I thoroughly enjoyed the two weeks I spent at the home and hope I would be able to come and stay at the Leominster Care Home again if the need should arise.

Due to these difficult times, we found the home has been very accommodating in allowing visiting on a regular basis at the window and lately in the pod. The visits are a morale booster for all of us.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad to hear that you feel the staff have been as accommodating as possible under the difficult circumstances. We hope to be able to welcome you in for a visit again soon.
Mum came into the home at a very difficult time during the pandemic. The staff have done all they can to keep us updated on her health and to arrange safe visits. We didn't expect her to settle in as well as she has but the staff have been wonderful with this and she seems as happy as she possibly could be. She is certainly able to do and be involved in a lot more than she did at home and is being encouraged to eat properly again. Overall I am happy with the care she is having.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is so nice to hear that your mum has settled in well even under the difficult circumstances and that she is happy in our care.
My great-uncle lived at the home and was very happy there, he was very well looked after and thought a lot of the staff. He felt they were family,

My mother has spent 5 years at the home which have been very happy years for her being very well looked after by all the wonderful staff.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are very happy to hear you can feel at ease with your mother in our care at Leominster. We hope to continue providing your mother with the best possible care.
The only reservation I have is communication between carers and management, as residents, we tend to use our carers as having the information on everything and sometimes they don't know the answer.
Thank you for your review. We will certainly pass your comments on to the manager. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
My mother has lived here for a little over three years now. The care given to her is of the highest quality. All of the staff really do care and always treat her with kindness and respect. The home goes the extra mile to try to provide interesting, varied and stimulating activities, even through what has been an extremely difficult and challenging year for all care homes.
Thank you for your kind review. We are so happy to hear you describing the care as kind and respectful. We hope to continue providing your loved one with the best care possible.
My wife has been a resident in Bupa, Bargates, Leominster since February 2016. During that time, I have only praise (lots of it) for the care and attendance that she continues to receive. The staff continue to be brilliant.
We thank you sincerely for your kind words regarding our care and our staff and will be sure to pass them on to the relevant people.
I have to admit you looked after my father and he had nothing but good things to say about his care, and all the staff I had any dealings with were 100% on the button. I would highly recommend you to anybody needing care. I cannot thank you enough for his care in his final months. True professionals through and through.
Thank you for your kind words. We are very sorry about your loss. We are glad to help you and your family through such a difficult time.
Due to covid restrictions, a general review is limited. Staff appear to be very conscientious and obliging. The home has a very friendly atmosphere and is well managed.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us such lovely comments.
Very good, care has been excellent. Very happy with this placement.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. It is always nice to hear kind words.
I would rate this care home with a 5-star rating because the care and support to the residents and family are exceptional. All the staff treat the residents with respect, compassion and empathy. They always go the extra mile and treat the residents like their extended family. Nothing is too much trouble for staff. Their duty of care is fantastic and I cannot praise them enough. My father is very well looked after and is safe and happy, which we are so thankful for.
We are very happy to hear you are satisfied with the quality of our care. Thank you for your praise.
The home is well run with happy and helpful staff. The service regarding general cleanliness and both general and personnel is very good. We are well catered for and the kitchen staff keep us well fed and are prepared to adjust the service if needs be. There is a variety of group activities if one wishes to join in or a well-kept garden to enjoy when the weather permits and visitors (in the normal course) are always welcomed.
We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us such lovely comments, thank you.
All the staff are excellent, most having been at the home for many years. Relatives have been regularly kept up to date with their loved ones via newsletters, video calling, and in the last few days with strictly enforced accompanied, social-distanced, visits.
All credit to the manager and her team.
It is always nice to hear from family members feeling like their loved one is cared for and looked after. Thank you for the lovely comments.
We are very happy with the standard of care at Leominster Care Home. My mother has settled well and is full of praise for the wonderful staff who cannot do enough for her.
We are delighted to hear your mother has settled well and is happy with the level of our care. Thank you for the praise.
When you walk into Leominster Care Home it has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The care is superb and the residents are made to feel as comfortable as possible. Cleanliness is a top priority and the meals are tasty and nutritious. For the more able, there are many activities organised to stimulate the body and mind. A super home. Well done to everyone.
Thank you for your praise and for trusting us with your loved one’s care.
Over the last 2 or so months Mum's health has gone down a lot. The staff are trying everything they can to make her comfortable and as pain-free as possible. They constantly try to reassure her as she is rather distressed. The staff are also very kind to me. My brother and I are very pleased that Mum is living here. I just worry her money will run out.
Thank you for you feedback. It is always nice to hear from family members feeling like their loved one is cared for and looked after. If you have concerns in regards to finance you can always discuss it with the homes manager or financial administrator to see how we can help.
My mother was a resident at the Leominster Care Home from July - October 2019. During this time, all the staff were of the highest professional standards. They helped make Mum's last days as comfortable as possible, always acting with care and compassion. The home is a wonderful place - all the staff from the manager down work as a family to care for their patients. I would not hesitate to recommend this home.
We are very saddened about you mothers passing. Hopefully you can go away from this feeling like she received the best possible care and thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely comments.
