My son has been receiving very good care at beacher Hall. Staff are very friendly , physio are very good and they give the best.
Food is very nice, home ia clean and activities team does variety of activities.

The best thing about Beacher Hall is that my father does not only receive care here, but also rehabilitation. I cannot praise the physiotherapy team enough for the work they do with my father - they are highly professional and dedicated.
I am also very grateful to the nursing team, who have helped
my father progress from being fed solely through a PEG to eating fully independently.
I truly appreciate that the staff take into consideration that my father does not speak much English and actively find different ways to communicate with him.
I feel that my father is safe at Beacher Hall, and I am very thankful that he is able to stay here.

Since I have been in this care home I have improved a lot in comparison of being in hospital setting.Thank you so much for all support . All care provided is excellent ,food is good and activity is very good and I enjoy Quiz the most.

My sister is very fortunate to have been living at Beacher Hall, Reading for the past couple of years.
All the staff are very friendly and caring, even offering me food and drink when I visit!
The staff appear to be a good Team and supportive of each other.
Everywhere is very clean, from the
resident's clothes to the floors.
The Physio's are lovely and very knowledgeable.
The Activities Team are very inventive, with varied fun things going on, and they try and encourage her to join in.
The food is excellent - home made, with my sister's likes and dislikes taken into account.
I am very grateful to Beacher Hall.

I live at Beacher Hall Care Home for the last 5 years. The care I receive here is very good. The food provided is very good and tasty. Physiotherapy department supports me in my rehabilitation ,and they are always happy to help whenever I need any sort of help. The manager always goes around and
pops in to say hello and asks how I am doing. I am very happy with my room size. I love my plants and staff are helping me to take care of them, what I am grateful for as I cant do this by myself. Overall I am happy living here.

Beacher Hall Care Home has been a huge part of our lives for over 12 years where my brother was a resident until his passing, and the care he received was exceptional. You treated him with love, dignity, and compassion-like family. From carers to chefs, nurses to entertainers, every person made his
life joyful and meaningful. You gave him a voice, comfort, and countless happy memories. If you're looking for a care home, I highly recommend BH. You gave us peace of mind and our loved one a beautiful life. Thank you from our whole family.

Ever since I came to Beacher Hall, I have been made very welcomed. I feel very at home here. Everyone from all departments have helped me out with everything I need here. I love my room with all my things about me and someone comes to see me every hour to check that I am ok. I am very independent
in the home. I can do gardening which I enjoy very much. I can go out independently anywhere I want. Laundry is excellent, returning things the same day. Housekeeping is great. Kitchen department adapts food to my preference. Maintenance top level. Activities team are brilliant and I have learnt how to do many new things. Overall I am very happy here and settled.

My daughter has been staying at Beacher Hall regularly over several years. She got on very well with all of the staff and management and loved her time there. She would stay over Easter and Christmas, and enjoyed being there with friends.

Beacher Hall has provided an outstanding level of care and support for my sister for over four years. The staff and leadership have been crucial in ensuring my sister's complex needs are met, that she is always comfortable, and feels very much at home.

I would like to wish everybody at Beacher Hall Care Home a happy and healthy New Year. Thank you for looking after my dad for the last 6 years you have all been great. To know that dad is happy is the best feeling for and I can go to bed every night rest assured that he is safe is all I could wish

My dad has been at Beacher Hall Care Home for about six years and he is very happy there, the staff are all lovely and always willing to talk to you and help you with any queries. My dad could not be in a better place.

Excellent care and activities, lovely welcoming staff and always friendly and helpful. The food is always plentiful and good quality. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff. They have helped us settle in and feel welcome.

My brother has been in Beacher for over a year- staff are always lovely and if we have to ask for anything they are always happy to help. The building and garden are well-kept and very clean. Food always looks and smells lovely.

Lovely care home clean and friendly staff shout out to the nurses looking after my auntie very reassuring to know she is in great care. The care has recently had a major decor update that looks great.

I have a family friend at the care home and she is always happy and the care she receives is amazing! Nothing is ever too much for the staff that care for her. She was admitted to the care home more than four years ago and I visit her every week and she is doing so well.

Since Mum moved into Beacher Hall for end-of-life care, the care she has received has been absolutely outstanding. The nurses and management take great care of her, meaning family members are reassured when we are not there ourselves. Beacher Hall has a lovely activities rota, and the staff keep it
spotless at all times. I am beyond grateful for the first-class care that Mum is receiving. It has been a huge help during what has been an extremely difficult and emotional time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Beacher Hall.

My wife has been a resident at Beacher Hall for a long time and we are both very grateful for the care that she receives.
All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
There is a full and varied activity program (although my wife chooses not to use
it very much) and occasional events that relatives can join in with. The food is very good.
It is a great shame that my wife needs the care that she does but, given that, we couldn't ask for a better place for her to be.

Excellent care and activities are provided for residents in a very caring atmosphere. All staff and volunteers are very caring and supportive at the Home - thoroughly recommended as a choice of care home.

Great service, friendly staff. Lovely people around. I've lived at Beacher Hall Care Home for a few years now and I like it here, it's alright!
Most of the time I'm busy with activities, socialising. Plenty of people to talk to, lots of personalities.
