I am very happy with the care my mum receives at the Care Home. She has been there for several months now. My mum has dementia so it is very important to me that she is treated with patience, understanding, and kindness, and the staff truly deliver this every day. They always show her dignity and respect,
which gives me great comfort.

The level of care is excellent, and I feel confident that her needs are fully understood and properly met. The home is clean, welcoming, and well run, creating a calm and reassuring environment for residents.

I am very grateful to everyone at Eglantine Care Home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality dementia care.

I have been at Staplehurst Manor care for 1 1/2 years now and I have been so happy here. Before I came I was quite nervous of how life in the future would be. The care, the friendliness from all the staff is exceptional and the food, all home cooked, couldn't be better, and I particularly love the very
large garden, which I have helped replant. If you have to go to a care home, this is definitely the one to be in.
Reply from Natasha Burns-Leigh, Customer Service Advisor at Staplehurst Manor Care HomeThank you for leaving a review. We are so pleased that you are enjoying life at Staplehurst Manor. Warren Lodge has been lifesaver to us. Mum attends day care at Warren Lodge. The staff have really helped her settle in and are always so friendly and welcoming. They make mum smile everyday and are so reassuring to me, also they have given me hope that mum can still enjoy her life with vascular dementia,
no matter how much the condition progresses. Nothing is ever too much trouble, the care entertainment, and activities provided enables mum to have fun and interact with others while being safe and treated as a real person. Warren Lodge have made our journey brighter, happier and manageable. Thank you.

My husband became a resident at Eglantine Villa on an end-of-life prognosis. He had a partial amputation and has been confined to a bed since his operation.
Due to the excellent care and medical attention at the age of 94, he is maintaining a good quality of life. He has formed a pleasant relationship
with the carers and medical staff and is happy in his surroundings. He feels secure in his own room and prefers not to participate in the activities.

Thank you for your continued amazing care. During Dad's recent illness, not once did it occur to me to worry about the care he was receiving. We very much appreciate the way in which everyone (because they know Dad so well) has quite literally, encouraged him back onto his feet. We cannot put into words
how lovely it is to see how quickly everyone has understood Dad's sense of humour, and how happy hearing Dad roaring with laughter at the banter between him and the team, makes us. Since moving to The Manor, Dad has become himself again..

Providing peace of mind for families is one of our top priorities, so your words mean a lot. Knowing that you feel reassured about your loved one's care is the best feedback we can receive. Mum and I have just been to the art exhibition. The level of the artwork was amazing. The techniques used by the activities team to achieve these results from dementia patients took time, effort, and understanding. Also, the cheese and wine went down a treat!

I have now been a resident for 14 months and am quite content, feeling safe and secure. My mother-in-law has been living at Fountains Lodge for nearly 3 years. She arrived in a very poorly state and since that day, with the care and expertise of the staff, at nearly 88 is in the best spirits and health she can be at this great age! She is happy and content and considers Foundtains Lodge
as home, and is always happy to go back after a day out with the family. We cannot thank everyone enough for their love, respect, care and fun, which makes Fountains the lovely home it is.

I take my dog Mika every month to visit the residents of Staplehurst Manor, and I am always impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the care and attention that they give to each and everyone there. The home really is a home, it is beautifully designed, and the food is fresh, and although I have
never eaten it, it looks delicious. The residents always say how well cooked and tasty it is. The grounds are beautifully kept, and very attractive. Each person is given individual attention and their needs are catered for and nothing is too much trouble for the well trained staff. I can't compliment them too highly.
