My Mom has been in Heathbrook for nearly two years. We feel she is been well looked after and is treated with respect, dignity & compassion. Her neighbours popped in to see her a few weeks ago and fed back how impressed they were with the care recieved. My Dad was admitted in June and is now in the next door bedroom. Because staff know him from when he has been visiting over the last 18 months & have made him very welcome and are going out of their way for mom & dad & spend time together which we appreciate. As family & carers we are very pleased & grateful for both of their care.

I have found Heathbrook to be an excellent care home for my mother in law and would definitely recomend it. The staff are very helpful and friendly and always ready to assist. The food is to a high standard with plenty of choice and there is lots of varied entertainment organised to amuse the residents. A nice welcoming environment

Very nice home. Well looked after. Food is good. John is very happy. If it wasn't for the home I wouldn't be where I am now.

My mother has been a resident for just over a year. She has slowly adapted to living in care - although she kept hoping she could return home. The staff are wonderful - very kind & caring - patient and always on hand. My mother recently slept till late morning - but her request for porridge was quickly provided! The room is smaller than in other homes - which is a pity. The en-suite is perfectly adequate. I am kept updated with ongoing & new health issues & GP is contacted prn.

Taken together these aspects made us pleased with our choice of Springs Care Home.

Went to visit this lovely lady, she had just come out of hospital after a fall in her room. Blood was still on the chair, the bins were overflowing in the bathroom and bedroom, dead flowers still in the vase. But more importantly when she fell her family were not informed. They did not know she was in hospital until some visitor called them to ask what hospital she was in. This is appalling, her family should be the first to be informed.

Mum's happy and settled living at Heathbrook House. The staff are caring and helpful. Her room is well maintained and lovely, and we as a family feel reassured that she is safe.

We have found the management team and all the staff incredibly helpful and supportive, and there is always a pleasant atmosphere. We have been very impressed.

My mom has been in the home for nearly 3 years now, and I still find everything very satisfactory. Mom is always smiling when I visit and seems very comfortable and content. The staff are all amazing, very friendly and helpful, as well as being incredibly understanding and caring over how difficult it can be at times, which is very much appreciated by myself. Thank you.

My mom has been a resident at Heathbrook since July 2024. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful to me and my mom. The nursing care is excellent, and I'm very impressed with the communication from all staff, care assistants, nurses and the attached GP surgery staff. All of the house keeping staff and kitchen staff are also very friendly and go out of their way to make sure all of my mom's needs are met. They have created a lovely family feel atmosphere at Heathbrook House.

My mum in law Eileen has been at The Springs for over two years now and we as a family can't fault it. In our opinion The Springs do Bupa proud. All the staff from the manager to the cleaners treat Eileen with care + respect and are a wonderful support network for her but for us as a family. We know that Eileen will be well looked after for the rest of the time shes here.

Since my husband entered the Springs two years ago the Staff moral has gone right down. This is mainly due to poor management. The new policy of the carers being moved from floor to floor does not work. Residents don't know where they are and don't feel as secure as dementia patents should. Continuity is paramount with the residents. PLEASE look into this. Sadly, my husband passed away last month and although the staff were lovely, I haven't heard a word from Management, it would have been nice to have had even a card. Overall, I can't recommend The Springs to anyone.

The Springs Care Home have been wonderful since my dad joined them in 2025. Everyone is very caring and kind, and my dad is very well looked after. The food choices are great. The activities they have always seem fun. They also spoiled him with a lovely cake for his birthday.

All staff are with very high standards, very helpful, friendly, all happy and smiling.

We are very pleased with the treatment my partner has received, as she was very ill when she came to this home. I have nothing but the highest gratitude for the way she has been treated by the staff. She won't recover to a normal life, but she has wonderful people caring for her.

The Springs is a lovely place to be.

Ideal place for my relative. Nothing is too much trouble. Brilliant staff - so friendly and informative. Great entertainment for the residents. Lovely rooms. All superstas. No complaints here.
