Situated a stone’s throw away from Alderley Edge, Brookview welcomes those with nursing, residential and respite needs, and also offers early stages residential dementia, convalescence and palliative care.

Significant investment has made Brookview a luxury home, with luxurious fixtures and fittings including an ensuite in all bedrooms, stylish furniture and a brand new annex to the main building. There are day lounges on all floors and views of mature gardens, wooded areas and raised flower beds.

There’s a real sense of community at the home. The staff work to discover what residents enjoy doing and the home's social calendar is organised around those interests. So whether your loved one already has a hobby or would like to take up a new one, there are lots of exciting activities to get involved in. Anyone is welcome to pop in and join in, whether you’re a friend, relative or loved one.

My father was only a resident at Brookview for a short time, but the care he received was exceptional. All the staff cared for him with compassion, patience and were very respectful. We appreciated the care and attention given to us as a family during his stay and we were fully informed at every stage.
We would like to thank all the staff for everything they did in the last few days of my father's life.

Nothing but kindness and courtesy at all times from the staff. A very well-run establishment. I certainly would feel safe and comfortable if I need to return. Not keen on processed bread (either brown or white). Suggestions to the manager - An accessible shaving mirror and one further grab rail/ towel

It's always been a very pleasant experience visiting the home. The staff are very courteous. The home is kept clean and the rooms are bright and as homely as is possible.

Lovely, friendly care home. Grandma has found the staff so helpful. The activities involved are wonderful. Always met with smiles from the staff and dog friendly! (Our little dog loves being able to see her grandma!)

I can't speak highly enough about the care my wife has received during the three-plus years she has been in Brookview. She is 90, has dementia, and the staff have looked after her with kindness, respect and understanding. They understand what she likes, play the sort of music she enjoys and make great
efforts to keep her interested and motivated. Communications are good, and any problems are quickly reported and discussed. She was kept safe during the pandemic, and it is good now to have unrestricted visiting again. I couldn't wish for my wife to have been in any better place for her care.

I am a guest as a temporary measure before going home following a hospital stay.
I have received excellent care, both physical and mentally. The staff are so caring and the meals are generally good. Not to your taste? would you like an omelette, cheese on toast or something else?
My room is very comfortable
and is cleaned daily. The staff will find a few minutes for a quick chat whilst doing their work, which is nice for those who stay in their rooms.
My laundry is done for me too! we have a lovely hairdresser. The lifting of Covid restrictions will mean our families can visit and the communal activities can start up again.

The staff of all grades were exceptional not just to my mother but also to me, my sisters and grandsons. We will never forget the kindness, respect, efficiency, sympathy and dignity shown to us all. We couldn't manage to care for our mother at home, she could not have been better cared for.

I have found the staff at Brookview to be excellent. My friend arrived three years ago, in a very distressed state, objecting strongly to her admission. The staff have managed her emotional state very well, to the extent that, although she would rather be 'free', she has described herself on one occasion
as 'content' and appreciates the comfort and care supplied. I can't praise the staff enough and am very grateful to them.

Myself and my family feel that all of the staff at Brookview have been very polite, friendly, caring and are looking after my mum extremely well. We can't fault them. They always keep me informed if there are any changes with mum.

I can’t thank Brookview Care Home enough for all of the exceptional care they provide for my Father. From the very first day, he arrived each and every one of the staff has gone above and beyond to make him and all our family feel so welcome. I have two young children that love visiting their Grandad
and the staff have always interacted with them making each visit a comfortable and lovely one. I feel very lucky to have found a place at Brookview and I would highly recommend, they look after all the residents as if they were family.

All the staff working on level 3 were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If I needed any respite then I would certainly apply here first.

My husband was a resident in Brookview Alderley Edge for 4 years and 3 months he suffers from Alzheimer's. Throughout his long stay there he was treated with the utmost kindness and dignity he passed away this December peacefully and gently having received wonderful nursing care all through these latter
years. The staff have been cheerful, friendly and courteous to us all as a family and we have valued their love and respect to the end.

Our mum was resident in Brookview for almost 6 years until her death. She was cared for on the dementia floor and a nursing floor. Her care was always exemplary. She always felt safe and secure. All staff, from reception to housekeeping as well as carers treat residents and their families with dignity,
respect and good humour. All areas are kept clean and welcoming. The food is excellent.

As a family, we were extremely satisfied with the care that was provided for my father. From the moment dad was admitted, the staff were there to greet us and help to settle him in. He was made comfortable and adapted to his new environment with the help of a caring team of staff.
