Brunswick Court welcomes nursing, residential and dementia stays, convalescence, palliative, and respite care. It can also provide care for people living with Parkinson's or Huntington's. Residents can stay for however long loved ones need support. They’ll get to relax and meet new friends, giving complete peace of mind.

Purpose-built, Brunswick Court has many comfortable lounges that are ideal for socialising, relaxing or welcoming visitors. All bedrooms are en-suite with walk-in showers. Double rooms are also available for couples or those wishing to share.

The home is well placed in a quiet residential area of town – close to the centre of Watford, and Cassiobury park which many of the residents enjoying visiting during the summer months.

There’s a real sense of community at the home. Having its own large activities room and dedicated activities team, allows Brunswick Court to offer a 7-day activities programme. The staff work to discover what residents enjoy doing and the home's social calendar is organised around those interests. So whether loved ones already have a hobby or would like to take up a new one, there are lots of exciting activities to get involved in. Anyone is welcome to pop in and join in, whether a friend, relative or loved one.

The care provided has been of a good standard and the food makes Dad very happy. The communal areas could do with sprucing up and the garden requires a complete overhaul to make it an accessible pleasant space. All the staff are friendly and helpful do their very best. However, there does seen to be
an issue with their number.

My husband arrived in April 2025 ( permanent) he has settled very well, the staff are (in the most) excellent. The actual home could do with a make over as it is extremely shabby. But as I say he has settled and has accepted that he is a permanent resident. 10/10 to all the staff - you do such a
fantastic job.

Lovely staff, sometimes a little bit sparse though
Nice size rooms and bathroom.
It's lovely to be able to take pets up too, and photos or paintings, own recliner etc
I can't say too much about the food, but apparently the soup is very nice

My mother came to the home after a stay in hospital and was very weak. The improvement in her condition over 5 week period was impressive due to the care, kindness and good food provided. My mum felt treatment like being in five star hotel.

A warm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere and environment, Staff pleasant, caring and friendly, good, spacious surroundings. Ideal for rehabilitation and walking. Far too many ridiculous Bupa policies. In house doctor prescribes resident general creams to be used as and when daily, Bupa however lock them
into a cupboard without providing mentally capable resident with a key, so unable to use as prescribed. Staff have something better to do than run up and down to individual cupboards all hours of the day and night. Far too much medical waste regarding above mentioned creams which are discarded despite clear manufactures guidelines and instructions. and far to much.

A lovely spacious building with very large rooms. A good level of activities during the day and a lovely variety of meals each week catering for all.
The staff, though possibly a few too few, are friendly, helpful and personable to residents and family members alike.
So far our stay has been very

I have been in Brunswick Court for quite some time and have found the care very good. All of the staff are really good. Very helpful always polite I would recommend this home to anybody to come in and stay.

Found that my auntie is quite happy staying. The activities staff are excellent, especially one member of staff, in particular, who is outstanding.
We found all staff were pleasant and friendly.
Possibly understaffed in some areas. Not sure if this is down to manager or management. Both reception
staff are excellent too., they are friendly.

Mum was returned to Brunswick Court Care Home for her final weeks. The team were truly amazing, all the staff popping in to see Mum when she was on her last days, so caring and thoughtful, arranging for me to stay with Mum overnight. They arranged sandwiches and drinks for us in a lounge to give us
a change from sitting in Mum's room. When she eventually passed, they treated her with loving care and great compassion.

What a lovely place! I would be happy to be staying here myself. The rooms I saw looked delightful and the activities room and dining are amazing. The activities 'lead' was just the sort of person needed and even had me playing Bingo - a first!
I am 85 next week - how does one get here!

My father was looked after by your staff for the last five weeks of his life and I would not have chosen any different. The staff were all very professional and caring and I was kept informed at all times, especially one member of staff, it was her kindness and professionalism on my visit to find somewhere
for my dad to end his days that told me, I did not need to look elsewhere.

My father found it hard to settle and accept that he could no longer live independently at home. The staff and everyone at Brunswick Court Care Home worked hard to help him settle in and moved him to a nicer room. He is now more settled, loves his food and joins in all the activities. It is such a relief
to his family to see him well looked after. We are always made welcome when we visit and find the staff very friendly.

We cannot fault anything. The facilities are ok, the food is good. The activities are very good and the activities staff are excellent. We find all the carers and nursing staff are all polite, friendly and caring. The managers and office staff are helpful and always on hand to help.

I'm very pleased with all the care. Since my dad has come out of hospital, I feel he's had the best care for his recovery.
The nurses, carers, and entertainment staff make this home such a happy place to be in.
I'm very grateful to all the staff, and the residents too.
