A converted private house situated in Edgerton, Cleveland House is a home that boasts both history and charm. With its elegant fireplaces and ornate ceilings, the home provides a comfortable and peaceful place to relax. Residents can enjoy a sunny conservatory as well as a pergola, greenhouse and two sensory gardens.

The staff have been so good with my mum and dad. They moved them so they could be in the same room, which was so accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are a very good team and want to settle well.

Having dementia means I can no longer look after myself, so I totally rely on the staff and carers. I know I don't always make it easy on them, but they do a fabulous job of keeping me safe and well looked after. They take care of all my needs with a happy and professional attitude.

Having expressed concern regarding the bath on 1st floor at Cleveland House I am more than happy to have been told, the bath is now in good working order. I now have a happy mum. The handyman personally came to see mum whilst I was visiting and we had a little walk, he showed mum all was in order. Have
to say, the staff at Cleveland house are all very aware of each individual's needs, and show so much care and sympathy I continually recommend Cleveland House to friends and colleagues when asked, my brothers and I know that mum is well looked after. Kind regards.

We needed accommodation for our uncle - the need was urgent as we felt he was being discharged, from hospital, too quickly, following a fall. The team at Cleveland House were fantastic, helping with transfer at very short notice our uncle spent a month at Cleveland House. He was very well looked after.
The staff are friendly and approachable and took genuine interest in our uncle's wellbeing. We strongly recommend Cleveland House.

We have no complaints of any description. The staff are very caring. The room is very clean and comfortable. Our friend is very happy and content, being here and we have seen an improvement in her health and well being.

My father has always maintained that he would never live in a care home. However, having initially stayed at Cleveland House for respite care, he decided that he would prefer to stay here rather than live at home with support from carers. This is due to the level of care, support and companionship that
he receives from all the staff at Cleveland House. He has an excellent relationship with the team and we know that he is safe, comfortable and cared for. Thank you to everyone at Cleveland House.

I would like to commend all the staff for their kindness, care and moral support. Everyone has gone above and beyond to ensure that the residents are kept safe and happy. The addition of the new minibus, for those that are able, I'm sure will give a lot of pleasure. The energy of the entertainment staff

My dad has been a resident for over 2 years and the care he receives now is better than it has been with the new manager. My dad is up dressed and out of his room for meals. He is encouraged to join in activities or if he prefers to sit in the quiet lounge, he can sit and read his newspaper and relax.
The home have recruited more permanent staff which is much better than using agency staff.

For the time that my husband has been here, he seems to have settled in alright.
He does get lonely due to speech problems caused by his Parkinsons which cant be helped. Satisfied with most services.

I have been a resident at Cleveland House since 19/02/24. I have enjoyed everything about the home. Staff are excellent to me becoming friends and not just carers. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cleveland House and will be joining in on any activities or activities to help fund more things
for the home. I would congratulate Cleveland House for homeless friendliness and all the love they show to residents.
