Really happy, caring staff. Always a warm welcome and they always have time to talk or care for my mum.
Activities are brilliant and the activity ladies encourage the residents to join in which is so important to keep residents' brains stimulated. A warm welcome from reception staff is also really important.

Mum has settled in well which is down to the incredible staff. Thank you.

My mum came to Brunswick in November 2018 she remained there until she sadly died in January 2023, my sister and myself couldn’t of been more happy with the care, respect and dignity our mum was given by all who cared for our mummy. She was always happy and the team always gave 100% to her, they showed compassion and were always attentive to her needs.
We were sad to not be going to Brunswick as we regularly did before our mum's passing and couldn’t thank them enough for how they cared for our mum and always made us feel so welcome, nothing was ever too much.

A huge thank you to Brunswick, we will always be grateful to you all.

Mum was discharged from hospital to Brunswick Court Care Home after a sad diagnosis. We weren’t sure if we’d done the right thing but I can honestly say from the moment I arrived with Mum a couple of weeks ago, we’ve been shown nothing but care and kindness from each and every member of staff, from reception to carers to management. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff have made huge efforts to make Mum feel safe and that is something we are very grateful for. Lovely surroundings, gardens and communal areas. Wide variety of activities, open door visiting at any time which for us has been brilliant. We are always welcomed. Food is excellent with lots of variety and again, everything has been done to make sure Mum has all she needs. We are a visible, ‘hands on’ family and visit every day (sometimes twice a day!) and all I see are happy residents and caring staff. Cannot fault this nursing home.

Mother was not looking forward to leaving her home and was very nervous. We had one or two issues the first few days but this week she seems to have settled in much better. Personally, I think the home is excellent. I have got to know many of the staff who are all friendly and helpful.
