I'm very pleased with the care and support my brother-in-law has received at Ardenlea Grove Care Home. From the moment he arrived, the staff have been welcoming, compassionate and professional, and it has been reassuring to see how well he has settled in. The staff genuinely take the time to get to know the residents and treat them with kindness, dignity and respect. Communication with the family has also been excellent, and we always feel kept informed about his wellbeing and care. As a family member, knowing that someone you care about is safe, comfortable and being looked after with such compassion means a great deal. I would highly recommend Ardenlea Grove to anyone looking for a caring and supportive home for their loved one.

My mother was only at the home for a couple of weeks for her end of life. It was a huge relief to me and my family that she settled immediately into the life of the home, and therefore her last weeks were so comforting as she was content and smiling until the end. The staff were lovely and connected with her straight away and when I visited I could tell that she was calm and was being well cared for. I also felt extremely welcomed and 'at home' every time I was there. Thank you so much for looking after Mum when she most needed it.

On July 14th I had a hip replacement operation at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital. I live on my own & so I arranged to spend 3 weeks at The Priory Care Home before going home. The level of care shown by all the staff has been terrific; Everybody is supportive. I have been encouraged to do exercise and a lot of walking and the end result is that I will be able to walk out of the Home, without crutches, and cope with my stairs + other challenges at home. Thankyou everybody.

Overall, mom's stay at Arden Lea Grove was good. She settled initally but become more unsettled as time went on. The staff did their very best considering the ratio of carers to their patients. Some of the lounge furniture was not very good and the chairs are in need of replacing. Mom struggled with food options but was never really asked each day as to what she wanted.

I can't thank the wonderful team at Ardenlea Court enough for the loving care they gave my mum Milly for the 3 years she was there. Sadly she passed away at the end of May and the compassion and respect shown by everyone meant so much during a heartbreaking time. She was so happy there and always said she didn't want to be anywhere else which was a comfort to the family knowing she was well cared for and happy.

The first floor wasn't suitable for mum, but Ralph, Eileen, Julie, Nelly, and so many others made her life bearable despite her dementia. I am forever indebted. I just want to thank you for doing your best.

Since my brother moved in he has been looked after with dignity and care. The carers show him respect but also make him laugh and have great fun with him. He has settled and enjoys all the activities put on by activity coordinators; every day there is something going on, and we as a family also enjoy joining in. If we have a question or concern, both the receptionists & care staff are always there to help; my brother now considers it as his home.

The home is comfortable and homely. The staff are all caring an compassionate, they work so hard to make your loved one feel comfortable and safe.

Ardenlea are doing a fabulous job of caring for my 94 yr old father. The staff and all the management team are all exceptional with help, friendliness, and, hospitality when visiting and helping with issues that may occur. I'm so pleased my father is a resident here and couldn't wish for better care in every aspect. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

We attended the Garden Party on 16th June. The staff had gone to a lot of trouble to set the scene with lots of decorations and everyone was in red hats. Ruby Ann was an excellent entertainer and a lovely afternoon tea was provided, followed by ice-cream. I loved the way the staff interacted with the residents, helping each one to join in, in their own way. There was such a happy atmosphere, everyone clearly enjoying the fun

From the moment dad arrived the staff were kind and caring. He was only there for 11 days for end of life care. The staff ensured his final days were comfortable and dignified. He certainly enjoyed the food. Thank you to all the staff. Special mention to Raj on reception - who always has a smile on her face and a kind word.

Always a good experience when visiting my mom. Welcomed with a smile and friendly chat with the receptionist. The carers are always helpful and informative if any questions are asked by myself. The care home in general is excellent this includes all staff.

I came in for 'respite' care following surgery. I have received nothing but first-class care. My room was excellent with a view out to the garden. The food and the dining room were excellent. The company at meal times made the meal times a pleasure.

My brother is well looked after. He's comfortable and pain free. The staff are very accommodating.

They have looked after my 93-year-old Mom since December 2025. She was in an assessment area previously for 5 months. She arrived to this care home in an awful, confused state but with care and attention here, Mom has some of her spark back after being institutionalised for so long. She has gradually, with love and care, begun to interact with staff/residents and taking part in all activities. Loves having her meals and over time got stronger. I am so impressed with this home.

I find the staff warm friendly, and helpful. Every time I visit the home. Always smells lovely and fresh and clean. The residents seem happy and content, and they always got actives which I think is very important and helpful for all residents.
