I arrived on 26th and was smilingly greeted and shown to my room which was tastefully decorated in soft cream and navy blue with 2 comfy chairs, a TV and very adequate wardrobes and chest of drawers. The staff have been amazingly attentive and kind throughout my stay. Medical staff have taken responsibility
for my medication and brought it to me identifying it each time and explained what each tablet is for. The housekeeping staff ensures that everything runs smoothly managing cleaning team, activities, games, clubs, and visiting entertainers - working wonders in making each resident feel personally cared for and looked after with incredible kindness. the food is exceptional with a choice of menu every meal and cakes, teas and snacks available all day. It has been truly a privilege to have been made to feel part of this loving community. Thank you all.

My father has been in Leominster Care Home for the past 2 months. He has settled really well, is much less anxious and is enjoying getting involved in the many activities. He has been taken in his wheelchair to the local library and enjoyed a trip to Hereford Cathedral. His family are very pleased,
and grateful for the care he is receiving. The carers are always cheerful, attentive and keen to please. Thank you!

Since my arrival yesterday, I have been met with warmth by every member of staff. My room is lovely and I feel very happy and comfortable.
The food is first class. Absolutely lovely.

My mum has lived in this home for 8+ years and has loved it from the day she arrived. Whenever you visit you get a real sense of community and care. All the staff are so caring, nothing is ever too much trouble for them for their residents or their families. I think of the home as a safe haven. It can't
be faulted.

Could not be happier with the care home. Mum is well looked after, the staff go out of there way to make my mum feel welcome. Staff are very approachable and easy to talk to.

The care home is welcoming, clean and bright, with helpful friendly staff, my father has just moved in so my impressions are perhaps not very in depth as they are based on just a few days. He seems to be starting to find his feet, joining activities and exercising as much as possible.

Coming to Bupa care home was somewhat disappointing - in that I was promised "intensive" treatment after hip surgery.
Although the intensive treatment was not available, I can truly state that the nursing staff, domestic staff and management have been absolutely fantastic. No request has been refused
in that if not available then a compromise is made. The staff are all act such professionally, respectful - always with a smile. I cannot speak more highly of all the staff. Particularly would like to mention two specific members of staff - lovely people.

When I arrived here I was completely immobile with the professionals and carers I am now able to get up and with the help of a zimmer frame can walk to the door, I can't use the zimmer frame for long becuase of my shoulder.

I feel extremely happy and confident that my mum is well cared for. Living 4 hours away used to be a daily worry, but not anymore! I know my mum is safe and happy. That is all I can ask for.
The home is beautifully kept and never smells!
The food is always really good. Not seen my mum eat so much

Since my sister has come to the home, her health has deteriorated yet the staff continue to treat her with care, kindness and empathy. hey are always very professional and respect her dignity. They have been understanding as she has gradually lost her independence and always willing to listen and adapt
to meet her needs.
