We have raised your concerns with the home's manager who will contact you directly to arrange a meeting to discuss the issues you've raised. We are sorry that the decorating and upgrade of mum's room was reactive. Once the issues were raised, the home responded to and completed the work in a very short space of time. There is a programme of redecoration and renewal in the home to ensure the environment is well decorated in all areas. Our Head Chef takes feedback from the residents on menu choices and implements these according to the feedback. There is a Residents' Committee that meet every month to ensure the residents' voices are heard where things like food choices and activities are concerned. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your mums stay as comfortable as possible.
