Situated a stone’s throw away from Alderley Edge, Brookview welcomes those with nursing, residential and respite needs, and also offers early stages residential dementia, convalescence and palliative care.

Significant investment has made Brookview a luxury home, with luxurious fixtures and fittings including an ensuite in all bedrooms, stylish furniture and a brand new annex to the main building. There are day lounges on all floors and views of mature gardens, wooded areas and raised flower beds.

There’s a real sense of community at the home. The staff work to discover what residents enjoy doing and the home's social calendar is organised around those interests. So whether your loved one already has a hobby or would like to take up a new one, there are lots of exciting activities to get involved in. Anyone is welcome to pop in and join in, whether you’re a friend, relative or loved one.

My husband was a resident at Brookview for 13 months and since his passing I have continued to visit nearly every week as the Brookview Staff and residents became like family. There is so much care, love and laughter in the home, I look forward each week to going in and catching up with staff and residents,
even joining in some of the activities. The home is such a happy place and it is so lovely to still visit chatting and reminiscing with the residents in the lounge or in the beautiful garden. Because of the wonderful care my husband received we were able to make memories there and it will always have a special place in my heart. Our young Grandson can only ever remember his Granddad being in Brookview but he loved visiting him there. He called it Hadad's House (his name for his Granddad) He said that his Hadad lived in a big house with all his friends and that was very very true. Brookview is a very special place and I would highly recommend to anybody.

Always made to feel welcome by the staff who go above and beyond ensuring the comfort and care for the residents and making visitors welcome. The residents always have plenty of activities to occupy them and get involved with events frequently.

The ladies and gents at Brookview are an absolute credit to the company and indeed to the Care industry.
I have seen my dad go from a bewildered man to a happy, settled and much healthier version of himself over the weeks since becoming a resident.
Everything is wonderful, and the amount of long term
staff here gives me complete peace of mind that my dad is in the right place. He has a lovely room with a wonderful view, good food and staff that treat him with respect and kindness. If you are considering residential care for your loved one, I would wholeheartedly recommend Brookview.

My mother has been at Brookview for nearly a year now and I can't speak highly enough of the care that she has received over this time. I always knew that I had found the right place for her after meeting most of the staff that care for the residents. Mum has settled in very well and always says she
is happy which is a great. Comfort . I have seen the care that the staff give first hand and I see how caring and professional they are, they show great patience and understanding to her needs. I would not hesitate in reccomending Brookview to anyone looking for the best care for their relative.

I find the care home very well run , all the staff are so friendly carers do a great job plus the place is always clean couldn't be better any problems with the room sorted in no time any problems with my mum's health they are on top of it straight away the nurses are great

Amazing wonderful people that work att mums home they truly care about all the residents not just my mum.... the care mum receives is up and above all my expectations their patience and kindness shows through each day the support they show me is like having family around me all the time nothing is too
much trouble.....

My Mother-in-Law was a resident at Brookview for a year and a half. The care and attention the care team gave her was excellent. We were always kept updated of any changes to her medical needs, which gave us peace of mind and were confident that she was in the right place for her complex needs.
The
care team gave us the chance to enjoy this time with her as son and daughter-in-law rather than her carers and we really appreciated that time, so thank you very much.

My Mother was a resident at Brookview for a year and a half. She settled in really quickly and found the staff to be warm and sensitive to her needs. The medical care and support provided was able to cope with the number of challenges associated with Mother's later life. If I was in the position of
having to decide on a care home for a parent today, I would not hesitate in choosing Brookview again. Thank you.

Mum has been at Brookview for the past 6 months and I would not want her anywhere else. The staff are beyond exceptional! Everyone always has a smile on their face and nothing is too much trouble. Mum thoroughly enjoys the food, is very well looked after and the nursing support has been invaluable.

