Brunswick Court welcomes nursing, residential and dementia stays, convalescence, palliative, and respite care. It can also provide care for people living with Parkinson's or Huntington's. Residents can stay for however long loved ones need support. They’ll get to relax and meet new friends, giving complete peace of mind.

Purpose-built, Brunswick Court has many comfortable lounges that are ideal for socialising, relaxing or welcoming visitors. All bedrooms are en-suite with walk-in showers. Double rooms are also available for couples or those wishing to share.

The home is well placed in a quiet residential area of town – close to the centre of Watford, and Cassiobury park which many of the residents enjoying visiting during the summer months.

There’s a real sense of community at the home. Having its own large activities room and dedicated activities team, allows Brunswick Court to offer a 7-day activities programme. The staff work to discover what residents enjoy doing and the home's social calendar is organised around those interests. So whether loved ones already have a hobby or would like to take up a new one, there are lots of exciting activities to get involved in. Anyone is welcome to pop in and join in, whether a friend, relative or loved one.

The chef takes a personal approach to diet, and meals are catered to individual tastes. There are always cold snacks and alternatives available throughout the day. This home is open to local authority funded residents, get in touch to find out more.

Brunswick Court provided outstanding palliative care for Dad during his final two weeks of life. The staff were kind and supportive not just to Dad but to the whole family at a very difficult time. I have been a resident at Brunswick for seven years, and I am very pleased with most of the service given. The only thing that I find not so good is the menus. The staff are very good and very helpful. I would strongly recommend this home to anyone thinking about going into a care home.

My mum has been at Brunswick for over 2 years and socially she has more to do than we could ever dream of giving her. She loves the staff and food, she constantly says how happy and well-cared for she is. My only slight negative is that more could be made of the garden and outside space.

My aunt has recently become permanent at Brunswick Court Care Home after some respite care after a long hospital stay. As a family, we have actually used Brunswick before for my other aunt for three years and this was through the pandemic!
The staff are so caring and the residents have such lovely
activities which keep them busy. There always seems something to do, even if you don't like being involved in everything.
Nothing seems too much trouble, they are always willing to help and support you.
And our experience over the pandemic, they did everything they could to help residents and families see each other, which was so important to us.
Can't recommend Brunswick enough.
We will always be grateful for the care and support they give.

Care is second to none. Got Mum up and dressed and to activities whenever MUm was up to it. She was only here for about six weeks but the dignity given to her as she became palliative, care was amazing.
Then, when she died, we were allowed to be around as long as we wanted. Care is amazing to family
as well.

My mum came to Brunswick in November 2018 she remained there until she sadly died in January 2023, my sister and myself couldn’t of been more happy with the care, respect and dignity our mum was given by all who cared for our mummy. She was always happy and the team always gave 100% to her, they showed
compassion and were always attentive to her needs.
We were sad to not be going to Brunswick as we regularly did before our mum's passing and couldn’t thank them enough for how they cared for our mum and always made us feel so welcome, nothing was ever too much.

Mum was discharged from hospital to Brunswick Court Care Home after a sad diagnosis. We weren’t sure if we’d done the right thing but I can honestly say from the moment I arrived with Mum a couple of weeks ago, we’ve been shown nothing but care and kindness from each and every member of staff, from
reception to carers to management. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff have made huge efforts to make Mum feel safe and that is something we are very grateful for. Lovely surroundings, gardens and communal areas. Wide variety of activities, open door visiting at any time which for us has been brilliant. We are always welcomed. Food is excellent with lots of variety and again, everything has been done to make sure Mum has all she needs. We are a visible, ‘hands on’ family and visit every day (sometimes twice a day!) and all I see are happy residents and caring staff. Cannot fault this nursing home.
