Crossley House is a lovely care home where the staff are kind,polite and very friendly making everyone feel welcome whether you are a resident or a visitor,the choice of food is excellent and rooms are kept lovely and clean

My husband moved into Cleveland House just over 12 weeks ago, following a 7 week hospital admission. After caring for him at home for many years we finally couldn't manage any more. He was very reluctant initially and just wanted to go home despite acknowledging that we wouldn't be able to cope. All the staff have been wonderful to us both and thanks to the consistency of that, my husband is now more accepting of his situation and is settling in. It's been a difficult time, but I can now visit him at Cleveland House and leave knowing that he is well cared for professionally with love, fun and dignity.

This is the only Care home I visited (on recommendation) and was immediately impressed and anxious to secure the vacant room we saw at the time. My husband has now been there 3 weeks and I am happy every day when I visit how many staff there are around, all smiling and welcoming. They are so patient and responsive and have got to know him quickly. I do like their positive, can-do attitude. It's difficult leaving home to go into care but he has settled in remarkably well and I feel confident that he has the best possible care at Cleveland House and our family made the right choice.

I have been made to feel very welcome at Wykebeck Court, the manager and staff are very approachable, friendly and supportive. I get the help I need and am treated with dignity and respect. The rooms and communal areas are kept very clean and comfortable. I feel safe here. I have the freedom to do what I choose each day. My visitors are made welcome. A big thankyou to everyone at Wykebeck Court.

My 96 year old aunt has been a resident for 9 months. On each of my weekly visits I have found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. My aunt has had good care. Unfortunately she is having to move in June as her funds will no longer cover the expenses. Sonia, the Financial Administrator, has been most helpful in providing advice on engaging Social Services and the Early Intervention Team. She has also been very patient in explaining the processes that I must go through over the next few months in order to get Local Authority funding. Sonia is always professional but shows kindness and understanding too.

My mother was moved into Cottingley Hall from hospital for palliative care. She was none verbal, eating & drinking barely anything and was sleeping unto 20 hours a day. Since arriving at Cottingley Hall she is now completely verbal, eating 3 meals a day & has gone from being given just a couple of weeks left to live to being happy & settled. I cannot thank the staff enough for how my mother has turned around & the care she is now getting.

Cleveland House has been a fabulous place to have my dear friend reside. When faced with finding a care home, it is daunting but the moment we stepped inside the home we knew it was the right place. The staff have been amazing. Kind and compassionate. The care has been unbeatable and my friend was welcomed into the family. During her final weeks she was treated with such dignity and respect and it was a comfort to know she was not alone when she passed away.

The care my dad is receiving is outstanding. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much. My dad's health and well being have really improved since he moved in. He loves his bedroom and staff put his photos on his wall and helped make it like home before he arrived. The activities and communal areas are very entertaining and friendly. The food is exceptional and freshly made. As a family, we have all been welcomed and visit when we want, the grandchildren enjoy helping with the activities and having lunch with Grandad and being part of his daily life.

I would thoroughly recommend this care home. The staff have been very helpful, the food good and premises comfortable.

The daily activities to outing ,sweet treats and flowers these were just some of the loving gestures provided to my nan during her time at Crossley.

I can only applaud the excellent performance of care my mum received from all the friendly care team.Mum really enjoyed her time there and felt at home and very kindly treated. She ate well and felt secure and safe .Nothing was too much for the team. She will be going for respite again and is looking forward to it. Thank you ALL at Crossley House

Amazing caring staff lovely homely and caring environment.

Initial room not satisfactory but staff were approachable - adaptable and the issue was soon resolved. Room clean and staff very friendly, helpful nothing too much trouble.

Happy care home, mum is always smiling and happy to be here.

There is a nice garden to enjoy, and my mother is enjoying the food. Nothing seems too much trouble. We feel reassured that she is being so cared for.

My sister in law Helena is a resident here. My son and myself visited from Ireland end of Mach. Well what an amazing care home. Helena is so happy there.The staff are amazing from Manager Sammy to her assistant, Sammy and all the staff, Liam etc. What an amazing group of people that look after everyone who is a resident there. 100% plus to all. Knowing how Helena is cared for makes a big difference to our family. Thank you all.

My father went into sunnyview for some respite for 7-8weeks and we couldn't of wished for anything better, ALL staff was welcoming and friendly nothing was too much trouble, various activities for the residents to join in, rooms are beautiful as are the gardens, would definitely recommend and use this if ever needed again.

I enjoyed my holiday with you. It was lovely to be looked after. The biggest decision was what to choose from the menu!