My mother-in-law has been at Brookview Care Home around twelve months and we cannot thank the home enough for all the amazing care and support everyone provides.
A few months ago, my mother-in-law was taken into hospital as she was unwell, she returned from the hospital a shadow of her former self,
not communicating and generally traumatised. Since being back at Brookview, she is back to where she was and that is the dedication and compassion of this amazing team and that is everyone from carers to management. The manager has supported not only my mother-in-law but us, as a family, and, for that, we are truly forever grateful. We cannot thank Brookview enough.

My parents settled so well into Brookview Care Home. Enjoying all the activities on offer, which are varied, imaginative and plentiful. They are very much enjoying having the company of others in the home with many opportunities for social interaction. A warm, friendly, caring environment. All the staff
have been so welcoming and supportive of my parent and ourselves and have done everything they can to accommodate specific needs, with a good, insightful understanding of elderly care and associated challenges. Care staff have been respectful, attentive and caring. Food is very good, with a great range of meals and excellent portions. The building feels well looked after, clean and beautifully decorated. Visitors are made to feel very welcome. Managers and administrative staff have made a sincere effort to get to know us, understand and respond to our situation too.

I feel very happy that my mum is being looked after with care and attention.
All the staff are great with Mum and the continuity of staff over the last two-plus years is a bonus.

My aunt was a resident at Brookview Care Home for over seven years. During this time, she received exceptional care from an exceedingly, warm, dedicated and professional team of carers and management staff who demonstrated a genuine affection for her. They always kept me fully informed about and involved
in her care. In addition, they always offered comfort and support to myself, particularly in the last days of my aunt's life. Myself and my family consider ourselves most fortunate that my aunt was able to live the last years of her life in such a lovely place.

My dad has been in Brookview for nearly a year now, he has settled so much better than I thought he would due to the dedication and genuine care shown by all the staff. I had a planned holiday in May and knew that I had left my dad in very capable and caring hands. I relaxed for the first time in as
long as I can remember knowing he was safe and loved. My friends have visited him while I’ve been away and they all report how well the staff know my dad, who is very quiet and doesn’t give much away! Thank you, Brookview!

After the passing of my father in mid-2023 and despite providing multiple through-the-day in-home supports, it was clear our mum wasn’t able to stay at home. We (her 3 children) particularly my brother and sister made the “hard” decision to move her into a nursing home in March 2024. Having moved to
Australia 15 years ago, I visited her for the first time since she moved to the nursing home in April 2024, of course, my sister had kept me up to date with how well mum was settling in and how she was significantly more relaxed and happy in the home than she had been in the recent past. When I visited, I was struck by how friendly, engaging, caring and hands-on the staff are, we are so grateful for them. The physical environment is perfect, a beautiful well-kept building, clean spacious rooms and gorgeous surrounding green fields, no wonder she’s so happy and relaxed! What a relief for us, her children, to move her was the right decision.

I cannot thank the manager and the team at Brookview Care Home.
My mum was really struggling living at home by herself.
It is a really tough decision to put a family member in residential care. I can honestly say I couldn’t have placed Mum in a better place.
Since coming to stay here, she is so much
happier and healthier.
The staff are amazing, caring, considerate and treat the residents exceptionally.
There is always plenty of care available, all of the time. Which is really reassuring.
There are loads of activities. I love hearing what Mum's been up to.
Mum says the food is great and she even has cooked breakfast every morning.
The rooms are lovely and everywhere is spotless.
Overall, it’s been a brilliant experience.
Mum seems really happy, which is the most important thing.

Having visited my mum on numerous occasions, I have always found the staff to be friendly and welcoming and always willing to help. The management is always happy to talk over any concerns or queries I may have and always ensure that I understand their answers fully and if clarification is required,
this is given. The premises appear clean and tidy.

I have worked for Bupa for just under 5 years. I previously worked in the police force as a communications officer, followed by home care where I then progressed into care homes and worked my way up to where I am today.


Caring for residents is my passion and ensuring all their needs are met. I love engaging with families and the team to ensure Brookview is a great place to live and work.


I am married with three grown-up children and a granddaughter who is five. I live in Knutsford, and in my spare time, I love spending time with my family, going on walks with our dog, sunny holidays and socialising with friends!
