Due to the fact that my husband had a fall and suffered a brain injury, we came to The Bridles earlier than expected. I was among the first residents when the home opened & my husband was admitted when discharged from hospital. Overall, I am quite satisfied, although we could do with some more staff (Kitchen & caring), those that there are most helpful. The layout of rooms is very good, especially access to the grounds - the main reason we chose Bridles.

Moving my mother into The Bridles was one of the most difficult decisions our family has had to make, but from the very beginning we have been reassured that she is in the best possible hands. The entire team, both administrative and nursing, have been exceptional. They are caring, compassionate, professional and genuinely take the time to engage with both residents and their families. Communication is excellent, and I am always kept informed about my mother's care, which gives me complete confidence and peace of mind. The home itself is bright, airy and spotlessly clean. The facilities are state of the art, the bedrooms are spacious and beautifully fitted out, and the food is of a very high standard. Whenever I visit often without notice, I am always greeted with a warm welcome, and it is clear that residents are treated with kindness, dignity and respect. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Bridles to anyone looking for a safe, caring and supportive home for a loved one.

I cannot speak highly enough of The Bridles. The staff are truly exceptional - kind, compassionate, professional, and incredibly attentive to my mum's needs. They treat her with genuine warmth and respect, giving our family complete confidence that she is receiving the best care. The food is outstanding with a wonderful variety of meals that are both nutritious and beautifully prepared. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team, every request is handled promptly, willingly and with a smile. The facilities are first class comfortable and welcoming and maintained to an impeccable standard. We are enormously grateful to the dedication, kindness and hard work of everyone at the home. They go above and beyond every day, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this care home to anyone looking for exceptional care for a loved one.
