I received excellent care and accommodation for two weeks following spinal decompression surgery. The home is warm and spotlessly clean. The staff are caring, efficient and friendly and the food is plentiful, varied and very good. I got the impression that this care home is very well run, as I felt comfortable and secure during my stay.

We were so very pleased to receive a warm, friendly welcome when we visited our friend today. The care our friend was and is receiving is second to none and we were unexpectedly treated to coffee and biscuits before we left.

My uncle stayed in Leominster for 13 weeks following surgery for a broken hip. The care shown there has been wonderful. The staff are caring and curious, and the nurses and home manager were always up to date with my uncle's daily needs. The food was excellent.
Thank you for your feedback. We are so happy that we were able to provide the care your uncle required to get him back on his feet. Thank you for choosing us for his care.
From the first telephone enquiry, the manager's professional guidance and advice gave us reassurance and comfort. All questions have been dealt with thoroughly. Nothing is too much trouble. The initial visit was taken by my daughter and son-in-law who were given an extensive tour and able to ask questions. They came away with a great community feel - it was warm and friendly and they felt it would be a happy home for their grandmother. We have nothing but praise for the staff and the high-quality care and attention to detail given.

Nothing is too much trouble and goes out of her way to assist.

Each time I visit it is immaculately clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming and my friend always has a smile and always saying how happy she is. Lovely food, home cooked like she was used to. She is so happy here which is lovely to see and hear.

With central support and advice from BUPA HQ, it was easy to liaise with the local BUPA care Home and made all the necessary arrangements for mum's respite care easy.
Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you found our Customer Care Team were helpful when making the arrangements for respite. Thank you for choosing us for Mums care.
I highly recommend this home.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your comments, It is lovely to hear that you feel your dad is receiving the best care in our home and that you find our staff caring and understanding. Thank you for your recommendation.
It's a pity that the new manager has chosen to ignore us on our only two visits in two years. Having made complaints in October these were ignored and it appeared that there are sufficient staff, bearing in mind the phones are never answered when I ring two to three times a week. Generally, it appears the home does not reach the high standards that we set before Covid.
My father has been well supported to settle in as a permanent resident. Difficult times due to temporary closer and restricted visiting, but we have been able to see Dad and take him out whenever possible. The staff are always friendly and very professional. It is a lovely home.
Thank you for your feedback. We are very happy to hear that you have found everyone to be welcoming, friendly and professional. Thank you again for taking the time to write your review.
