We are very happy with our relative staying here. We are visiting from Ireland with the past 4 years. It is a lovely home. Allways very clean & welcoming. The staff are excellent. Allways so helpfull and friendly. We would recomend it to everyone.

My cousin Alan came into Kilfillan NH for end of life care. He was there for 5 days and I cannot express enough our families gratitude to all the Management and every member of staff who treated Alan with the utmost respect and dignity and cared for all his needs with such kindness. They also showed such kindness to all his family members. All aspects of his passing were again made peaceful and respectful. My father has been there since March and I have to say the home is excellent, very nice room , facilities and most importantly the care received is excellent!! Ana one of the nurse team is totally amazing, caring and goes above her job to excel ! A great asset to the home

The level of care extended to both my parents who were residents at Premier Court was extremely good. The Carers treated them with respect and took time to engage with them often when they had a very busy schedule with many other residents to care for. The Admin team were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment team worked extremely hard to provide a variety of entertainment activities. Well done Premier Court

My husband was only in Tenterden for 6 days, but he was so well looked after. All the staff were brilliant and looked after me too! We would definitely recommend. Thanks

My mother has been a resident at Allington Court since 2025. While her day to day care needs have generally been met and she is treated with kindness by many of the staff, my overall experience has been disappointing. Valuable gold jewellery went missing whilst she was a resident, resulting in police involvement, a safeguarding enquiry and a formal complaint. My greatest concern has been the way the situation was handled afterwards. Communication was often poor, I repeatedly had to chase for updates, and important information was not always shared promptly. Although communication has improved recently, it took far too long to reach this point. Families place enormous trust in a care home, and when serious incidents occur they deserve timely communication, transparency and accountability. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

Very pleasant surroundings lawn and garden, staff very pleasant and helpful, they all seem to care about their patients to make them comfortable, nothing is too much trouble

The cleanliness, rooms, care and support are exceptional.

Our father stayed at Brunswick Court for palliative care. The care and management from all the staff in all the teams and functions (clinical, finance, nurses, care staff and facilities) from liaising prior to his move, his move and then after he passed away was excellent, and beyond our expectations. The support of the Manager (Jas) and her team overseeing his care was exemplary, and always took the time to listen to our needs as his care was evolving, and ensured that his needs were adapting to his evolving medical needs. The care and compassion when dad passed away was dignified, respectful and ensured as a family we could manage our grief whilst balancing the required processes that needed to be completed and followed at this time. Having the ability to visit him 24 hours allowed us as family to be with him throughout his time, and especially during his last days. The facilities were excellent, and his room and the common areas were always kept tidy and clean. Thank you

This home gives exceptional care, taking time to get to know their patients and what they need to enjoy life. My dad was so happy here, and it was a joy to visit the home and see him taking part in all activities and interacting with residents and staff who made him laugh every day and vice versa. Their home optimises what a true care home should be. Thank you.

My experience, for my short stay at Erskine Hall Care Home is that I have been treated well, while I have been convalescing from a major operation. Although the staff are very busy they are very understanding and helpful to my needs. I have enjoyed taking part in the daily activities with the other residents. With all of this, I feel each day I am getting better health wife and feel comfortable and at ease.

Allington is in beautiful surroundings with the gardens kept immaculate safe and secure lots of seating for when weather is good. The staff are conscious the food is very good everywhere well maintained lots of activities for residents after visiting my husband I go home knowing he's in safe hands.

My dad stayed at Brunswick Court for palliative care during the last few weeks of his life. His pain was well managed and he was kept comfortable which was our main priority. 2 of the nurses were especially informative and caring when it was obvious they were very busy. Most of the team providing personal care were kind and considerate. His room was cleaned regularly and his laundry done on a daily basis. The manager was available and empathetic.

Care staff are really lovely.

Last month, Mum, along with most of the home, came down with a cough. Her oxygen levels dropped, the nurse carried out hourly checks, and the doctor was called. This was a worrying time, but I was comforted by the staff who shared the same worries. The home felt like a family.
