We took mum out for her 90th birthday, staff made sure she was ready when we picked her up, sorted a wheelchair for us to use. Mum medication had been all sorted and carried out beforehand so we had nothing to worry about. Receptionist was very welcoming and when we returned asked if everything went well.

I arrived on 26th and was smilingly greeted and shown to my room which was tastefully decorated in soft cream and navy blue with 2 comfy chairs, a TV and very adequate wardrobes and chest of drawers. The staff have been amazingly attentive and kind throughout my stay. Medical staff have taken responsibility for my medication and brought it to me identifying it each time and explained what each tablet is for. The housekeeping staff ensures that everything runs smoothly managing cleaning team, activities, games, clubs, and visiting entertainers - working wonders in making each resident feel personally cared for and looked after with incredible kindness. the food is exceptional with a choice of menu every meal and cakes, teas and snacks available all day. It has been truly a privilege to have been made to feel part of this loving community. Thank you all.
