We believe that the care our family member received was excellent. Staff got to know her well and were very attentive to her needs. They showed compassion, understanding and a very positive attitude at all times.

We moved our father/father-in-law to Bupa Cobham early in Septmber from another Care Home. What a difference, the staffing levels are excellent. The staff are always helpful and considerate. The nurses are always keeping you updated and the doctor visits weekly. We are so happy with the move.

After a nasty fall, my elderly mum was very lucky to secure a place at Ashley Park, Clandon back in March 2026. The care home, is extremely homely, welcoming and friendly, with fantastic staff who work so hard to ensure all residents are looked after 1000%. The activities programme is one of the best I've seen after visiting various other homes, and is sometimes carried out in the beautiful gardens that they have in the woody areas of Clandon, Surrey. My mum was so happy there, she is going back! Victoria and Jackie , medical team, carers and catering are all amazing to work with, and ensure Ashley park runs so smoothly- Well done to whole team

St Georges has a beating heart that radiates warmth and care the minute you walk through the door. Dad lives with dementia and Parkinsons Disease and arrived at St Georges after spending nearly five years at another care home. For an elderly person with Dad's health challenges a move was extremely daunting and dreaded by us all. We need not have worried....Dad was welcomed into the St Georges family with open arms from the moment he arrived so many staff members from Manager, nurses, carers, receptionist and support staff all popped into Dad's room, held his hand and gently reassured him of his new surrounding and home. The nurses and carers are outstanding, delivering wonderfully efficient, gentle care, timed medication administered on time, encouragement with independence with eating and toileting etc. The staffing levels are excellent, always a carer or nurse popping into Dad's room checking on him and having a chat. The improvement in Dad is wonderful to see, he's even started speaking again after being non-verbal for the past 3 years! We feel totally blessed that Dad is now under the very capable care of St Georges and their amazing team.

When Visiting St Georges have always found staff to be cheerful & helpful, there is a good family atmosphere. I have not ticked the "Management" box as the management structure has never been clear to me, likewise "value for money" have insufficient experience of other Care Homes to make comparisons, With regard to Facilities not sure what this means

During my 6 week respite care I have been looked after extremely well The food is excellent The facilities are all that one can want

These are exactly the qualities I would want if choosing a home for a relative or myself. I would feel confident in the care, kindness and stimulation offered at St George's.

My mother is very well cared for by all the super staff at Oakcroft. They are friendly, kind, professional, supportive and she is treated with dignity and respect. She is comfortable, relaxed and safe. The food is good and the menu choices varied with Sunday roasts and Friday fish & chips being firm favourites. A lot of thought is put into the social daily activities, entertainments and parties which are well attended and enjoyed. The staff are very approachable, taking an interest in relatives as well as residents, and happy to discuss any aspects of care. Thank you.

I can't speak highly enough of Wingham Court Care Home. The staff are kind, caring and genuinely dedicated to the people they look after. They always make you feel welcome, and it's clear how much effort goes into making residents feel comfortable, safe and at home.

The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and knowing my sister is being cared for by such a compassionate team gives me great peace of mind. I'm very grateful to everyone at Wingham Court for the care, patience and kindness they show. I would happily recommend Wingham Court to anyone looking for a caring and supportive home for a loved one.

Our overall view of Wingham Court is that this value for money home from home, we would readily recommend to others looking for a suitable placement.

The only thing that I think could be improved is that the garden needs some money spent on it and some landscaping to bring it back to life a bit. It is a lovely space but just needs a bit of love.

Everything about Wingham is a million times better than my sisters previous home. Her care is exceptional and it's brilliant that she has interesting activities to take part in. We as a family are thrilled she is at Wingham. Thank you to all staff for their effort and hard work.

The home is fantastic at giving Mum her sense of independence. They are caring & always keep me informed in all matters involving Mum. In comparison to her last home she has come leaps & bounds. I could not recommend home enough especially for younger adults

My son after a severe brain injury well over 20 years ago is, has always been very happy at Wingham. I visit weekly, and am always greeted with smiles, I feel so grateful for the care my son has in all respects, and I say thank you to staff and management every day

We have been so so happy with my sister in law's treatment since arriving here at Wingham Court. Staff are amazing and welcoming with great activities as well.

My 88 year old mother spent her last few months in Tadworth Grove and whilst not a luxury environment, she couldn't have been in a better place (something she expressed to us frequently). The managers are professional, caring and understanding, the staff lovely and full of care and the whole team, including Neil the maintenance man, go out of their way to provide a family feel to the whole place. There is humour, love and laughter and my mum felt safe & happy.
