My mum has been a resident since July 2025. All the staff are kind and caring and the level of care is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Along with the day to day care, the residents are able to take part in a range of activities.

We, Barbara's family and friends have been very pleased with the care and safety she has received at Brookview. So much so that when she was moved from short term to long term residential care that despite looking at many other care homes we all agreed she was in the best place.
Thank you for your kind feedback. We are delighted to hear that you feel Brookview is the right place and that the care and safety provided have met your expectations. Our team works hard to create a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe, respected and well cared for. Your comments mean a great deal to us and will be shared with the team. The activity schedule is well thought out, and regular visits by "Bear", the care dog is a nice touch to bring contact with a pet, which so many residents will appreciate.
The single rooms are spacious and well-appointed if feeling rather functional.

All members of staff display absolute professionalism in their work but always coupled with kindness and compassion. This has enabled my mother to settled into this new environment very comfortably and importantly at her own pace. She always speaks so highly of those looking after her.
The standards of all facilities and the efficiency with which they run cannot be faulted.

My Dad has been in Brookview Care Home a few weeks now and has settled in really well which is testament to the very kind and caring way he is being in my Dad's words "well looked after" by everyone (both day and night). One of the things that I feel is quite special about Brookview Care Home is that it feels like a "home". It has a very warm and friendly feel and we noticed this from our first visit which is why we thought it would be very suitable for my Dad who really missed being in the home he has lived in previously for over 65 years! My elderly Mum visits frequently and everyone is so kind to her and she also feels at home at Brookview Care Home. The activities team are such good fun and the residents are often seen socialising and having fun. My Dad is also very happy with the food and everyone goes out of their way to accommodate his needs. When I talk to other residents and families they are all very positive about Brookview Care Home just like we are as a family too.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your lovely review. It is wonderful to hear that your Dad has settled in comfortably with us and we hope that you all feel like a part of our Brookview family. My husband was a resident at Brookview for 13 months and since his passing I have continued to visit nearly every week as the Brookview Staff and residents became like family. There is so much care, love and laughter in the home, I look forward each week to going in and catching up with staff and residents, even joining in some of the activities. The home is such a happy place and it is so lovely to still visit chatting and reminiscing with the residents in the lounge or in the beautiful garden. Because of the wonderful care my husband received we were able to make memories there and it will always have a special place in my heart. Our young Grandson can only ever remember his Granddad being in Brookview but he loved visiting him there. He called it Hadad's House (his name for his Granddad) He said that his Hadad lived in a big house with all his friends and that was very very true. Brookview is a very special place and I would highly recommend to anybody.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is always nice to hear from family members feeling like their loved one is cared for and looked after. We are happy to hear you feel like a part of our Brookview family. Hopefully you will go away from this feeling like your loved one received the best possible care.
Always made to feel welcome by the staff who go above and beyond ensuring the comfort and care for the residents and making visitors welcome. The residents always have plenty of activities to occupy them and get involved with events frequently.
Thank you for your kind words. We are very happy to hear you can feel at ease with your family member in our care. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your family member's stay as comfortable as possible.
I have seen my dad go from a bewildered man to a happy, settled and much healthier version of himself over the weeks since becoming a resident.
Everything is wonderful, and the amount of long term staff here gives me complete peace of mind that my dad is in the right place. He has a lovely room with a wonderful view, good food and staff that treat him with respect and kindness. If you are considering residential care for your loved one, I would wholeheartedly recommend Brookview.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are glad to help you and your family through such a difficult time. We hope to continue providing your loved one with the best possible care.
My mother has been at Brookview for nearly a year now and I can't speak highly enough of the care that she has received over this time. I always knew that I had found the right place for her after meeting most of the staff that care for the residents. Mum has settled in very well and always says she is happy which is a great. Comfort . I have seen the care that the staff give first hand and I see how caring and professional they are, they show great patience and understanding to her needs. I would not hesitate in reccomending Brookview to anyone looking for the best care for their relative.

