Allington is in beautiful surroundings with the gardens kept immaculate safe and secure lots of seating for when weather is good. The staff are conscious the food is very good everywhere well maintained lots of activities for residents after visiting my husband I go home knowing he's in safe hands.

My dad stayed at Brunswick Court for palliative care during the last few weeks of his life. His pain was well managed and he was kept comfortable which was our main priority. 2 of the nurses were especially informative and caring when it was obvious they were very busy. Most of the team providing personal
care were kind and considerate. His room was cleaned regularly and his laundry done on a daily basis. The manager was available and empathetic.

My mother has been a resident at Premier Court for just over a year. In that time, we have found the nursing care to be excellent. The carers are very friendly and work well together, and go beyond just basic nursing care. The nurses are responsive and proactive, coupled with the doctor's visits every
week, means they are quickly reacting to any illnesses or issues.
Last month, Mum, along with most of the home, came down with a cough. Her oxygen levels dropped, the nurse carried out hourly checks, and the doctor was called. This was a worrying time, but I was comforted by the staff who shared the same worries. The home felt like a family.

My mother has lived at Premier Court for two years now and is very happy. She is exceptionally well cared for. the staff are all attentive, friendly and kind. Not only is the care for my mother fantastic but they also treat me extremely well. I'm greeted like a friend by all staff, I'm kept very
well informed on all aspects of my mother's wellbeing.
Both my mother and my family are very pleased with the care in this home, I would not wish her to be anywhere else.

I fail to understand how this home has any stars!
I feel my uncle and the family were very let down - he was taken to hospital and we were not notified for 13 hours. He passed away in hospital and the home were unaware as they didn't contact the hospital for an update.

Whilst my mother was only with you for a relatively short period before her passing, the care she received at Kilfillan House was outstanding. There is a real community feel to Kilfillan House. The staff clearly enjoy what they do to the benefit of all residents. The food is excellent and the activities

I can not fault the care my sister received a Allington Court the staff are always so welcoming and go out of their way to help. Since my sister come to live at this home she was unsociable and not wanting to talk to anyone. I must praise the activity staff for their determination and support my sister
has completely change she enjoys daily activities whenever I visit her she always looks busy doing her favourite hobby knitting. The food looks great and happy to see her in the dinning room with other residents. I feel much more relaxed to know how well she is. The home is clean, and the care staff are amazing. I would highly recommend this home.

Allington Court is a wonderful care home. My father has been here for over a year now, and I feel confident that he is well looked after. His room is always clean when I visit, and he always appears well looked after. The HCAs and other members of staff are always so lovely and treat him with care and

When my brother Steve was taken into hospital for a chest infection, the staff there were amazed at how well his skin was - no sign of any problems at all, and they asked me which home he was in as they said it was unusual for someone to be so well looked after! Father in law is very contented. He enjoys activities in the mornings and the entertainment organised, especially the singing.
He loves the food with various options and has eaten foods never had before.
Christmas is a favourite time for him, he enjoyed the decorations and the ease of being organised
for me to collect him on Christmas day to spend with family. Well done to all those who care.
