from 17th March to 1st April when she died she was treated with care, kindness, compassion, dignity and professional quality of nursing. Each and every member of staff, without
exception was wonderful. I chose this nursing home for mum because I consider it to be the best in all areas.
