I can't speak highly enough of Wingham Court Care Home. The staff are kind, caring and genuinely dedicated to the people they look after. They always make you feel welcome, and it's clear how much effort goes into making residents feel comfortable, safe and at home.

The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and knowing my sister is being cared for by such a compassionate team gives me great peace of mind. I'm very grateful to everyone at Wingham Court for the care, patience and kindness they show. I would happily recommend Wingham Court to anyone looking for a caring and supportive home for a loved one.

Our overall view of Wingham Court is that this value for money home from home, we would readily recommend to others looking for a suitable placement.

We had to bring my dad to Collingwood Grange under some very difficult circumstances. The experience was made so much better by the wonderful help and care of all the staff. All the staff were very friendly and so caring. They communicate any issues very effectively and am assured that they are giving my dad the very best of care. Our family are very grateful for all the help they have given us

The only thing that I think could be improved is that the garden needs some money spent on it and some landscaping to bring it back to life a bit. It is a lovely space but just needs a bit of love.

Everything about Wingham is a million times better than my sisters previous home. Her care is exceptional and it's brilliant that she has interesting activities to take part in. We as a family are thrilled she is at Wingham. Thank you to all staff for their effort and hard work.

The home is fantastic at giving Mum her sense of independence. They are caring & always keep me informed in all matters involving Mum. In comparison to her last home she has come leaps & bounds. I could not recommend home enough especially for younger adults

My son after a severe brain injury well over 20 years ago is, has always been very happy at Wingham. I visit weekly, and am always greeted with smiles, I feel so grateful for the care my son has in all respects, and I say thank you to staff and management every day

We have been so so happy with my sister in law's treatment since arriving here at Wingham Court. Staff are amazing and welcoming with great activities as well.

My 88 year old mother spent her last few months in Tadworth Grove and whilst not a luxury environment, she couldn't have been in a better place (something she expressed to us frequently). The managers are professional, caring and understanding, the staff lovely and full of care and the whole team, including Neil the maintenance man, go out of their way to provide a family feel to the whole place. There is humour, love and laughter and my mum felt safe & happy.

I would like a bit more attention on the medical side eg: check my skin. I'd rather not have to call somebody each time as it's an ongoing issue. I am not touched.

Our aunt was warmly welcomed and helped to settle into her new surroundings. Throughout her stay, every member of staff we met was friendly, professional and genuinely caring, always putting the wellbeing and dignity of residents first. We were especially grateful for the compassion and reassurance shown to both our aunt and our family during some very challenging times. From being able-bodied and part independent living. My neuro condition had rapidly worsened. After several months in a complex acute neuro hospital ward, currently wheelchair bound and greatly reduce mobility I was most nervous and apprehensive of my move to Wingham Court care home.

For the first time in months, I have been able to sleep at night, felt safe and secure. The risk of falls have been greatly reduced. The room is spacious, the grounds and external areas are easy accessible. There is plenty of opportunities to be involved with social and recreational activities if you want to get involved with a daily schedule of events.

Without exceptional all staff have been fantastic. Great communication skills, friendly and willing to assist. The nursing and care teams have supported me with my daily critical medication. I feel I have been treated with dignity. My needs and wishes have been respected.

The food, plenty, varied and is mindful of my health needs.

Soonita and Angela lead the most wonderful team at Tadworth Grove. Everyone is caring, chatty and highly professional. I am delighted at the thoughtful and very personal way they care for my mother who thought the world of all of them. The rooms are light, clean and comfortable, the food is good. In short, I couldn't have wished for a better last home for my mother.

My mother was a resident at Arbrook Care Home for approximately 5-7 weeks, and throughout her stay we were very pleased with the standard of care she received. The grounds and gardens were particularly appreciated by both my mother and our family, providing a pleasant and welcoming environment. Every member of staff was attentive, compassionate, and treated my mother with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. Their dedication was evident in all aspects of her care. We were especially touched by the wonderful birthday celebration they organised for her, which made the occasion truly special. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Arbrook Care Home. I have found St Georges to be well staffed and who have always shown a very caring and attentive attitude to the residents. There is a varied choice of activities available. All Pat's family are very happy with the care she receives. The garden is also very suitable for us to walk around with Pat. Thank you.

I wanted to call out the excellent care my mother has received since moving to St George's 5 months ago. The staff provide a caring and supportive environment to all. Having a loved one living with advanced dementia is a sad and trying situation for a family to find themselves in but seeing my mother smiling, chatting and engaging as far as she is able is priceless. Imaginative and ability appropriate activities are offered every week by the enthusiastic staff member as well as visits from always popular therapy dogs. The care and reception staff make us feel very welcome when we visit adding to the overall feeling of consideration and kindness this home has. Thank you.
