Staff take their role at Leominster very seriously to provide round the clock care to people over the age of 65. The home offers a warm welcome to anyone needing residential and nursing care, with a dedicated care team on hand to offer support for conditions such as Parkinson's.

Close to local amenities the home offers comfortable accommodation within pleasant surroundings. There are lots of places to socialise and relax around the home, including a large open lounge and two cosier spaces filled with comfy armchairs and tall windows.

All bedrooms are ensuite and have a 24-hour call system. The beautiful garden is a lovely spot for sitting and catching up with friends and family.

Came in for 2 weeks of respite. Everyone is very pleasant. Getting plenty of rest, nice to have meals done and the food is good.

My stay has been a pleasurable and wonderful experience. The food has been great and a very positive part of my stay. When Mum was looking for somewhere to stay as she decided that she could no longer cope at home, we had no problems in coming to look around at the home and all of its facilities.
Mum has settled in very well, and everyone has been very welcoming.

I received excellent care and accommodation for two weeks following spinal decompression surgery. The home is warm and spotlessly clean. The staff are caring, efficient and friendly and the food is plentiful, varied and very good. I got the impression that this care home is very well run, as I felt

We were so very pleased to receive a warm, friendly welcome when we visited our friend today. The senior activity coordinator and senior housekeeper was cheerful and positive throughout and the home clean and tidy. The care our friend was and is receiving is second to none and we were unexpectedly treated
to coffee and biscuits before we left.

Our mum, aged 96, has been in the home for the last 12 weeks. Every member of staff was wonderfully caring and friendly to her. She was very happy there and we were happy to know she was well looked after. The room was always clean and the food was excellent.

My uncle stayed in Leominster for 13 weeks following surgery for a broken hip. The care shown there has been wonderful. The staff are caring and curious, and the nurses and home manager were always up to date with my uncle's daily needs. The food was excellent.

From the first telephone enquiry, the manager's professional guidance and advice gave us reassurance and comfort. All questions have been dealt with thoroughly. Nothing is too much trouble. The initial visit was taken by my daughter and son-in-law who were given an extensive tour and able to ask questions.
They came away with a great community feel - it was warm and friendly and they felt it would be a happy home for their grandmother. We have nothing but praise for the staff and the high-quality care and attention to detail given.

I was made very welcome by staff members. My room maid was exceptional in her thorough cleansing of my room.
The care ladies were all very caring and helpful.
The Senior Housekeeper is outstanding in everything she is involved with.
Nothing is too much trouble and goes out of her way to assist.

Whenever I visit my mum the staff are always friendly and helpful. The care home always looks clean and comfortable. Mum likes the staff very much and also enjoys the food that is provided.

Each time I visit it is immaculately clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming and my friend always has a smile and always saying how happy she is. Lovely food, home cooked like she was used to. She is so happy here which is lovely to see and hear.

My dad has been in the nursing home section of this care home since October 2019; as a former nurse, I can see that the nursing care he receives is of a very high standard. Staff are caring and understanding of my dad's needs and always do their very best to help.
I highly recommend this home.

I have worked as a Kitchen Assistant for 14 years and have recently become an engagement champion as well. I enjoy working here as I get to meet lots of different people every day.

I am the maintenance Operative within the Care Home dealing with day-to-day issues, general maintenance and gardening.


I enjoy working here as there's a different job every day and I like to make the residents' lives that little bit happier. I have been a gardener most of my life and I also enjoy resolving problems and maintenance issues.


I live within walking distance of the home with my daughter and partner. My spare time is spent with my daughter and walking my two dogs. I love gardening and drawing.
