Wonderful time. Thank you all.
I came here to help my recovery from having a new hip joint after a very bad fall. I received a very warm welcome on arrival, offered food and drink which was much appreciated. The staff are kind and caring, nothing is too much effort. I have been supported and encouraged all the way. I would be happy to recommend this place to anybody. Excellent food, well presented.
Thank you for your kind words. We hope you had a good recovery and hope to see you again in the future.
Both parents were cared for in this care home. My father was admitted first, deemed to be end of life. However, with the dedicated nursing care he received, he recovered sufficiently to live another 18 months. My mother was admitted following a fall in another home resulting in a fracture and hospital stay. Sadly her mental health declined, but again, she received excellent patient nursing care. All staff, nursing, admin and care staff were friendly and professional. All led by a strong manager.
Thank you for taking for sharing your story. We are sorry to hear about the loss of your father. Hopefully, you can feel like both of your parents received the care and dignity they deserve while in our care.
This was my second visit this year, whilst it was only for respite during my daughter's holiday. I found the staff as careful of my well-being as ever. It was just like being on holiday, lovely room, nice meals and plenty of care and attention.
We are very delighted to hear you felt like on holiday while in our care. We hope to see you again soon.
When my father was transferred to Leominster Bupa home, he looked on death's door. He was practically comatose. Unfortunately, my wife and I had booked a holiday of a lifetime to celebrate her retirement and fully expected him to have passed away before our return. We returned to find him 'perky' and his old self. The fact he survived for another 18 months is a testament to the quality of his care.
Thank you for such a touching message. I have sent this through to the staff that looked after him and on behalf of the Leominster team we would like to thank you for trusting us with your parents care and if you need any further help please let us know.
Thank you for your professional care.
This care provider is very good, friendly staff, excellent food with plenty of choice. Facilities are excellent and there are always plenty of activities to join in with. The rooms are satisfactory but a bit on the small size, but this would be my only criticism. Overall it is a very good care home and I would recommend it to friends and family.
Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate your comments.
I could not fault the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend Bupa at Leominster to anyone who needed nursing or residential care.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are saddened to hear about your loss but hopefully you can go away from this feeling like your parents received the best possible care.
Very good care throughout the time my father was a resident. Support for the family in the last stages of fathers' life was excellent and allowed Father to die at the home and not in a hospital.
Thank you for your kind words. We are saddened to hear about your loss and we are glad to help you and your family through such a difficult time. Hopefully you can go away from this feeling like your father received the best possible care.
We have good food, one's clothes are washed and ironed frequently and entertainment is provided. One's room is pleasant with a TV and adequate furniture and a bathroom.
Whether the weather is hot or wet or cold outside, the temperature here is just right. People are happy here due, in fact, to the help given by the carers all with a smile.

We were impressed with all aspects of the care of my father. He was treated with dignity and consideration and we were always consulted if there were any issues presented. The care home was very well run and the administration a very high standard. One aspect which presented itself was that of specialist care for what I am sure is an increasing issue of our age, when mental health and dementia care specialist nurses would have been very valuable.

We have been extremely pleased with all the care and support given to my father and for us as a family. My father lived at the home for nearly 3 years and in that time he has had tremendous care from all the staff. Their professional manner was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were kept spotless, staff were friendly and accommodating at all times. The care and consideration given to my father and our family was excellent. I would definitely recommend this care home to others.

One problem, the bed was poor, better quality beds.

The only negative was that I could only have a shower once a weekly but was able to do it myself after the 4th day.
Thank you for your review. I hope that you are now back in good health and are able to get around better after your surgery. I'm so glad to hear that you were well cared for while in our care and your kind words about our staff.
