Overall Experience

A warm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere and environment, Staff pleasant, caring and friendly, good, spacious surroundings. Ideal for rehabilitation and walking. Far too many ridiculous Bupa policies. In house doctor prescribes resident general creams to be used as and when daily, Bupa however lock them into a cupboard without providing mentally capable resident with a key, so unable to use as prescribed. Staff have something better to do than run up and down to individual cupboards all hours of the day and night. Far too much medical waste regarding above mentioned creams which are discarded despite clear manufactures guidelines and instructions. and far to much.

Found that my auntie is quite happy staying. The activities staff are excellent, especially one member of staff, in particular, who is outstanding.
We found all staff were pleasant and friendly.

Possibly understaffed in some areas. Not sure if this is down to manager or management. Both reception staff are excellent too., they are friendly.

Mum was returned to Brunswick Court Care Home for her final weeks. The team were truly amazing, all the staff popping in to see Mum when she was on her last days, so caring and thoughtful, arranging for me to stay with Mum overnight. They arranged sandwiches and drinks for us in a lounge to give us a change from sitting in Mum's room. When she eventually passed, they treated her with loving care and great compassion.

What a lovely place! I would be happy to be staying here myself. The rooms I saw looked delightful and the activities room and dining are amazing. The activities 'lead' was just the sort of person needed and even had me playing Bingo - a first!

My father was looked after by your staff for the last five weeks of his life and I would not have chosen any different. The staff were all very professional and caring and I was kept informed at all times, especially one member of staff, it was her kindness and professionalism on my visit to find somewhere for my dad to end his days that told me, I did not need to look elsewhere.

Thanks to all the staff.

I'm very pleased with all the care. Since my dad has come out of hospital, I feel he's had the best care for his recovery.
The nurses, carers, and entertainment staff make this home such a happy place to be in.
I'm very grateful to all the staff, and the residents too.

It's a place I would recommend.

My mum has been at Brunswick for over 2 years and socially she has more to do than we could ever dream of giving her. She loves the staff and food, she constantly says how happy and well-cared for she is. My only slight negative is that more could be made of the garden and outside space.

My mum has resided at Brunswick Court Care Home for nearly a year. She is very happy, well cared for and well-fed. The staff are all absolutely professional, kind, caring and helpful.

Care is second to none. Got Mum up and dressed and to activities whenever MUm was up to it. She was only here for about six weeks but the dignity given to her as she became palliative, care was amazing.

Then, when she died, we were allowed to be around as long as we wanted. Care is amazing to family as well.
