This Care Home is LIFE Home. I got my 2nd life because of Tracy and This Life (Care) Home. The GM, Jyoti, Dam TEE and Timothy, Florr Manager Julaxmi, Nurses Kamal, Zida, Asma and Heda Carer Juliyana, Saida, Emily, Diana and all are very good. Activity staff Dora, Majib, Aisch, Domestic staff Paul, Fatima,
Kitchen staff Dorotha, Jerry and all. The whole body of 'Care Home' have acted in a Team to give 2nd life to me. I recommend this life Home to given A+ category. The staff at this team comply with principle of 3C - coordinate, cooperate & courtesy. All staff have played an exemplary role.

My Dad has been a resident with Erskine Hall Care Home for 8 years until he sadly passed away in October 2025 The staff and carers were absolutely amazing with my Dad , who'd suffered a catastrophic stroke in June 2017, leaving him unable to talk or move. All the staff treated my Dad with care and humility,
they understood his personality even though he couldn't talk and through their care and dedication, we believe he survived so long after his stroke. The carers and staff also made time for his wife and family and made it feel like a home from from for my Dad. I highly recommend Erskine Hall.

Dad has been a resident of Allington Court Care Home since July 2024. I sent him for 2 weeks' respite, however seeing him calm and relaxed, I wanted him to stay. The staff are very busy but are kind and helpful. Many activities on offer and something every morning dad joins in with most. He was recently

Dad enjoys sitting in the TV lounge, relaxing in the armchairs and loves the variety of food on offer.

I needed a week's convalescence after having a hip replacement. I was looked after very well indeed. Everyone was kind and considerate. The food was good and plentiful, and nicely served. (I had breakfast and every meal in my room but took lunch in the dining room). My room was a comfortable ensuite.
I enjoyed being able to sit in the nice gardens and try out my crutches on the circular walkway. I also enjoyed company of other residents, some younger and some old. People recovering from strokes, or just needing elder care.

This was my father's 2nd respite stay here. It was great to see so many of the same friendly caring staff as were here 2 years ago on his last stay. There is a really happy atmosphere amongst the staff who clearly know the residents well and they really understand my dad's needs and gave an excellent

I can't thank all the nursing and care staff on Queen Elizabeth Unit enough for the excellent care given to my dad who sadly passed away in July 2025. He was placed in Brunswick Court after numerous falls and we couldn't have asked for a better home for him. He loved all the staff there despite feeling
that they needed more staff, especially at night. He loved the bingo and activities. There was always something arranged every day. The catering staff provided a great choice of lovely food. The ladies from the laundry took great care with his clothes and they were always lovely and clean. We were always welcomed by friendly staff at reception, the offices and staff on other floors. It would be lovely for the residents if the garden had a makeover but it was lovely for the residents to go out onto the patio so often. Dad's room was a good size and it was always nice and clean. My family and I are extremely grateful to Brunswick Court and all its staff for looking after dad.
