During the last two months of my wife's life the Leominster Home looked after her with great care in a fully professional manner. The general atmosphere was very friendly, the standard of service was excellent and my wife was as happy and relaxed as was possible in the circumstances.

All aspects of my experience were second to none. My mum was treated with dignity and respect. She was always clean, warm and well fed. Staff always kind and caring, both to mum and ourselves.

The home cared for both of my parents for the last two years of their lives. The carers support staff and the manager were always very kind, conscientious and provided 24 hour care to a very high standard. The home was always clean and very well presented. The needs of both of my parents were met and staff went above and beyond their required duties in order to ensure both my parents physical and psychological needs were always met. They ensured that my parents final years were safe, supported and comforted.
