Excellent friendly staff, always willing to assist with care needs. Nairn House provides a top notch quality of care, the home is always clean and they look after residents excellently. Staff always helpful and smiley.

Mum has been in Nairn House for a year. I have been visiting regularly throughout this time. There have been no regrets at all in accepting this placement. In fact it has been an honour to have my mother cared for in Nairn House. Every staff member from the kitchen team, cleaning team, care team,
nursing and management, even admin and maintenance deserve praise. All of these people work together to provide a gold star environment which is evident in all of my visits. It is a welcoming house where both my mother and myself feel at home. Thanks to you all.

Excellent care home and staff. Meals could be more varied and pasta cooked better. More varieties of soup more fresh fruit. But from my experience of visiting my sister-in-law Anne, the staff are absolute stars who make life so much better for Anne. I can't thank them enough.

The care taken in looking after my aunt is very good and I am pleased that you had space for her, she is happy here and has settled in well now. The home is itself is very good, the staff are friendly and welcoming at all times.

My mum Pam loves the home, the people the facilities. This care home is great and meets all expectations, the care is beyond, the communication is great. The facilities are fabulous as is the cleaning. I love my mum being in this care home. Neil.

I always find staff friendly and happy to help. If a doctor is required to asses my fathers issues this is dealt with promptly. My father is always prepared and ready to go out to his appointment on time. Great work by all.

Visiting Ian our friend every 6 wks. Staff are very friendly & caring. Ian seems happy & contented.

Our friend has been a resident for about 8 months. I usually visit at least once a month. The home seems very clean. All staff are very approachable and friendly. Ian is well looked after.

I have a very positive view and experience of this care home. The staff are kind, attentive and genuinely care about the residents. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming and communication with families is excellent. It's clear the residents are treated with dignity and respect and I would
highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for compassionate high quality care for a loved one.

I have visited many homes over the years I have to say the management and staff were lovely and welcoming on our visit to see my sister in law in this home today. The decor of the home is lovely. Thank you all for looking after my sister in law Dot so well.

My spouse has been to Nairn House for respite care (3 weeks at a time) for the last 2 years. The staff are friendly, attentive and nothing is too much for them to do. The manager is a very exceptional lady. The care staff are always around. He will definitely be coming back!! He loves the food!!

My husband recently moved in. He is taking time to settle but the home are very caring and patient. They are accommodating to his needs. All the staff are kind and considerate and nothing is too much trouble for them. I am very happy that things seem to be going well.

Amazing care, really thoughtful staff who are dedicated to their jobs and the residents. My mum's carers are taking extra time to encourage her to improve mobility, and the results are beginning to show.

My Aunt Marie has now been at Nairn House Care Home for 5 months & she tells me that she is content & the nursing team & others are kind to her & treat her well. I come in every 3 or 4 weeks to see her & I must state that all staff have been very polite & helpful.

I am happy living here, I feel very well looked after. The staff are very friendly and help me out when I need it. I am happy with the cleanliness of the home. The soup is my favourite. I like the fact that they add a bit of spice.

I am very happy with the care Ian gets here. The room is clean and very pleasant. Good light from the windows, which helps.
All the staff seem kind and attentive to him, although he gets very confused.
Overall, the home is excellent in my opinion.

Our experience of Nairn Care Home was exceptional.
The staff exceeded our expectations. In terms of the care, respect and compassion my husband received, this is what excellence looks like. All staff whether managerial, nursing, caring or auxiliary made my husband feel welcome, safe, secure, clean
and comfortable.
The team maintained a cheerful environment that lifted our spirits. They remained calm and patient even during difficult moments. What impressed me as a visitor was the staff's diligence and love for their roles. Every detail of my husband's care was handled with thoughtfulness, from daily routines to emotional support. Communication was open and reassuring. My husband was looked after both in body and soul. The staff go above and beyond every day and their commitment, warmth, decency and humanity meant that I could relax knowing that he was in excellent hands, aided towards his recovery, in a happy place where residents are truly cared for and valued.

I am very pleased that both of my friends were discharged from hospital into this home. The staff have been outstanding and nothing is too much trouble should you need advice or help. I would not hesitate to recommend the home to friends and family.
