I am happy knowing that my friend is safe there. Staff are very patient with the residents. They make visitors welcome. Lots of activities if the residents want to join in. Lovely garden to sit in. Very nice feel to the home.

My daughter has been staying at Beacher Hall regularly over several years. She got on very well with all of the staff and management and loved her time there. She would stay over Easter and Christmas, and enjoyed being there with friends.

I enjoy my visits as the care and management of his medical needs are all taken very good care of. Staff are all friendly and caring, my Dad says there is nothing else he needs! He enjoys his meals and they look appitising. It is so reasuring ot know he is happy and looked after so well

Lovely, Lovely, attentive staff. Beautiful, clean care home, very homely feel.
Staff (all) are excellent and very professional, and nothing is too much trouble. My brother is very well looked after and happy in the home. Loves the food!
I am quickly notified with any falls or concerns, can't fault!
Highly recommended.

The staff are very kind and always happy and helpful, making sure the residents are comfortable. The activities are varied and fun, the residents seem to enjoy them, especially the singers, and my mother likes them.
I would like to see her room cleaner, but am aware it's a difficulty with her personality.

I have found all staff are friendly and totally commited to the care of my resident. They are always most welcoming. They are considerate and nothing seems to be any trouble to them. I am impressed with the number of activities available. I couldn't ask for a better resident of care for my relative.
I would recommend this care home as a home from home place.

As a family the home is providing mum with excellent care. She is looked after and the food always looks yummy and is very plentiful. The daily activities is also a great addition to mums life. At home she would have never agreed to all the things she does and enjoys.
