Visiting Ian our friend every 6 wks. Staff are very friendly & caring. Ian seems happy & contented.

Our friend has been a resident for about 8 months. I usually visit at least once a month. The home seems very clean. All staff are very approachable and friendly. Ian is well looked after.

I have a very positive view and experience of this care home. The staff are kind, attentive and genuinely care about the residents. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming and communication with families is excellent. It's clear the residents are treated with dignity and respect and I would

I have visited many homes over the years I have to say the management and staff were lovely and welcoming on our visit to see my sister in law in this home today. The decor of the home is lovely. Thank you all for looking after my sister in law Dot so well.

The care home provides a relaxing and friendly environment for residents and visitors. I can feel my blood pressure lowering when I visit. All the staff are professional and attentive to each resident. There are ample activities for residents to get involved in creating a homely feel. The food is
not only plentiful but varied, nutritious, and tasty, catering for different diets and preferences. My mother has settled into this caring and pleasant home very quickly, and because of this our relationship has strengthen. This care home is a godsend for us.

My spouse has been to Nairn House for respite care (3 weeks at a time) for the last 2 years. The staff are friendly, attentive and nothing is too much for them to do. The manager is a very exceptional lady. The care staff are always around. He will definitely be coming back!! He loves the food!!

My husband recently moved in. He is taking time to settle but the home are very caring and patient. They are accommodating to his needs. All the staff are kind and considerate and nothing is too much trouble for them. I am very happy that things seem to be going well.

Amazing care, really thoughtful staff who are dedicated to their jobs and the residents. My mum's carers are taking extra time to encourage her to improve mobility, and the results are beginning to show.

My Aunt Marie has now been at Nairn House Care Home for 5 months & she tells me that she is content & the nursing team & others are kind to her & treat her well. I come in every 3 or 4 weeks to see her & I must state that all staff have been very polite & helpful.

I am happy living here, I feel very well looked after. The staff are very friendly and help me out when I need it. I am happy with the cleanliness of the home. The soup is my favourite. I like the fact that they add a bit of spice.

I am very happy with the care Ian gets here. The room is clean and very pleasant. Good light from the windows, which helps.
All the staff seem kind and attentive to him, although he gets very confused.
Overall, the home is excellent in my opinion.

Our experience of Nairn Care Home was exceptional.
The staff exceeded our expectations. In terms of the care, respect and compassion my husband received, this is what excellence looks like. All staff whether managerial, nursing, caring or auxiliary made my husband feel welcome, safe, secure, clean
and comfortable.
The team maintained a cheerful environment that lifted our spirits. They remained calm and patient even during difficult moments. What impressed me as a visitor was the staff's diligence and love for their roles. Every detail of my husband's care was handled with thoughtfulness, from daily routines to emotional support. Communication was open and reassuring. My husband was looked after both in body and soul. The staff go above and beyond every day and their commitment, warmth, decency and humanity meant that I could relax knowing that he was in excellent hands, aided towards his recovery, in a happy place where residents are truly cared for and valued.

I am very pleased that both of my friends were discharged from hospital into this home. The staff have been outstanding and nothing is too much trouble should you need advice or help. I would not hesitate to recommend the home to friends and family.

I stayed at Nairn House Enfield for just under a week whilst my children were out of the country. I cannot emphasise enough how kind and caring all the staff were. My room looked as though it had been freshly decorated and had an en-suite wet room. Everyone made you feel confident and important. I
really did not want to leave. Thank you everyone.

We didn't know what to expect from mum staying in a care home. But everyone at Nairn has been absolutely wonderful. The care, kindness and support has made a difficult time flow with ease. Mum is happy and we as a family feel blessed with everything. Thank you so much.
