View Full Details of Brunswick Court Care HomeI find the staff very hardworking friendly and kind to the residents. There are not enough staff. The washing of clothes is done regularly and they come back clean and in excellent condition The Nurses keep me updated with any medical or personal issues that arise
I can't thank all the nursing and care staff on Queen Elizabeth Unit enough for the excellent care given to my dad who sadly passed away in July 2025. He was placed in Brunswick Court after numerous falls and we couldn't have asked for a better home for him. He loved all the staff there despite feeling that they needed more staff, especially at night. He loved the bingo and activities. There was always something arranged every day. The catering staff provided a great choice of lovely food. The ladies from the laundry took great care with his clothes and they were always lovely and clean. We were always welcomed by friendly staff at reception, the offices and staff on other floors. It would be lovely for the residents if the garden had a makeover but it was lovely for the residents to go out onto the patio so often. Dad's room was a good size and it was always nice and clean. My family and I are extremely grateful to Brunswick Court and all its staff for looking after dad.
My aunt has been at brunswick for the last 2 years she enjoys the entertainment and different activities. She is well looked after and if there is ever a problem staff are always happy to call me and sort it out. I get regular updates by phone call and have the chance to bring up any problems we may have. My aunt is still able to keep some of her independence which was key for us.
I am so pleased that we chose Brunswick Court as the care home for my wife. She felt at home immediately and has continued to be happy here. Everything is excellent.
The care you have given my wife has been first class Thankyou very much.
The care provided has been of a good standard and the food makes Dad very happy. The communal areas could do with sprucing up and the garden requires a complete overhaul to make it an accessible pleasant space. All the staff are friendly and helpful do their very best. However, there does seen to be an issue with their number.
My husband arrived in April 2025 ( permanent) he has settled very well, the staff are (in the most) excellent. The actual home could do with a make over as it is extremely shabby. But as I say he has settled and has accepted that he is a permanent resident. 10/10 to all the staff - you do such a fantastic job.
Lovely staff, sometimes a little bit sparse though Nice size rooms and bathroom. It's lovely to be able to take pets up too, and photos or paintings, own recliner etc I can't say too much about the food, but apparently the soup is very nice
Overall, very good. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good with a variety. Entertainment is provided every day in an area to socialise.
My mother came to the home after a stay in hospital and was very weak. The improvement in her condition over 5 week period was impressive due to the care, kindness and good food provided. My mum felt treatment like being in five star hotel.
A warm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere and environment, Staff pleasant, caring and friendly, good, spacious surroundings. Ideal for rehabilitation and walking. Far too many ridiculous Bupa policies. In house doctor prescribes resident general creams to be used as and when daily, Bupa however lock them into a cupboard without providing mentally capable resident with a key, so unable to use as prescribed. Staff have something better to do than run up and down to individual cupboards all hours of the day and night. Far too much medical waste regarding above mentioned creams which are discarded despite clear manufactures guidelines and instructions. and far to much.
As always my respite at Brunswick has been perfection in every way. The wonderful staff here treat me like family and its always a great joy for me to spend time here with you all. I can't thank you enough for the extra extra care provided for me when a sudden urgent appointment arose. You too care of all my worries. I'm already looking forward to my next visit at the end of May. I love you all xx
A lovely spacious building with very large rooms. A good level of activities during the day and a lovely variety of meals each week catering for all. The staff, though possibly a few too few, are friendly, helpful and personable to residents and family members alike. So far our stay has been very enjoyable.
I have been in Brunswick Court for quite some time and have found the care very good. All of the staff are really good. Very helpful always polite I would recommend this home to anybody to come in and stay.
Brunswick Court Care Home has exceptional facilities in every department. Their warm caring attitude to all residents is beautiful to see. I know that I've found my forever respite home.
Found that my auntie is quite happy staying. The activities staff are excellent, especially one member of staff, in particular, who is outstanding. We found all staff were pleasant and friendly. Possibly understaffed in some areas. Not sure if this is down to manager or management. Both reception staff are excellent too., they are friendly.
Mum was returned to Brunswick Court Care Home for her final weeks. The team were truly amazing, all the staff popping in to see Mum when she was on her last days, so caring and thoughtful, arranging for me to stay with Mum overnight. They arranged sandwiches and drinks for us in a lounge to give us a change from sitting in Mum's room. When she eventually passed, they treated her with loving care and great compassion.
Had a fantastic birthday/anniversary party laid on by all the staff, thank you to one member of staff in particular.
What a lovely place! I would be happy to be staying here myself. The rooms I saw looked delightful and the activities room and dining are amazing. The activities 'lead' was just the sort of person needed and even had me playing Bingo - a first! I am 85 next week - how does one get here!
My father was looked after by your staff for the last five weeks of his life and I would not have chosen any different. The staff were all very professional and caring and I was kept informed at all times, especially one member of staff, it was her kindness and professionalism on my visit to find somewhere for my dad to end his days that told me, I did not need to look elsewhere. Thanks to all the staff.
