Summer fete:- The care and attention given to the details of today have been great. the residents are really enjoying themselves. The food was plentifull and excellent. The staff have put so much effort into making the summer fete a success.

Overall Experience
The staff at Nairn House are wonderful - they look after Mum so well and they are lovely to family and frends. It's a lovely atmosphere in the home. The residents are well looked after, there seems to be a wide range of activites although I've only seen the man who runs the music sessions. It's good to know Mum is well looked after & staff call either me or my sister if there are any issues. Overall we are happy with the care here

The staff at Nairn are so friendly and welcoming. They genuinely care about the residents and get to know them and their ways really well. They always welcome families and take time to chat. Mum is very happy and well cared for at Nairn.

Overall Experience
The service provided in this care home are impeccable, which is a reflection on how the home is being managed. Relevant data is being actively captured and used to make improvements that directly benefit the residents. The nursing staff are hugely professional. The cleaning and laundry team work non-stop and are always smiling. The care team work together to provide individual care to each resident. Their commitment to their duties is impressive. The kitchen staff are always updating the menus and apart from sourcing specific food items for residents also provide short notice requests. The admin/reception team are always welcoming and efficient in services that allow smooth operation.

Whilst my aunt has been at Nairn Care Home, she has been treated extremely well and couldn't of asked for more. My aunt is going home tomorrow, 29/5/26, and I have to say I will miss coming to the home every day. I have been very welcomed, and the staff listen to anything you have to tell them.

Excellent care home and staff. Meals could be more varied and pasta cooked better. More varieties of soup more fresh fruit. But from my experience of visiting my sister-in-law Anne, the staff are absolute stars who make life so much better for Anne. I can't thank them enough.

I always find staff friendly and happy to help. If a doctor is required to asses my fathers issues this is dealt with promptly. My father is always prepared and ready to go out to his appointment on time. Great work by all.

Our friend has been a resident for about 8 months. I usually visit at least once a month. The home seems very clean. All staff are very approachable and friendly. Ian is well looked after.

I have a very positive view and experience of this care home. The staff are kind, attentive and genuinely care about the residents. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming and communication with families is excellent. My spouse has been to Nairn House for respite care (3 weeks at a time) for the last 2 years. The staff are friendly, attentive and nothing is too much for them to do. The manager is a very exceptional lady. The care staff are always around. He will definitely be coming back!! He loves the food!!

My husband recently moved in. He is taking time to settle but the home are very caring and patient. They are accommodating to his needs. All the staff are kind and considerate and nothing is too much trouble for them. I am very happy that things seem to be going well.
