My father spent several weeks at Premier Court, during which time I felt he was well cared for and treated with kindness, dignity and respect. The carers I met were cheerful, polite, helpful and caring, often going out of their way to help. There was always a friendly welcome at Reception and the management
and admin staff were extremely helpful, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They responded quickly to all correspondence and nothing was ever too much trouble. Premier Court has a nice homely feel about it. The layout makes it easy to find your way around and also meant that there was regularly someone passing my father's room and checking on him, so he never felt isolated. While Premier Court may not have some of the fancy facilities offered by newer homes, this is more than made up for by the quality of care and staff professionalism which, in my opinion, is far more important. Whenever I visited, I always left feeling reassured that my father was in good care.

The staff at Erskine Hall Care Home are all so caring and kind. The entertainment provided is excellent. My 92 year old mum really enjoys the talented pianist who plays every fortnight. To all of the staff at Tenterden, every single person who works at this care home, we want to express our gratitude for the daily goodwill and kindnesses that everyone of you displayed towards our very special mum. Our experience of Tenterden Care Home cannot be relayed or commended enough. We know
our mum received sweetness + was attended to with care and dignity. From the small details of knowing what she liked at lunch times, without her having to ask + relaxed bright faces there at every turn. we really are impressed and cannot commend Tenterden enough for the attention shown.

My Mum has resided at Hill House for over a year now, and has recently been joined by my Dad.
The care they have shown both my parents is outstanding and cant be faulted.
They have been patient whilst my dad adjusts to being there and they have handled him extremely well.
The meals look lovely and
they have both said how much they enjoy them.
As my Mum and Dad are bed bound they are kept clean everyday multiple times per day and are treated with dignity and respect
Their rooms are a fair size and we have furnished so them so that they feel more at home.
the garden views are fantastic and well maintained and hopefully in the warmer months we can get them out into the fresh air.
There is so much for them to do but unfortunately are limited due to there ability to get out of bed, however the entertainment team do go in and visit for a chat or to do some painting with my Mum, they have even taken a little dog in to see her, which she loved.
I cant fault Hill house or staff 5*

My mother has been in Fieldhouse for 12 months, in this time there has been '3' managers, various members of staff have left and now appears to be running with the bare minimum. The activities have been very poor and always seem unplanned and rushed. (lack of staff) It took me 4 months to get regular
updates on my mothers overall health and well being and this was with me visiting weekly. The change of managers doesn't seem to change anything, when I'm there they are always in meetings!!! Please note the majority of the staff are amazing.
Reply from Natasha Burns-Leigh, Customer Service Advisor at Field House Care HomeThank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry your experience didn't meet the standards we aim to provide. My Dad has been a resident with Erskine Hall Care Home for 8 years until he sadly passed away in October 2025 The staff and carers were absolutely amazing with my Dad , who'd suffered a catastrophic stroke in June 2017, leaving him unable to talk or move. All the staff treated my Dad with care and humility,
they understood his personality even though he couldn't talk and through their care and dedication, we believe he survived so long after his stroke. The carers and staff also made time for his wife and family and made it feel like a home from from for my Dad. I highly recommend Erskine Hall.

Dad has been a resident of Allington Court Care Home since July 2024. I sent him for 2 weeks' respite, however seeing him calm and relaxed, I wanted him to stay. The staff are very busy but are kind and helpful. Many activities on offer and something every morning dad joins in with most. He was recently
taken out to visit a local museum and enjoyed seeing the old aircrafts.
Dad enjoys sitting in the TV lounge, relaxing in the armchairs and loves the variety of food on offer.

I needed a week's convalescence after having a hip replacement. I was looked after very well indeed. Everyone was kind and considerate. The food was good and plentiful, and nicely served. (I had breakfast and every meal in my room but took lunch in the dining room). My room was a comfortable ensuite.
I enjoyed being able to sit in the nice gardens and try out my crutches on the circular walkway. I also enjoyed company of other residents, some younger and some old. People recovering from strokes, or just needing elder care.

From her arrival at Kilfillan House until her death two weeks later my mother was cared for with kindness and obvious expertise. Just as importantly, her visitors were always made welcome too. Many thanks from a grateful family!