Thank you for your lovely review. It is always nice to hear from family members feeling like their loved one is cared for and looked after. We hope to continue providing your loved one with the best possible care.
The care team gave us the chance to enjoy this time with her as son and daughter-in-law rather than her carers and we really appreciated that time, so thank you very much.
Thank you for your lovely words. We are so pleased to hear that your Mother-In-Law received such high standards of care and support during her stay at Brookview Care Home. We are very happy to hear you felt at ease with your loved one in our care and hopefully you will go away from this feeling like your loved one received the best possible care.
My Mother was a resident at Brookview for a year and a half. She settled in really quickly and found the staff to be warm and sensitive to her needs. The medical care and support provided was able to cope with the number of challenges associated with Mother's later life. If I was in the position of having to decide on a care home for a parent today, I would not hesitate in choosing Brookview again. Thank you.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are sorry for your loss. We are glad to help you and your family through such a difficult time and we hope Brookview care home did everything possible to make the transition as easy as possible. Hopefully you will go away from this feeling like your mother received the best possible care.
Mum has been at Brookview for the past 6 months and I would not want her anywhere else. The staff are beyond exceptional! Everyone always has a smile on their face and nothing is too much trouble. Mum thoroughly enjoys the food, is very well looked after and the nursing support has been invaluable.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are happy to hear you feel like a part of our Brookview Care Home family. We hope to continue providing your Mum with the best possible care.
Excellent all round. Wonderful staff.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your kind words. It is always brilliant to hear words like "Wonderful" being used to describe our staff. Thank you for choosing Brookview Care Home for your stay.

Meet the Team (6)

I am a qualified nurse with over 16 years of experience in healthcare, including working in both the NHS and the care home sector in the UK. I joined Brookview Care Home in 2022 and feel proud to lead such a dedicated and compassionate team.
My passion is creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel respected, safe and truly at home. I believe great care comes from strong teamwork, kindness and building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Outside of work, I am a proud father of twin girls. I enjoy travelling, music and spending time with my family, which helps me bring warmth and positivity into the home every day.

I have worked for Bupa for 21 years, and have been in this role for 11 of those years- previously I was a care assistant and senior carer.
My favourite thing about my job is caring for other people, and seeing them happy & content.

I have been with Bupa for 2 years, and have recently started my journey as Unit Manager. Prior to this, I worked as a Peripatetic Nurse.
I graduated from nursing school in 2012 in Romania, and worked in ICU cardiovascular surgery for 3 years before I came to England. I enjoy working in care services as I love making a difference for residents every day, no matter how small it is.
In my spare time I enjoy hiking, anything nature related & video gaming.

I started working at Bupa 13 years ago. I have been the activities coordinator for 6 years, prior to this I was a carer here.
I moved from Ireland to England in 2011, where I previously worked in home care within the Ireland community. I enjoy working in care services as I love meeting residents, caring for them, getting to learn about their past and what they'd like to do in the future.
I live locally to the home, in Wilmslow, and have three children; 2 daughters and 1 son. I am a grandmother to 5 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. In my spare time I enjoy spending it with family, walking and socialising with friends.

I started working in the care sector 27 years ago. I have also worked in housekeeping, hairdressing, and home help. I enjoy working in the care sector because making a difference to residents' lives is something I am so passionate about.
I am married with three grown-up children and two stepchildren. I have 6 grandchildren, 4 cats & 1 dog. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, walks with my dog, interior design and gardening. I only live a few miles away now, but I grew up in Alderley Edge and my heart will always be there!

I have worked at Bupa for 15 years. My mother always worked in care, so it was a job I was interested in from an early age - I have worked in the hospitality sector since leaving school.
Getting to know the residents and providing a personal service is why I love my job.
I live local to the home, and in my spare time, I love listening to music, watching movies and reading.
