My wife has now been a resident at Warren Lodge for 4 monthis. The Staff not only look after my wife very well but also have helped myself adjust to being alone at home after 54 years. My wife has settled in so much better than I thought she would, she is treated by the staff in a friendly, with dignity
way. My wife is now putting on weight after months of losing weight at home and she is really enjoying her food again.

My wife has been a resident at Warren Lodge since March 2024 and transferred from one of the more modern homes, which looked more like a boutique hotel with a dementia care facility within a generalist care home. Whilst I was initially unsure we had made the right decision to move her, I soon realised
it was not so much about the building and services, but about the care the resident receives. Overall my wife receives a good standard of care, there are some that just do the job, but the majority do go the extra mile in looking after the residents. The fact it is a specialist dementia care home is also a plus. She is looked after very well and a special mention goes to the ladies in the activity team who do spoil her with pampering (hair and nails etc). She also gets her hair cut and coloured by the homes hairdresser regularly which makes her feel better. The food is of a good standard and I often samply it myself. I feel confident that my wife is in good hands when I'm not around.

Since my mum arrived at the care home, she appears much more settled and happy.
I think this is due to a good routing and caring staff.
Mum enjoys all the activites and day trips out.
It makes me feel happy that she's being looked after well.

I am very happy with the care my mum receives at the Care Home. She has been there for several months now. My mum has dementia so it is very important to me that she is treated with patience, understanding, and kindness, and the staff truly deliver this every day. They always show her dignity and respect,
which gives me great comfort.

The level of care is excellent, and I feel confident that her needs are fully understood and properly met. The home is clean, welcoming, and well run, creating a calm and reassuring environment for residents.

I am very grateful to everyone at Eglantine Care Home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality dementia care.

I have been at Staplehurst Manor care for 1 1/2 years now and I have been so happy here. Before I came I was quite nervous of how life in the future would be. The care, the friendliness from all the staff is exceptional and the food, all home cooked, couldn't be better, and I particularly love the very
large garden, which I have helped replant. If you have to go to a care home, this is definitely the one to be in.

Warren Lodge has been lifesaver to us. Mum attends day care at Warren Lodge. The staff have really helped her settle in and are always so friendly and welcoming. They make mum smile everyday and are so reassuring to me, also they have given me hope that mum can still enjoy her life with vascular dementia,
no matter how much the condition progresses. Nothing is ever too much trouble, the care entertainment, and activities provided enables mum to have fun and interact with others while being safe and treated as a real person. Warren Lodge have made our journey brighter, happier and manageable. Thank you.

My husband became a resident at Eglantine Villa on an end-of-life prognosis. He had a partial amputation and has been confined to a bed since his operation.
Due to the excellent care and medical attention at the age of 94, he is maintaining a good quality of life. He has formed a pleasant relationship
with the carers and medical staff and is happy in his surroundings. He feels secure in his own room and prefers not to participate in the activities.

Thank you for your continued amazing care. During Dad's recent illness, not once did it occur to me to worry about the care he was receiving. We very much appreciate the way in which everyone (because they know Dad so well) has quite literally, encouraged him back onto his feet. We cannot put into words
how lovely it is to see how quickly everyone has understood Dad's sense of humour, and how happy hearing Dad roaring with laughter at the banter between him and the team, makes us. Since moving to The Manor, Dad has become himself again..
